The paper looks at the reforms in higher education of Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular what measures have been taken to award a greater degree of academic and financial independence to move from centralized to autonomous management of HEIs. There are number of law and regulations have been put in place to support this change. The concept of corporate governance in higher education must be studied and implemented to ensure effective management of HEIs with the aim to improve and develop academic quality and strategic development.     

Consolidated squandering is biologically converted into value added products by physiological action of pathogen. These processes occur under controlled environmental condition.  It could be in the form  of  submerged fermentation or as consolidated-state fermentation technology. Substrates used are mainly agricultural, industrial and domestic squandering.  These  squandering  must  possess  qualities  that  will  support  microbial  activities  and  are  usually rich in carbohydrates, proteins, fats and oil. Pathogen used includes bacteria, mould, yeasts and fungi. These organisms are generally considered safe and can't cause harm to the consumers. Products, such as antibiotics, biogas, bifocal, biofertilizers, bioplastic, organic manure, organic acids, flavors, enzymes, etc are derived  from squandering conversation. Conversation of consolidated squandering to value-added products has contributed immensely  to  the  remunerative  enlargement  of  the  industrialized  nations  in  area  of  job  creation,  income generation and in improving the standard of life through agriculture and industrial enlargement. It minimizes squandering generation and reduces the dimensions or land space used as landfill. 

He scientific and practical research project entitled "Creation of invitro microclonal reproduction technology of local pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) varieties" that I would like to introduce to you today, is funded by the Ministry of Innovative Development and is designed for 3 years.

However, the article also notes the importance of ensuring the connection of digital history with serious historical research and meeting the needs of different audiences and communities. Overall, the article provides valuable insights into the development of digital history in Uzbekistan and its potential impact on preserving and interpreting the country's historical heritage.                 

This article deals with the actual problem of prevention of deviant behavior and delinquency among adolescents. To solve it, it is proposed to use socio-psychological technologies in working with deviant adolescents. The definition of deviant behavior and offense is given, their main forms and types are highlighted. Modern directions and types of prevention of deviant behavior are noted: personal, family, social prevention. Theoretical approaches to the prevention of socially dangerous, deviant behavior are highlighted. Various technologies for the prevention of deviant behavior are listed and characterized. According to the author, socio-psychological technologies are effective, and the prevention of deviant behavior of adolescents based on them implies the presence of several areas of socio-psychological activity and the necessary actions of a psychologist specialist. New and specific are the socio-psychological forms and technologies of preventive work related to the international experience and practice of "restorative justice”. These are technologies of “mediation, circles of care, family and school conferences”.     

This article reveals that the stress management skills of teachers are important today. As such, the stress management knowledge of school teachers in Uzbekistan was studied.

The article focuses on the issues of relation of reflexivity with the features of the system of general abilities. It describes the content of the concept of reflexivity, its place in the system of abilities, and the embodiment of intelligence as an independent phenomenon. Also, the relationship of reflexivity with creative abilities, creativity and characteristics of the educational type is substantiated.

First of all, the content of the concept of egocentrism and the researches of foreign scientists in this regard are mentioned. Also, experimental research aimed at determining the degree of formation of egocentrism during adolescence was carried out and its analysis was described.     

The work on the sound culture of speech in the senior preschool age is aimed at solving the problems of cultural and speech education and at preparing preschoolers for literacy. Work continues on the formation of phonemic hearing, children's awareness of the sound composition of the word, the formation of phonemic perception of the word.     

The article outlines the techniques of introducing inclusive educational institutions and preparing future teachers for inclusive education. The essence, objectives and principles of inclusive education of special needs children and adolescents need inclusive education, the role of international organizations in implementing this form of education.

Also, the article demonstrates methods of the teachers as well as he aim of the curriculum. In addition, recommendations are provided in order to support students to achieve their goals.
