Subject of research: sixty-six patients with duodenal ulcer, 208 rats with experimental ulcer of stomach were sdudied.
Purpose of research: To study the effect of components and some schemes of antihclicobactcrial therapy of ulcer disease on the condition of aggressive-protective factors in gastroduodenal zone and determine effective schemes of triple therapy.
Methods of research: Clinic-instrumental, pharmacological, biochemical methods.
The results obtained and their novelty: The effect of some macrolids, derivatives of nitroimidazol, and inhibitors of proton pomp, amoxicillin and rifampicin on the condition of defense factors in gastric mucosa during the treatment of ulcer disease was studied. It has been established that the studying preparations and their combined use in the schemes of triple therapy differently operate on the relationship of aggressive-protective factors. Omcprazol, claritromycin, mctronidazol and their combined use give a negative effect on defense mechanisms in mucous tissue, manifested by the disorder in system of NO - formation, by increasing of process of lipids peroxidation, by decreasing MOS enzymes functions, with suppressing the functions of mucosa producing cells and by disturbance of regenerative process. In this aspect, amoxicillin, tinidazol and azitromycin were inert. It has been established, that pantaprazol and rifampicin have corrective effect on disturbed indices of defense and aggressive factors.
Practical value: Results obtained allow recommend the using schemes of triple therapy on the base of pantaprazol with the inclusion of two preparations of such antibiotics as azithromycin, tinidazol, amoxicillin and rifampicin.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The results of study arc used in education process of departments of Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, Faculty and Hospital Therapy in Tashkent Medical Academy.

Subjects of research: Electronic database of clinical practice guidelines (CPG) and trials (systematic reviews, RCTs etc.), CPG of managing hypertension developed by Evidence-based medicine center. Assessment was made in primary care practices of Ferghana and Tashkent regions (40 practices, 1200 patients) Purpose of work: Developing the clinical practice guideline for managing patients with arterial hypertension in primary care basing on evidence-based medicine and monitoring the effectiveness of guideline implementation into the primary care practice
Methods of research: Developing the quality of hypertensive patients care indicators and comparative study in two independent groups with prospective and controlled design and active intervention in term of implementing clinical practice guideline into primary care practice
The results obtained and their novelty: Monitoring of the process and outcome of managing patients with arterial hypertension in term of conformity to thirteen indicators has demonstrated statistically valid difference between two groups of study with shift to intervention group in comparison with control one. First of all, substantial effect was found in process of caring hypertensive patients and in lesser degree in outcomes and this fact assumes that identifying the key factors influencing the process and outcome of hypertensive patients care would be important in perspective.
Practical value: The positive outcomes of this study suggest possibility of the same results in using this approach in other areas of medical practice
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: CPG of hypertension is widely used by specialists working in primary care, recommendation are implemented into teaching of general practitioners in under- and postgraduate study

Subjects of the inquiry: Central Kyzylkum phosphorites, phosphogypsum, nitric, phosphoric and sulfuric acid, carboammonium salts, acid and ammoniated pulps, water-salt systems, washing waters.
Aim of the inquiry: Creation of physics-chcmical and technological bases of various kinds of Central Kyzylkum phosphorites, phosphochalk and phosphogypsum processing to efficient simple and complex fertilizers.
Method of inquiry: chemical, X-ray and IR-spectroscopical methods of analysis, an isothermal and polythcrmal method of solubility studying.
The results achieved and their novelty: for the first time the new data on solubility, interaction and phase changes in threefold and the multicomponent systems made of calcium phosphates, inorganic acids, calcium sulphate and calcium carbonate arc obtained, kinetic laws of running chemical reactions arc investigated and on this basis various kinds of simple and complex fertilizers with high technical and economic and agrochemical indexs arc synthesized.
Practical value: on the basis of various kinds of Central Kyzylkum phosphorites flexible wasteless productions technologies of high performance simple and complex fertilizers were created. The technology of phosphogypsum from Central Kyzylkum phosphorites processing to ammonium sulphate and phosphochalk was developed.
Degree of embed and economic affectivity: the technology on production nitrocalciumphosphate fertilizers from Central Kyzylkum phosphorites is ran into production on “Samarkhandkimyo” Open Stock Society, were produced more than 90 thousand t of fertilizers. On Open Stock Society "Ammophos" trial installation for conversion of 10 thousands tonns/ycar of phosphogypsum processing to ammonium sulphate and phosphochalk is mounted and approved. The developed fertilizers have shown higher agrochemical efficiency in comparison with ammophos and simple superphosphate. Technico-cconomical calculations shows decreasing of fertilizers price for about 15-40 %.
Sphere of usage: production of mineral fertilizers and an agriculture.

