Subjects of research: state of higher education system with budgetary and contract payment method in Uzbekistan development prospects, as wells as the organization principles of higher education in the Republic.
Purpose of work: revealing of comparative system of influence of contract payment with budgetary on forming and development of higher education in the conditions of modernization of our country on the basis of the conducted sociological research.

Subject of research: Light sierozem soils of the Kizrikdara massif in Surkhan-Shcrabad oasis, Bukhara-6, Bukhara-8 and Denov cotton varieties, fertilizer rates. Purpose of work: To study nutritive rates and irrigation regimes of the Bukhara-6, Bukhara-8 and Denov middle-fibrous varieties grown as the basic and Bukhara-8 and Denov cotton varieties as a double crops in irrigated light sierozems of the Kizrikdara massif in Surkhan- Shcrabad oasis, to give recommendations/
Method of research Scientific researches were conducted on irrigation-nutritive regimes for the Bukhara-6, Bukhara -8 and Denov varieties by “Field experiment methods” (2007) of Uzbek Scientific Research Institute for Cotton Growing (UzSRICG).
The results achieved and their novelty: New regionalized middle-fibrous variety of Bukhara-6 and the perspective middle-fibrous varieties of Bukhara-8 and Denov were grown first as basic and double crops on different irrigation regimes in the light sierozems of Surkhandarya region and their optimal irrigation regimes, timings and the NPK rates were determined, also created the basis of scientific-practical values of yield increase.
Practical value: The optimal antecedent moisture was 65-65-60% of less field holding moisture capacity (LFHMC) where, Bukhara-6 and Bukhara-8 varieties grown as basic; and its regular yield formed 40.0-39.6 centner (100kg) I ha by three years; also water expenditure rate formed 121.2-122.5 m3 In the Denov variety, those indications were 40.4 centner /ha and 105.5 m3 when LFHMC was 60-60-60%.
There were determined that highest results were achieved when optimal NPK rates formed 250, 175 and 125 kg per hectare (kg/ha) for those cotton varieties, and determined that optimal antecedent moisture in Bukhara-8 variety was 65-65-60% LFHMC and NPK rates were 200, 140 and 100 kg/ha in double cropping, as well as, in Denov variety, those determinations were accordingly N-150, P-105 and K-75 kg/ha with the 60-60-60% of LFHMC.
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: Recommendations were given by optimal irrigation and nutritive regimes for Bukhara-6, Bukhara-8 and Denov varieties, and entered in Surkhandarya farming system.
Field of application: farming economics specialized in cotton growing.

