Ushbu ishda tekislikdagi analitik geometriya asoslari, ya’ni to‘g‘ri chiziqning analitik tenglamalari va ularning grafigi orqali tahlili yoritilgan. Har bir shaklning tenglamasi, xossalari va ularni grafik asosida tahlil qilish usullari batafsil ko‘rib chiqilgan. Mavzuni o‘rganish orqali talabalar koordinatalar tekisligida har xil shakllarni ifodalash, ularni solishtirish va muayyan shartlarga mos ravishda tahlil qilish ko‘nikmasiga ega bo‘ladilar.

В условиях усиливающейся конкуренции, цифровой трансформации и нестабильной экономической среды стратегическое планирование и прогнозирование становятся ключевыми инструментами устойчивого развития коммерческих банков. В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы стратегического управления в банковском секторе, методы прогнозирования финансовых показателей, а также практические подходы к формированию стратегии с учётом рисков и рыночной конъюнктуры. Особое внимание уделяется анализу внутренней и внешней среды банка, цифровым технологиям в планировании, а также сбалансированной системе показателей.

В статье анализируются международные правовые стандарты в области применения мер пресечения. Особое внимание уделяется международным актам по правам человека, конвенциям и пактам, закрепляющим принципы обеспечения права на свободу и личную неприкосновенность. Рассматривается процесс ратификации Узбекистаном ключевых международных документов в данной сфере и их имплементация в национальное законодательство. В заключение подчеркивается актуальность и перспективы дальнейшей интеграции международных стандартов в правовую систему Республики Узбекистан.

Мақолада тергов судьяси институти, айблов ва ҳимоя тарафлари ўртасидаги тортишув тамойилининг амалиётда таъминланмаслиги, адвокатларнинг далиллар тўплашдаги чекловлари ва ижтимоий ҳимоясининг етишмаслиги танқидий ёндашув асосида кўрсатиб берилган. Хусусан, давлат томонидан бепул адвокат тайинлашда электрон тизимлар жорий этилган бўлса-да, шартнома асосида жалб этилган адвокатларнинг четлатилиши ҳимоя ҳуқуқининг бузилиши сифатида тан олинган. This scientific article analyzes the current problems of digitizing the institute of advocacy in Uzbekistan and its development in line with modern requirements. The author also presents his conclusions on the need to develop a mechanism for digitizing the advocacy in the process of changes in society.