Subject of research: the process of formation motivational ground among the 7th- 9lh grade schoolchildren at general public education schools.
Purpose of work: substantiation and elaboration pedagogical bases of forming motivational ground among the 7th- 9th grade schoolchildren.
Methods of research: studying and analyzing pedagogical, sociological, psychological, philosophical literatures on research topic; studying the school documentations, analysis of programs and textbooks; pedagogical observation, questionnaire, diagnosing, projections; pedagogical experiment, statistical, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the collected data.
The results obtained and their novelty: theoretically substantiated the didactical and educational values of forming motivational ground of ethical qualities of schoolchildren in modern conditions; worked out concepts and systematized the methods of forming motivational ground of ethical qualities of students in the process of teaching humanitarian subjects; revealed and concretized psychological-pedagogical factors and conditions of forming motivational ground of ethical qualities of the 7th - 9th grade schoolchildren on the bases of worked out program, created scientific and methodological recommendations in implementing the forms, methods and ways of forming ethical qualities of students.

Received results and their actuality: methods of rational intensification of the heat issue by the means of by-thc-wall influence in the heat outing channels with the low speeds of flows; empirical depending of the heat exchanging and hydraulic resistance of the heat outing surfaces of the following type: diffuser - confessor, with perforation of discreet fault; criteria’s of the effectiveness, based on the analogical laws of Reynolds and methods of the similar power consumption; diffuser - confessor surface with the comers of the diffuser opening 12,7 and equivalently distance of the diffuser - confessor 5:1; in which diffuser’s part is made in the type of Zhukovskiy’s profile, what gives the opportunity to lowdown profile part of the hydraulic resistance.
Practical importance: the present investigations allowed to get information on the heat exchanging and hydraulic resistance of the heat outing channels with the following types of the surface: diffuser - confessor, with perforation and discreet fault; offered concreted model of the intensification of the heat exchange on the surface of the diffuser - confessor type: the received experimental information on the heat exchange and hydraulic resistance may be recommended for the usage in the projecting of the effective solar air hitters.
Level of the interference and economical effectiveness: the results of the scientific investigations and practical recommendations arc used in the following works: “Intensification of the heat exchange in the channels of the solar air heaters made for the specialists, worked on the problems of the construction and design of the solar air heaters, and also for megastars, aspirants who conduct scientific investigations in the field of geliotcchnics and heat techniques; experimental example of the solar air heater with perforation gcliorecieving devices, used in the technological process of the heating of the fruits and vegetables in the Turakurgan’s plant (Namangan city) in the methodological guides on the course.

The results achieved and their novelty': there given ideas that National idea defines National grammar and in its place National grammar influence on National idea; it is proved that in the version of traditional syntactic structure of Uzbek uncxtcndcd sentence has been studied on the basis of European languages in particular Russian; in the content of reformed mother tongue the attitude to unextended sentence and portable sentence arc defined, in syntactic structure of the Uzbek portable sentence must be taken as the centre of the sentence and according to this, its [WPm], [S-P], [WP] types are defined.
Practical value: the results of research can be used in writing of the textbooks and manuals, carrying out the special courses on syntax of the Uzbek language, creation of theoretical and academic grammar.

Subjects of the inquiry: History of a policy of a cultural revolution of the Soviet authority in Uzbekistan.
Aim of the inquiry: Considering absence in a domestic historiography of the special research shining a policy of a cultural revolution of the Soviet authority in Uzbekistan in work the purpose comprehensively is put to study, generalize and analyse complex and inconsistent process of formation of the Soviet culture, to open stages of its introduction.
Method of the inquiry: based on the civilized approach to the problem in pursuing the research the following methods have been used: objectivism, historicism, comparison, referencing association and correlation.
The results achieved and their novelty: In the dissertation for the first time in a domestic historiography the history of formation of Soviet "cultural revolution" in Uzbekistan is in a complex investigated, the Soviet legislation is analyzed and declarative character of the democratic principles fixed in normative-legal documents is revealed, absence of elementary independence and full dependence of local governmental bodies on machineries of state is opened. Besides analyzed the actions of the Soviet authority directed against representatives of local intelligences, a national life, spiritual and religious values and their consequences.
Practical value: The maintenance and conclusions of work render scientific-theoretical and practical value in research and an estimation of essence of the Soviet cultural policy, its originality and an ideological basis, and also a control system of the Soviet authority.