Subjects of research: cotton filament and its product (the cotton filament, cotton wool, waste cotton and textile cleaning plant).
Purpose of work: research the new codes of goods Nomenclature to foreign economic activity, create and use in practice methods of expert tests goods of operation undertaking for determination of cotton filament and its some products.
Methods of research: study of the research work is founded on experimental method of the analysis. For determination of the chemical composition of goods and cheese are used classical chemical and technical methods, as well as physical, customs and the other expert operations of the chemical science.
The results obtained and their novelty: On the base of the complex research works for cotton fibres arc designed 10 new code numbers and commentaries to him; for product from cotton filament - 4; for cotton fibre - 4; for product cotton cleaning plant - 4; for cotton wool - 6. In generally - 28 code numbers and commentary for it. Designed scicntifically-mcthodical bases of the determination of the codes of goods is on Goods Nomenclature to foreign economic activity. Coming from results of the studies and their deep analysis, for the first time, in customs system of the Republic Uzbekistan, is created customs expert laboratory. In practical activity of the central and regional expert laboratories arc introduced designed scicntifically-mcthodical bases and new methods, especially in realization of the customs expert operation. For determination code numbers cotton filament and its product and goods on Goods Nomenclature to foreign economic activity, as well as undertaking the customs expert operation, is designed "express" methods.
Determined that with the measures of changcing of the sort filament quantitative mass of the cellulose falls. So, as a result of reductions of the sort filament, increasing level of pollution of sample and reductions of the factor to maturity (1,8% - 1,4%) formed mass of the cellulose fell on 1,3%. Explored microstructures, chemical and physico-mechanical characteristic of 5 sorts and 9 types cotton filament. The Microscopic observations under investigation sample cotton filament have allowed to define in them amount of the growing, which number of rings decreases from 38 before to 20 with the measures of the reduction of the factor of maturity from 2,0 before to 1,2 less. Determined chemical and physico-mcchanical factors for each sort, which differ from each other on creating the different types of the cellulose i.e. alpha - celluloses (96,7% - 93,6%); beta -celluloses (2,3% -1,2%); the gamma - celluloses (2,0% -1,0%) decreases, according to increasing of degrees of pollution (2,1% -12,5%) and density (125M/teks - 200 м/teks). By means of IK, PMR - spectroscopical and x-rayscopycal analysis is studied micro- and macro structure of cotton filament of 5th sort and 9 types and two types cotton lint. The certain difference degree crystalloid cotton filament on determination of the bands of the absorption in IK - spectrum.
Practical value: theoretical and methodological rules and explanations to national Goods Nomenclature to foreign economic activity arc designed in Thesis study on categorizations goods on base of the chemical composition, can be applying at development of the national goods nomenclature. Separate its theoretical rales and explanations possible to use such scholastic discipline in process of the education as "Commodity subject", "Classification and certification of goods on base their chemical composition", "Customs expert operation", "Goods nomenclature to foreign economic activity" etc.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the Main results, findings and recommendations, being kept in study, offered by researcher operative methods of the realization of the customs expert operation, is accepted laboratory to State association "O’zpahtasanoat", Uzbek center on certification cotton filament "Sifat" at Cabinet Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as Central customs expert laboratory of the State customs committee for using in determination of the codes goods cotton filament and its product to national Goods nomenclature of foreign economic activity. The Directed offer on newly designed code goods in Committee on Harmonized System to Worldwide Customs Organization. The Separate positions of the dissertation are used in scholastic process in some educational institutions Ministry high average special formation, Tax academy of the State tax committee, Higher military customs institute. In practice it was passed the test operative methods of customs expert operation for determination of the codes goods cotton filament and its product in accordance with Goods nomenclature of foreign economic activity. On base concrete example in study is confirmed possibility of protection economic interest of republic as a result of correct categorization of the codes goods cotton filament and its product in accordance with Goods nomenclature of foreign economic activity. So, for instance, from explored sample cotton filament economic damage in amount of 370,7 mln. sum. (For December 2009).
Field of application: results of the study and theoretical findings can be applying at the State Customs Committee and laboratory agency ’’Uzstandart", them can also use the participants of foreign economic activity, specialists on customs registration, declarants and others, besides in High and average special educational institutions- in process of the education, for scientific employees - in research works.

Objects of research: an earth's crust of the Surkhandarya depression.
Aim of the inquiry : studying of a deep geological structure of the Surkhandarya depression, mapping the deep borders of the earth's crust, surface of the basement and its display in a modem relief.
Method of inquiry: the complex analysis of the geology-geophysical data, first of all seismic survey materials of method of exchange waves of the earthquakes, results of gravitation prospecting, deep drilling, with attraction information on allied industries.
The results achieved and their novelty: by data of method of exchange waves of the earthquakes were allocated the body area identified with mantle plum which breaks through Moho surface, in the southern and western part of researched territory in the bottom part of the earth's crust - Moho intermediate zone, which presence proved by results of geodensitive modeling. Were mapped the Surkhandarya fault. It is established that the researched area has entered in active orogenic phase of development in the end of Pliocene and in the beginning of Quaternary period.
Practical value: were constructed the schematic map of the surface of buried relief of the basement by the data of method of exchange waves of the earthquakes. On the basis of the analysis of the bedding features of the Paleozoic basement disjunctive dislocations arc revealed and were made the estimation of a degree of dislocation of Paleozoic deposits that has allowed revealing sites for statement in the future for purposeful exploration.
Degree of embed and economic affectivity: given recommendations on carrying out of additional field researches, improvement of profile VI-VI with the purpose of specification of a deep structure of east zone of the Surkhandarya depression and also the recommendation on revealing local oil-gas-bcaring structures which have been accepted in Open Society "Uzbekgeofizika".
Field of application: oil-and-gas branch of Republic Uzbekistan, the exploration enterprises which arc carrying out search and prospecting of oil and gas accumulations.

