This article discusses the development of a linear regression model for assessing business value in the oil and gas sector of Uzbekistan. The model integrates key economic and operational variables, such as global oil and gas prices, political stability, macroeconomic indicators, sales volumes, and others, including EBITDA and debt level. The study focuses on the statistical significance of variables and their impact on market value, thus providing a basis for strategic management and planning in the industry.

This article provides an analysis of the Almon lag model based on statistical data from the Fergana Region. The model facilitates the study of relationships between variables over time by accounting for distributed lag effects. Using the available data, the research examines the dynamics of key factors in the Fergana Region and identifies the optimal lag structure. The results enhance the understanding of the region's economic dynamics and offer valuable insights for policymakers and researchers alike.

To determine the directions for improving corporate culture in joint-stock companies, attention must be paid to its advantages and problems. An effective corporate culture directly influences the activities and long-term prospects of joint-stock companies. Such a culture is one of the most important factors for the success of joint-stock companies and is crucial in maintaining a competitive edge. Moreover, it affects the ethical virtues, dedication, work productivity, physical health, and emotional well-being of individuals in the organization. This article analyzes the problems of corporate culture in joint-stock companies and identifies ways to effectively address them. It also examines the importance of corporate culture and its role in the company's operations, as well as the impact of culture on economic indicators. Issues such as insufficient development of corporate culture, weak communication among employees, and non-compliance with ethics and values are analyzed. Solutions proposed include strategic approaches to developing corporate culture, regular educational and training programs, creating an open communication and trust environment, and developing and implementing ethical codes. The research provides practical recommendations for improving and effectively managing corporate culture in joint-stock companies.

This paper investigates the effects of food price volatility on rural labor markets, focusing on different agricultural product types. We analyze the direct and indirect consequences on employment, wages, income distribution, and migration patterns. The study highlights that the impacts vary across regions and product categories, with staple crops, cash crops, and livestock products exhibiting distinct economic dynamics. Using both theoretical frameworks and empirical data, the paper offers insights into policy strategies that can mitigate the adverse effects of price volatility, fostering more resilient rural labor markets.

In this article, in an econometric analysis of household income and demand for consumer goods, energy consumption per capita is assessed, the problems of ensuring energy savings are studied, the processes for eliminating them, as well as the efficient use of electrical energy resources have been studied. To assess the electricity consumption of the Republic of Uzbekistan, energy consumption in industries and sectors of the economy was compared and analyzed, and using elasticity coefficients it was studied how much electricity consumption will increase the income of the population by 1%.

The study of the causes of economic imbalances requires, first of all, a scientific study of its indicators and criteria at the macro and micro levels. From this point of view, the national economy, which is analyzed in many macro-level calculations, consists of independent and organizationally interconnected economic entities, reflecting the development of the social and individual division of labor in society in the form of various forms of ownership and the harmonious implementation of the system of economic interests. If economic interests conflict with each other, economic activity slows down, GDP growth rates decrease, and population incomes decrease, and this situation should be considered as a sign of imbalance.