Object of the research: black holes, wormholes, gravastars, neutron stars.
Aim of the research: study of electromagnetic fields and particle motion in i) the Kerr-Taub-NUT spacetime, spacetime of ii) rotating magnetized wormhole, iii) black hole on brane, iv) gravastars; derivation of the exact analytic solutions for dependence of radii of stable circular orbits from brane parameter of black holes on brane; study the influence of spin and gravitomagnetic monopole momentum of the black hole on processes of energy extraction from rotating black hole.
Methods of the research: mathematical methods of macroscopic electrodynamics in general relativity, differential geometry, numerical methods of calculation on computers, with further developing of the numerical methods for considered problems.
The obtained results and their novelty: the solutions for electromagnetic fields i) in the Kerr-Taub-NUT spacetime, spacetime of ii) magnetized neutron star with NUT charge, iii) magnetized wormhole, iv) gravastar, v) compact gravitating objects on brane have been found. It has been shown that influence of magnetic field dominates with compare to the NUT charge on charged particle motion in the Kerr-Taub-NUT spacetime and NUT parameter increases the efficiency of Blandfod-Znajek and Penrose processes. Strong dependence of particle motion from form parameter of wormhole has been observed. Exact solution for miminum value of the radii of stable circular orbits around black hole on brane and upper limit for brane parameter have been evaluated. It has been shown that plasma magnetosphere of rotating black hole is stable.
Practical significance: Obtained results can play significant role on detection and study of NUT, brane and other parameters of compact objects. Obtained data can be compared with observed data in order to find the existence and difference wormholes from black holes. Expression for magnetic field of gravastar can be used to describe electromagnetic processes in gravastar. Results allow to get upper limit on value of brane parameter from astrophysical observations on accretion disc around rotating black holes.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The dissertation is of theoretical character. The results obtained could be used for studying compact objects in relativistic astrophysics. These scientific results are introduced in the special course «Theory of Gravitation» delivered to graduate students at the National University of Uzbekistan.

The object of the study: 80 women of reproductive age and 110 pregnants, suffering chronic picloncphrit.
The purpose of the study: to value the Eryxins clinic-immunological efficiency in complex therapy before pregnancy preparing of women and in decreasing of obstetrics and perinatal complications in pregnants suffering chronic picloncphrit.
Methods of the study: clinic-laboratory, ultrasonic, sonocardio-graphic, morphological, immune status study.
The results achieved and their novelty: Picloncphrit is an often disease of urine genital system among pregnants and at last year’s is noted trend to growing of this disease from 41,7% to 48,9% with increasing of the first time revealed picloncphrit in pregnancy to 2,8 time.
In nonpregnat’s and pregnant’s with chronic pielonephrit is revealed the secondary immune deficit characterized by nonspccifical changes in immune system, expressing of T-cell immunity, IRI, nonspecifically resistance factor’s, humoral immunity activation with increasing CIC and autoimmune process’s in organism. The traditional therapy is not rendered sufficiently correction to immune system, that’s why exacerbation of chronic pielonephrit is noted in 85,4% cases. The results of investigation arc indicated about primary of before pregnancy complex therapy of pielonephrit with Eryxin, which promote to smooth over the inflammatory process and improved the functional state of rcnals, prevent the progress of inflammatory process. Including the Eryxin in second trimestr to complex therapy on pregnants promotes for stabilization of immune system indexes reduces the frequency of deseases relapse for 4 time, develop the compensation adaptation, reactions in placenta, directed for ensuring of necessary conditions for foetus development, prevent and increase the obstetrical and perinatal complications in 2 and 3 time.
Practical value. The devised complex of diagnostical and treatmet prophilactic measures promote to pathogenieal substantiate of before pregnancy preparing of women with pielonephrit, including Eryxin, increase the obstetrical and perinatal pathology in 2 and 3 time.
Degree of embed and economical efficiency: For results of thesis’s was published 1 methodical recommendations, which were introduced on clinics of Obstetrics and gynecology scientifically practical medical center and it’s 4 branches. The region of application: Odstcrics and gynecology.