Subject of the research: componcntial, syntaxcmic and comparative analysis of English and Uzbek sentences with negative elements.
Aim of the research is to analyse: componcntial, syntaxcmic and comparative sentences with negative elements in English and Uzbek to determine isomorphism and allomorphism of revealed syntaxemes.
Methods of the research: comparative method, distributional method, transformational method, statistical method, the method of componcntial and syntaxcmic analysis.
The results achieved and their novelty: English and Uzbek sentences with negative elements arc analysed on the basis of modaling, determined syntagmatic and paradigmatic relations of negative components and syntaxemes; system relations of syntaxemes and their variants which arc revealed by means of the method of experiment have a great opportunity to investigate them from the point of view of comparative typology; Diffcrcntiative syntactical and semantical signs of negative elements in the structure of English and Uzbek sentences in different positions have been identified.
Practical value: new approach of syntactical analysis of sentences with negative elements, complex analysis of negative elements in English and Uzbek can be used in the lectures, special seminars and compiling text-books on theoretical grammar and comparative typology.
The degree of embedding: the materials of the investigation can be implemented into the practice of teaching the courses of “Practical Grammar”, “Theory of English Grammar”, “Comparative typology” at the faculty of English philology of Samarkand State Institute of foreign languages.

Subject of research: Ipakchi-2 x Ipakchi-1 cocoons, ultraviolet luminescence, device, raw silk, twisted thread, fabric, knitted fabric, boiling, bleaching.
Purpose of work: To improve technology of preparing raw silk for getting uniform silk colouring by sorting according to colour range of cocoons cover.
Methods of research: Theoretical research was based on threads mechanics, spectrophotometer method, electronic microscopy, mathematical statistics and experiments analysis.
Experimental researches were made using modem equipment and devices at the laboratories of “Silk technology” departments and Certification centre “CcntcxUz” of TITLE
The results obtained and their novelty: A device with programmed operating for defining cocoons colour in real time. (Patent №DGU 01345) and atent application (№ FAR 2008 0074) for automated sorting device of cocoons on cover colour range о the base of MKK.-1 were made. Rational speed of unreeling was defined and an application act at the factory on a modern silk reeling machine K.CC-SR100 (115-120m/min) was received. Due to additional including cocoons sorting on colour range the technology of preparing raw silk for making smoothly dyed fabrics, knitted fabrics and goods was improved.
Practical value: Rational speed of cocoons unreeling was defined. It will allow to produce raw silk of high quality and to increase assortment of smoothly dyed fabrics which arc in demand both in our country and abroad, it will increase effectiveness of industrial production.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the research of the dissertation were applied in cocoons unreeling workshop in Namangan “Vodiy ipagi” ltd. Expected profit in manufacture and realization of 1000m2 silk knitted fabric is 406000 sum (in the price of 2006).
Field of application: Cocoons unreeling, silk weaving and knitting factories.

Subjects of the inquiry: holoccnc sediments in the basin Chirchik.
Aim of the inquiry: To establish the characteristics of spatial-temporal structure of the geomagnetic field through the holoccnc palcomagnctic study of sections of the river basin Chirchik and drafting magnetostratigraphy scheme of Holoccnc sediments in the region
Methods of inquiry: magnetostratigraphy holoccnc on the basis of integrated field and laboratory palcomagnctic studies.
The results achieved and their novelty: For the first time the continental deposits of the holoccnc basin Chirchik by magnetostratigraphy studies modeled the structure of the geomagnetic field of the Holocene, the scheme magnetostratigraphy subdivision and correlation of the studied sections and the correlation magnetostratigraphy scheme. Age characteristics of short-term deviations of the holocene dates the gcomorphological levels of terraces and use them for palcogcographic reconstruction of extensive regional coverage and linkage with paleoclimatic and archaeological data.
Practical value: Established stratigraphic levels of short-term geomagnetic events of the holocene, which determine the palacomagnctic reference frame for the studied sediments and allows their use magnetostratigraphy dismemberment of holocene sediments for geological and stratigraphic problems, the implementation of the correlation, the development of the regional stratigraphic scheme of continental holocene formations on the territory of Uzbekistan.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The results of the study in the State Committee of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources and the learning process of the geological department NUU named after Mirzo Ulugbek implemented. Studies have considerably strengthened the stratigraphic base of subdivision and correlation of holocene sediments, which ultimately enhances the effectiveness of geological prospecting, geological survey work and research of engineering geology.
Sphere of usage: Quaternary geology, stratigraphy, geomorphology, paleogeography, paleomagnetism, palcoclimatology, archeology.

