Introduction
Cholear agents based on medicinal plants are in high demand in clinical practice,
as their effect is milder and longer-lasting compared to synthetic drugs. In order to increase the
choleretic properties of plant-derived medicines and treat concomitant diseases, various plant-based
preparations are used.
Medicinal products obtained on the basis of natural raw materials, compared to synthetic
medicinal products, have a wide range of pharmacological effects, are cheaper in price, have fewer
or no adverse effects on the div.
Research objective
Determination of the amount of the sum of oxidoric acids in the "Safroboz"
collection using the SF method
Materials and methods
Optical density of solutions Spectrophotometer UV- Shimadzu-1800
Japan 329±2 nm length was measured (chlorogenic acid). 50% ethyl alcohol was used as a
comparative solution.
The amount of the sum of oxidoric acids in the "Safroboz" collection was determined by the
spectrophotometric method relative to chlorogenic acid. From the "Safroboz" collection, a clear
sample was taken on analytical scales using 50% ethyl alcohol and filtered (Solution A). A certain
amount of the solution was diluted with 50% ethyl alcohol in a volumetric flask.
0,00700 гIn parallel, the optical density of the working standard sample (WAS) of chlorogenic
acid was determined. To prepare an ICH, the chlorogenic acid was placed in a 50 ml volumetric
volumetric flask and dissolved in 50% ethyl alcohol. 0.5 ml of the resulting solution was transferred
to a 25 ml volumetric volumetric flask and brought to the mark of the volumetric flask with 50% ethyl
alcohol. The optical density of the prepared solution was measured similarly to the tested solutions.
50% ethyl alcohol is used as the compared solution.
The amount of the sum of oxidoric acids relative to chlorogenic acid was calculated as a
percentage according to the following formula:
here D

optical density of alcohol extract obtained from phytotea based on the "Safroboz"
collection;
D

OPTIC DENSITY OF CHLORIC ACID;
m

- raw materials mass, g;
m

- mass of the standard sample, g;
C - amount of chlorogenic acid in the standard sample, % (not less than 97%);
W - mass loss of the raw material sample during drying, %.
The amount of the sum of oxidoric acids relative to chlorogenic acid was 2.22%.
Conclusions
Similar indicators obtained when determining the total amount of oxidoric acids
in the composition of the "Safroboz" collection showed the repeatability of the method. The average

relative error of the applied method was 1.16%. The obtained results were within the permissible
range and testified to the accuracy of the method.
