STUDYING ESSENTIAL OIL TECHNOLOGY BASED ON LOCAL PLANT RAW MATERIALS
Rose oil, ointments, creams, and sprays based on it are currently widely used in cosmetology and dermatology. Ibn Sina noted that the Damask rose (nasrin) is useful for cooling nerves, helping with ringing and noise in the ears, and toothache. And in Bulgaria, a medicinal product called rozanol has been developed; its active ingredient is rose oil, which has antispasmodic, choleretic, and bactericidal properties.

STUDY OF THE ACTIVITY OF α-AMYLASE ENZYME IN WHEAT (TRITICUM) GRAINS GROWING IN UZBEKISTAN
Wheat (Triticum) is one of the oldest and most widely cultivated cereal crops in the world. It was domesticated from wild grains and has played a major role in the history of human agriculture. Wheat is mainly used in the production of bread, pasta, sweets, and other food products. Wheat (Triticum aestivum), widely grown in Uzbekistan, is not only a major food source, but also a natural storehouse of valuable biologically active substances. Enzymes contained in the grain, in particular α-amylase, play a key role in the hydrolysis of starch and are one of the important factors determining the nutritional value of wheat. Changes in the activity of this enzyme directly affect the quality of flour products, baking technology, as well as the production of dietary and biologically active additives. Therefore, the study of α-amylase activity in wheat grains grown in Uzbekistan, the identification of its differences by variety, and its application in practice are of urgent scientific and practical importance for the pharmaceutical, food, and biologically active additive production sectors.

COORDINATION COMPOUND OF VO (II) WITH GLUTARIC ACID AND NICOTINAMIDE
To maintain the stability of the internal environment of living organisms, it is extremely important to maintain physiological levels of trace elements. This fact can be explained by the fact that some trace elements are contained in the body in the form of complex coordination compounds with organic ligands, which are more biologically active and less toxic than compounds of inorganic origin. Vanadium is present in the body in very small amounts, but it is known to be involved in the regulation of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, promotes better oxygenation of haemoglobin, has an insulin-like effect, namely, it promotes the absorption of glucose by cells, and is thought to have an antitumour effect. Nicotinamide participates in redox reactions, plays a role in blood formation, and exhibits antioxidant properties. Glutaric acid participates in energy metabolism and increases the intensity of enzymatic processes

DETERMINATION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES AND MICROBIOLOGICAL PURITY IN THE NEW CHOLESTERIC COLLECTION
Philogenetic agents, normalizing bile flow, are effectively used in the treatment of liver and gallbladder pathologies. For the treatment and elimination of bile stasis, along with preparations of synthetic origin, medicinal plants with a pronounced choleretic effect are often used. Immortelle flower phytopreparations enhance the liver's functional capacity, thereby increasing bile secretion, leading to an increase in the amount of cholates in bile and a decrease in bile viscosity; corn stalks are effective for gallbladder and urinary tract infections, as well as liver diseases and jaundice.

STUDY OF THE WOUND HEALING EFFECT OF NITRO-CONTAINING DERIVATIVES OF CARBOXYMETHYLINULIN
Wound healing is a complex process of physiological reactions aimed at restoring the integrity of the skin and tissues. Disruptions in wound healing processes can lead to chronic inflammation, infection, and the formation of difficult-to-treat defects. In this regard, special attention is paid to the development of effective and biocompatible wound healing agents with minimal side effects and promoting accelerated restoration of damaged tissues. It is known that some nitric oxide donors promote accelerated wound healing by stimulating angiogenesis through dilation of blood vessels. In addition, the use of nitric oxide donors also promotes activation of cell proliferation and enhanced collagen synthesis, which plays a key role in restoring skin structure

DETERMINATION OF FLAVONOIDS IN MEDICINAL PLANT EXTRACT (POLYGONUM AVICULARE L)
Polygonum aviculare L., also known as knotweed or bird's-foot buckwheat, belongs to the buckwheat family (Polygonaceae). This widespread, seemingly inconspicuous plant grows along roadsides, in yards, and in wastelands. The phytochemical composition of Polygonum aviculare includes tannins, resins, traces of essential oil, vitamins C and K, and provitamin A. Its leaves contain significant amounts of ascorbic acid in reduced form (405–450 mg%) and reversibly oxidized form (253–300 mg%). In addition, the flavonol glycoside avicularin (C₂₀H₁₈O₁₁) has been identified; upon hydrolysis, quercetin and arabinose are formed. Oxymethylanthraquinones have been found in the plant's roots. The plant exhibits anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, diuretic, antioxidant, and restorative properties. It is used for gastrointestinal and urinary tract disorders, bleeding, and in the complex treatment and rehabilitation of cancer patients.