Subjects of research: touristic resources used now and probably in the future in activity of travel companies of Samarkand region.
Aim of the research: modernization the economics and an assessment of possibilities of increase of efficiency of use touristic resources in softening of influence of the World financial and economic crisis and working out of advices about their increase.
Methods of research: the analysis and synthesis, abstract and logical thinking, the comparative analysis, grouping, the system approach and other methods of the economic analysis and statistics.
The results achieved and their novelty: advanced definition and classification of tourist resources is developed; it is emphasized a role of touristic resources in development of national economy and definition of possibility of increase of their efficiency; Recommendations about revealing of possibilities and factors influencing increase the efficiency of tourist resources in the conditions of world financial and economic crisis are offered; priority directions of efficiency of use touristic resources of Samarkand region are offered; perspective directions on increases of efficiency use touristic resources of Samarkand region are revealed and is developed practical recommendations about tourism development in region.
Practical value: influence of the World financial and economic crisis on increases of efficiency of touristic resources that can become substantiation for introduction of new perspective of touristic routes for the purpose of an effective utilisation of tourist resources in region is developed the practical recommendation on softening.

At an effective utilisation of touristic resources will rise the incomes of State and local budgets, the mass of cash and currency incomes will increase.

Subject of research: air basin of Akhangaran valley affects adversely on the ecological zone due to a greater number of waste of the anthropogene origin.
Purpose of work: study of the synoptic and meteorological conditions of contaminants propagation in the Akhanagaran valley on the basis of hydrodynamic model of the transport taking into account topography of the valley; elaboration of recommendations to monitoring, diagnosis and short-term prognosis of contaminants propagation in the valley.
Methods of research: methods of scientific cognition including the methods of morphometric analysis, methods of climatic and statistical, cartographic and synoptic analysis, method of finite differences of solving hydrodynamic tasks.
The results obtained and their novelty: the technique which allows to use experimental data on wind regime in one of the valleys of Western Tian-Shan for other valleys with similar morphometric characteristics was defined; assessment of the state of air basin of the Akhangaran valley with various types of circulation during the worm and cold periods of the year was performed; the values of wind velocity which provide favorable and unfavorable conditions for purifying atmosphere against contaminants waste in the valley was found; link of favorable and unfavorable conditions purifying air with types of synoptic processes in Central Asia was established; the chart for monitoring, which includes short-term prognosis of the state of air basin was developed.
Practical value: methodic approaches, algorithm and recommendations of the thesis research can be used during drawing up the projects for positioning enterprises; during monitoring for the state of atmosphere in the ecologically tensed industrial areas of the valleys of Western Tian-Shan; when drawing up maps for evaluation of the state of contamination by industrial waste as well as during the teaching of the special courses: “Fundamentals of Ecology”, “Numerical methods of weather forecast”, “Physics of Atmosphere”, “Ecological Monitoring” etc.

Subjects of research: activity of joint-stock commercial banks “Microcreditbank”, “Ipotekabank”, “Agrobank” which arc in the bank system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Purpose of work: of marketing activity of commercial banks functioning in bank services market of the country and elaboration of scientific - methodic and practical recommendations on their pcrpcctive development.
Methods of research: in the process of investigation were widely used economic - statistic analyses, expert assessment, segmentation, collection of information and questionnairy systematic approach, econometric modelling, scientific abstraction and other methods.
The results obtained and their novelty: the anther’s scientific definition to the notion of commercial banks marketing activity is given, mechanisms of activity of functioning bank services market, its structural parts and factors influencing on them arc defined the main principles of complex measures directed towards increasing efficiency of bank marketing are founded , the strategy directed towards increasing efficiency of marketing activity in the bank service market is worked out, the ways of market system usage in conducting active - passive operations of commercial banks arc well - founded, scientific recommendations on complex implcmcntion of instruments and methods in realization operations with securities by commercial bank arc worked out.
Practical value: scientific practical recommendations and methodic elaborations can be used in the activity of commercial banks, functioning in the bank services market, as well as in the activity of state bodies, regulating the given system and in the activity of scientific-research institutes.

