  Проблемы взаимодействия адвокатуры с судебной системой Адвокатура — ключевой элемент правовой системы, обеспечивающий защиту прав и свобод граждан. Современная юридическая практика в странах постсоветского пространства, включая Узбекистан и Россию, сталкивается с существенными проблемами во взаимодействии адвокатуры и судебной системы. Эффективность судебной защиты во многом зависит от полноценной реализации принципа состязательности и независимости как адвокатуры, так и судей. За последние годы в стране в качестве важнейшей составной части судебно-правовых реформ осуществлена значительная работа по повышению роли адвокатуры, но анализ показывает, что адвокатура ещё не смогла превратиться в надежный правозащитный институт, пользующийся доверием у населения, вместе с этим имеются ряд факторов, которые мешают для полной реализации прав адвокатов и не способствующих оказанию ими качественной юридической помощи.

  What are the most influential drivers of tourism destination competitiveness? This study investigates the complex drivers behind the competitiveness of global tourism destinations, employing a comprehensive machine-learning approach to analyze data from the World Economic Forum and the UN WTO for 2019 and 2021. By utilizing decision trees, random forest algorithms, and Partial Dependence Plots (PDPs), the research identifies key factors—such as ICT Readiness, Human Resources, Non-Leisure Resources, and Price Competitiveness—that significantly influence tourism competitiveness. Key findings indicate that ICT Readiness stands out as a critical determinant across all countries, highlighting the indispensable role of digital infrastructure in the tourism sector. For the 20 leading destinations by international arrivals, nonleisure resources and human resources are pivotal, suggesting that offering a wide array of activities and maintaining a skilled workforce are essential for a competitive edge. This research contributes valuable perspectives for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and academics, enriching the global dialogue on strategies for fostering competitive and sustainable tourism industries.

  Citizenship in Bukhara Bukhara, historic city in Uzbekistan, has a rich traditional and historical heritage. Being citizen of Bukhara often refers to being part of Uzbekistan by following certain rules. . In the past,unlike modern concept of citizenship, being passport holder of Bukhara was based on loyalty towards rules, adherence to Islamic principles, and membership on a certain hierarchical social classes. For the time being, Bukhara proffers several rules and principles to be citizen of the city set by the Uzbek government. In the 20lh century, every citizen of Bukhara ought to be loyal with emir and his word was so critical, on account of the fact that he held authority. He also considered as the protector of Islam within the emirate. Hence, he had both political and religious authority, which required loyalty from his subjects. Allegiance towards emir was so vital as he embodied the state and Islamic order. Reflecting allegiance towards emir also mean fulfilling his certain duties such as paying taxes on time. In general, their role in society were defined by their service and showing loyalty to the emir.(l:22)