Subjects of study: Object of the study is regularities of the scattering and sputtering of mono crystal surfaces at the bombardment by ions.
Purpose of work: is to establish of mechanisms and regularities of the processes small angle scattering ions from the ideal and defect surfaces of double component monocrystals GaP(lOO) and ice films and sputtering as clusters of the ice film surfaces, covering Au( 111) surfaces by method of computer simulation.
Methods of study: is a computer simulation method based by the methods molecular dynamic and binary collision approximation. The method of binary collision approximation used for a study of description of the processes of the ion scattering from the double component mono crystal surfaces, and method molecular dynamics used for study of the sputtering of the surfaces metal, covered ice films.
The results obtained and their novelty: The process of dechanneling ions at the bombardment by the Ar* and Ne* ions of the ideal and defect surfaces ice and semiconductor GaP(lOO) was investigated. The trajectory and energy losses of ions in these crystals have been found and explained, their ranges were determined.
The effect of ion dechanneling was found and studied. The trajectory of dechanneling ions at the ion bombardment of the defect and ideal mono crystal surfaces was studied.
At the bombardment by the low energy ions of the surface ice films, implanted by ions and covered on metallic surfaces, was discovered the sputtering of big clusters. The size of sputtering cluster depends to the location of the implanted ion to the crystal. The coefficient of sputtering was calculated for the ice films implanted by positive and negative ions.
Practical value: developed effective codes and obtained results of ion scattering and sputtering processes can be used for the analysis of fundamental and applied problems of small angle ion scattering spectroscopy and secondary ions mass-spectrometry.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity:
These results were used in grants F-2.1.29 GNTP (2003-2007), INTAS(YSF-2001/2-60), Penn State University (2002-2003), Cambridge University (2004-2005) and Vienna Technology University(2003-2004).
Field of application: micro- and nanoelectronics, semiconductors and dielectrics physics.

Subjects of research: Fiber-optical systems of transfer of the information, optical units and elements of fiber-optical communication lines (FOCL).
Purpose of work: Research and development of methods of regeneration of optical signals for restoration of their spectral characteristics and strengthenings of intensity by means of AOTF.
Methods of research: Methods of improvement of spectral characteristics FOST, linearization their through passage characteristics with use of filters AORF, testing of separate devices and units FOCL, experimental definition of sizes of distortions of spectral characteristics, statistical processing of experimental results.
The results obtained and their novelty: Basic bases of use akusto optical effects for research of spectral characteristics of fiber-optical systems of transfer of the information are established. The technique of optimization of spectral characteristics FOST on the basis of use acoustic optical filters is created. The functional structure of the measuring stand and a complex is developed for researches of parameters FOCL and imitation of the phenomena occuring in real high-speed fiber-optical systems of transfer of the information. The model of the optical radiation approached on the spectral structure to radiation in FOST is created.
Practical value: On application of the received results practical recommendations are developed for indemnification of distortions of a contour of through passage spectral characteristics FOST. Developed the stand and a measuring complex are recommended for researches of spectral characteristics of elements and units FOCL and selection of optimum operating modes.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Results of work are given for introduction in enterprises of the UzACI, in the telecommunication companies and in educational process of the TUIT.
Field of application: In FOST for improvement of spectral characteristics and for testing elements and units FOCL.

Objects of study: Degenerating equations of high odd order with multiple characteristics.
Purpose of the work: Studying the existence and uniqueness of boundary problems for degenerating equations of high odd order with multiple characteristics, finding private values, constructing automodcl solution for degenerating equation of high odd order.
Method of study: It was applied Fourier method, method of similarity and other methods in solving the equations with private derivative.
Obtained results and their novelty: the existence and uniqueness of stated boundary problem for degenerating equations of high odd order with multiple characteristics was studied, private values was found, and automodcl solution for studied equation was constructed.
All of the results of dissertation arc new.
Practical importance: the dissertation has theoretical importance.
Fields of application: The results of the dissertation can be applied to studying degenerating differential equations with private derivative, and to the problems of physics and mechanics.

Subjects of the enquiry: Economy of the European Union as a whole and economic processes in it.
Aim of the enquiry: to elaborate scientifically based suggestions and recommendations on developing trade-economic and investment cooperation between the EU and the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the analysis of main temdencies in economic development of the European Union, especially in the period of world financial-economic crisis.
Methods of inquiry: comparative analysis, statistical grouping, scientific abstraction, systematic approach etc.
The results achieved and their novelty: structural elements of the EU economic integration are characterised and their role on economic-investment potential of the region is defined; effect of the EU strategy on increasing competitiveness on population well-being is analysed and on this base new approach to “economic competitiveness - population well-being” is suggested; main directions of the EU external trade policy are described and three scenarios related with investment activities in the period of the world financial-economic crisis are forecasted; tendencies in trade relations between the EU and Uzbekistan are defined; scientifically based suggestions and recommendations for their solution and improvement of bilateral cooperation are elaborated, taking into account priority directions of program on decreasing outcomes of world financial-economic crisis in the conditions of Uzbekistan; mechanism of developing “Made in Uzbekistan” brand is offered.
Practical value: results, scientific-methodological conclusions and suggestions may be used in the activity of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in elaboration of national, regional and corporative programs of developing trade-economic and investment cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the EU states in the crisis and post-crisis period, and also in the higher education sphere.

Purpose of work: research modern tendencies and particularities of the strategy of China’s export policy, develop the ways of implementation of its positive experience in conditions of Uzbekistan, and find the possibilities through which trade relations between the two countries could develop in sustainable and mutually beneficial manner.
Methods of research: comparative analysis, scientific abstraction, systematic approach, empirical analysis, correlation-regression analysis, scenario approach etc.
The results obtained and their novelty: author’s definition to the term “strategy of export policy” was given; upon classifying main factors boosting the exports from China, the product structure and geographical destinations of Chinese exports were analyzed in retrospective and main tendencies were identified; main trends in Uzbekistan-China trade relations were detected; new directions for the improvement of Uzbekistan’s strategy of export policy were worked out; through enhancement of export potential, improvement of its strategy, boosting of integration processes, main directions of development of processing trade activities in local conditions extracted from Chinese experience were identified; a comparative analysis of export policy performance of Uzbekistan and China in conditions of ongoing world financial-economic crisis was done.
Practical value: the research results and recommendations can be used in undertaking structural reforms in export-oriented sectors of national economy, in working out appropriate economic programs and projects by government bodies, in educational aims.

Subject of research: 105 women in a 19 to 50 years old range, undergone the treatment of the pulmonary tuberculosis, which was complicated with candidiasis. Purpose of work: is perfection of the urogenital candidiasis therapy of the women with pulmonary tuberculosis taking into account ctiopathogcnctic risk’ factors. Method of research: clinical, microbiological, and immunological.
The results obtained and their novelty: some of pathogenetic aspects and the risk factors of the candidiasis development of the infiltrative fibro-cavemous pulmonary tuberculosis have been studied for the first time. Women with the prolonged chronically forms of the pulmonary tuberculosis had been marked with the high degree colonization of the mucous urogenital system’ yeast funguses with development of the urogenital candidiasis’ manifesto forms. The changes of the vagina’ microbiota and some parameters of the local immunity of women’ genitals have been defined. The assessment of the local immunity’ role in combination with the tuberculosis-candidiasis infection and within the process of the specific anti tuberculosis therapy also has been made. The principles of the prophylaxis of the mycotic complications of the tuberculosis diseased and the schemes of the local and systematic corrigcnt anti mycotic urogenital candidiasis therapy with “Orungal” grout.
Practical value: elaborated effective pathogenetic method of treatment urogenital candidiasis of the ills with pulmonary tuberculosis. Mycrobiologys method was allow elucidated the mechanize development second candidiasis at ills with tuberculosis. The received results contribute to the urogenital candidiasis’ treatment effectiveness improvement of the tuberculosis diseased, and also in prophylaxis of the mycotic complications within the process of the specific antituberculous therapy, thereby its effectiveness improvement.

Subjects of research: Black-particolored cow breeds of different genotypes and milking technology by lactation phases.
Purpose of work: Development of technology of milking improvement by lactation phases, display of genetic potential of milk productivity of black-particolored breeds of cows of different Israeli Holstein genotypes and definition of biological peculiarities of their environmental adaptability.
Methods of research: zootechnical, technological and biological methods.
The results obtained and their novelty: The genetic potential of milk productivity of black-particolored breeds of cows of different genotypes of Israeli Holstein breed is found out. The milking level increased by 43-66 percent. For the first time their exterior peculiarities, the technology of milking improvement by lactation phases, environmental adaptability and their relation to productivity were studied.
Practical value: Receiving of different genotype animals by crossing of black-particolored breed of cows with Israeli Holstein breed, identifying of their productivity genetic potential at optimum conditions of their housing and feeding.
Forming of high-productive cattle-stock, environmentally adapted, tolerant to hot climate and gaining of milk productivity of 3900-4600 kg.
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: Results arc introduced in cattle stocks in farms Soliikh, Azizjan and Murat of Kibray District of Tashkent Region. The profit of 345,6-572,9 Thousand Sums was earned from each cow, profitability rate made 36.4-41.1%.

Purpose of work: study of state of medicinal agents’ advertising at the pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Uzbekistan, development and passing (confirming) of normative documents for regulating of medicinal agents’ promotion in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Methods of research: logic, statistic, sociologic, graphic methods of research, theory of advertising and modem computer technology.
The results obtained and their novelty: for the first time the analysis of nonnative base regulating the promotion of medicinal agents has been conducted. The most valuable ways and means of promotion of medicinal agents at the pharmaceutical market of Uzbekistan have been detennined. The order №74 dated by 12.03.2010 «About order of giving of permissions for advertising of medicinal agents, medical services and goods of medical assignation» of Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan have been issued and order project of Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan «About order of giving of permissions for advertising of medicinal agents and goods of medical assignation for medical institutions and medical personnel» have been developed. Methodic indications for practical lessons of students and audience of Tashkent pharmaceutical institute’s faculty of pharmacists’ perfection have been introduced to the learning process.

Subjects of research: 49 boxers - highly skilled sportsmen of the National team of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Research objectives: study the process of formation of the special functional system of adaptation in boxers and develop actions to perfect the process of adaptation and rehabilitation of boxers.
Research methods: Functional work-ability of sportsmen - test PWC-170, immunographs, thrombocyte aggregation by Bom's method, erythrocyte aggregation activity, electric skin , quazy-stationary potential, Kcrdo vegetative index, electrocardiogram, ultrasonic examination of the abdominal cavity, BBA, Spielberg-Khanin's questionnaire, auto-training by I.G.Schultz.
Obtained results and their novelty: For the first time, the results of the conducted research allowed to reveal specificity of sports fatigue in boxers during different periods of annual training cycle. Characteristics of the immune status of highly skilled sportsmen, changes in the immune system of boxers in the period of adaptation to training load and restoration in dependence on were investigated. On the basis of the obtained results, a new optimized pathogenetic approach to adaptation and rehabilitation of sportsmen with application of enzyme therapy has been substantiated and developed. The system of boxers’ rehabilitation with application of the enzyme therapy and psychotherapy has been developed that in turn was manifested in a high pace of achieving sport results with positive shifts of the physiological, biochemical and neuro-cndocrinc indicators of functions reflecting the course of the general adaptable syndrome.
Practical significance. The findings obtained by the researcher will allow to identify the specificity of immune disorders in boxers that will become a basis for formation of a group of sportsmen at the risk of development of immuno-mediated conditions and diseases and to start timely an adequate correction course. For the purpose of improvement of adaptation and rehabilitation processes in boxers, psycho-therapeutic techniques and polyenzymc preparation Vobenzyme arc recommended to use during a training-competition cycle.
Degree of implementation and economic efficiency. The results of the research have been introduced in work practice in the National medical-sports clinic named after M.B.Frank, the city sports clinic, the polyclinic of the Republican college of Olympic Reserve, the Chair of Sports, Remedial Gymnastics, department of sport medicine and Physical training of Tashkent Medical Academy.

Aim of the inquiry: development of the technology of reception single phosphated fertilizers form above - mentioned viewes of the phosphated raw of Central Kyzilkum.
Method of inquiry: chemical and physico-chemical methods.
The results achieved and their novelty: for the first time the single high -concentrated phosphorated fertilizers with large content of assimilated and water -soluble forms P2O5 is produced from the poor high - carbonizated phosphated raw by the method of its phosphate - acidic activation and by acidic - thermal processing.
Practical value: the agriculture has received extremely needed the single -phosphated fertilizers for applying under autumn ploughing. The results of this work permit to involve into production of the phosphated fertilizers such the large - tonnaged waste of Kizilkum phosphorited combinate as mineralizated mass and dusty fraction.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the laboratory findings have test - operates on the large model plant. During 2010y have planning the industrial test at Almalyk Open Society “Ammophos - Maksam”. The carried out agrochemical testings showed high efficiency of the new fertilizers. The agricultural demand in single phosphated fertilizers for applying them under autumn ploughing only on cotton and cereal crops has constitutes 272 - 292 thousand tons P2O5 by year. Now only simple ammoniated superphosphate producing by Kokand plant in amount 22,9 thousand tons P2O5 by year, maybe used as single phosphated fertilizer under autumn polughing.
Sphere of usage: plants of State joint - stock company “Uzkimyosanoat”, agriculture.

Subjects of research: physical and mechanical properties, dirt retention of transmission oil, main parameters and indices of the elements of cleaning system built in the tractor gear-box.
Purpose of work: Development and substantiation of main parameters for the system of transmission oil cleaning of universal tractors.
Methods of research: The principles of theoretical mechanics and multiphase medium mechanics have been used in the theoretical researches. Research of physical and mechanical properties of the transmission oil and its pollution concentration in the time of tractor work has been conducted according to the 23652 - 79 state standard. The field research for checking the cleaning system work and substantiation of its parameters has been conducted in laboratory and field conditions by using the methods of physical, chemical, spectral, photometrieal analysis and planning multifactor experiments.
The results obtained and their novelty: Structural schema and parts transmission oil cleaning system in the tractor transmission gear box without material changes of its construction has been defended by a patent. Physical and mathematical models of the oil cleaning processes, describing the provision of oil movement in the system and its required condition at regular working system in interaction with main constructive and regime parameters. Rational values of the system main parameters.
Practical value: Using the offered transmission oil cleaning system with the substantiated parameters provides the oil cleanliness on dirt concentration in admissible levels during its 1000 moto-hours, that allows to reduce the wear of rubbing parts 2.8-3.0 times.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The work results have been accepted to introduction by Tashkent Tractor Plant, the system prototypes have been introduced in the “Namuna” Farm, Surkhandarya province and “TANGEN DOKTOR”, Tashkent province. The annual expected economic affectivity of introducing the offered oil cleaning system is 296676 soom per tractor by reducing the wear of rubbing parts.

Subjects of research: ruderal, cultivated-tropical and subtropical varieties and forms of G. barbadense L. and specie G.darwinii Watt.
Purporse of work: identification of phylogenetic relationship congeniality of intraspecific varieties of G.barbadense L. and interspecific congeniality with the specie G.darwinii Watt. Determination of possibilities to use them in breeding.
Methods of research: intcr-and intraspecific hybridization, comparative morphology, genetic and static analysis methods.
The results obtained and their novelty: Application of research work using complex methods, resulted in obtaining, for the first time, new data on phylogenetic congeniality, morphological features and nature of inheritance of biological and economy-valuable traits of intraspecific varieties of G.barbadense L. and G.darwinii Watt and their hybrids F|, F2, F]B]. New hybrid forms-donors of valuable economic traits were obtained.
A new phylogenetic scheme was developed and a systematic position of intraspecific varieties of Peruvian cotton species was specified.
It was proposed for the first time to introduce ruderal form of spp.ruderale f.pisco to the composition of wild forms, on the basis of morphological diversities (by branching type, sizes of blooms and bolls, weight of 1000 seeds and seed cotton, length of vegetation period, photoperiodic reaction), crossing ability and nature of inheritance of morphological features in F|, F2, F]B|.
Practical value: intraspecific hybrids will enrich cotton germplasm collection and might be used as donors of valuable biological and agronomic traits in cotton breeding programs.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the new scheme of phylogenetic propinquity of the intraspecific varieties of Peruvian species will facilitate the selection of starting material and ensure efficiency of nurture of new hybrid forms for genetic and selection researches to produce competitive fine-stapled cotton in the world market.

Subjects of research: 42 rabbit’s chinchilla species, 45 patients of aplastic anemia and 20 healthy men.
Purpose of work: To detect the peculiarities of the disorders of functional-metabolic parameters of liver and the development of endotoximia in aplastic anemia and correction them with new disentoxic agent «succinosol».
Methods of research: General-clinical, biochemical, haematological, instrumental, statistical.
The results obtained and their novelty: The experimental and clinical investigation showed the involving in pathologic process of liver during aplastic anemia, appearing with structural-functional disorders, and misbalance in system of ПОЛ/АОЗ on systemic and local levels. This process inhibits biotransformation of xenobiotics and leads to endotoximia. It is important to use the succinosol in its treatment, which does not let to using sorbilact in patients with AA by its properties.
Practical value: In general the work has fundamental character and discovers the pathogenic mechanisms of liver insufficiency developments in experiment and in clinic; it has proved the necessity of dynamic control of liver condition AA.Thc remarkable change of structural- functional parameters of liver dictates the necessity of hepatoprotectors’ using and disentoxic therapy, to decrease the degree of endogen intoxication. Succinosol is more effective than wide using sorbilact: more economic, does not cause side effects.