Subject of enquiry: different types of mycoses.
Aim of enquiry: develop methods of allocation, clearing glucosooxydasa from Aspergillus Niger, investigate of properties and compare of this method with another
Methods of enquiry: methods of cultivation, deferential centrifigure, chromatography, gel filtration, immunologic investigation.
The results achieved and their novelty: For the first time in Uzbekistan was allocated glucosooxydasa from Aspergillus Niger and properties were investigated. Effectively implementation of this ferment in quantity in biologic fluid was determine.
Practical value: antibody for glucosooxydasa were get and created affine column, which let for ones allocate this ferment. On the basis of allocated ferments was build set for determine of glucose in biological fluids.

Objects of research: population of rural area and objects of environment administrative - territorial units of Khorezm region.
Aim of inquiry: On the example of Khorezm region discover importance of pesticides using in present agricultural production of Republic of Uzbekistan for rural population morbidity and work up scientifically proved hygienic recommendations due to regulating of pesticides use.
Methods of inquiry: hygienic, statistic.
Results achieved and their novelty:It has been established that from list of pesticides, allowed at present time to use in Republic of Uzbekistan, practically more than 24% names of preparations arc used, but the level of pesticide load still 10-16 times higher modem same indices in other Republics of Commonwealth of Independent States. There registered high frequency of pesticides revealing in objects of environment, especially in the soil, and dependence of food and water pollution with consistence of pesticides in the soil. At first revealed direct mean dependence level of mineralization of water in the area using magnesium chlorate. There shown average direct correlation of population morbidity with pesticides pollution of environment. It has been detected that pesticides as a factor of risk have much importance for such forms of diseases as disease of blood and blood producing organs, eye diseases and appendages of eye, skin and subcutaneous diseases and diseases of urinary system. For the first time there analyzed and showed direct mean connection with pollution of environment by pesticides and frequency of stillbirth, level of infant mortality as well.
Practical value: Study results have been used in preparation of 14 scientific publications and Sanitary rules.
Degree of embed and economical effectivity: Study results have been reflected in Sanitary rules that given to introduce for organs of sanitary epidemiological inspectors of Republic of Uzbekistan.

Research objects: contactless ferromagnetic transformations with distributions of magnetic parameters CFT and devised of non-destroyed control of quality of industrial production and functioning of technical processes expansion of controlling scopes, mathematical models of the main characteristic, the sources of errors effective and multifunctional ferromagnetic transformations and processes of their projection.
Purpose of work: theoretical generalization and development of methods of originated of contactless ferromagnetic transformations with distributions of magnetic parameters with the purpose of creation of contactless ferromagnetic transformations with distributed of magnetic parameters with the purpose of rise effectiveness and broadening of functional possibility of contactless ferromagnetic transformations and functioning technical process for the system of control and management.
Research methods: analytical and experiment methods and methods of structural schemes, theory of automatic management, theory of measuring transformers, theory of errors and operator method.
Got results and their novelty: generalized principles of construction of CFT of contactless ferromagnetic transformations with distributed magnetic parameters devices of non-destroyed control of quality production and technological processes, classified and exposed the generalized structural schemes and methods of improvement of main basic description of CFT allowing to receive 21 of author’s certifications for inventions: developed and explored new constructions and their mathematical models, were offered with the calculation of non - linear of crooked magnetized, distributed magnetic parameters and constructive features of different types CFT. The static and dynamic models are worked out which allow to analyze all basic exact characteristics and it was worked out a method of heuristic structural synthes of CFT on the basic of counts models of combination of socialized methods, and graphical models improving of their main characteristics, introduce order scheme of priority of main elements with the calculation of a requirement introduced by systems of control and management, the method of the parametrical planning of CFT is developed with the use of computer which allows to choose optimum parameters.
Practical value: developing in the dissertation general principles of construction CFT allow to analyses existing and to develop new patent ability constructions. CFT of non-destroyed control of quality. Worked out methods of analysis and synthesis of distributing of magnetic stream in integration. Can be used for research development of new high effective and multifunctional and non - destroyed of contactless transformation and devices and transformers of velocity on base of CFT too. Given in account in the dissertation allow to make a preliminary choice of structure and according to small and general elements CFT, calculation their main characteristics and to work out CFT having enlarged controlled diapason in main elements and mass, technological construction lowered material capacity and cost galvanic out come between coming into and out of chains and raised exactness because of diminution of errors from influence of external magnetic fields of neighboring tires with current and from displacement tires from the centre window CFT and possibility of fixed regulations of sensibleness in a broad diapason transformed CFT and flexible integration contour for heavy external environment of CTF, devised in different systems of control and management with the help of leading to formulas graphs and programs of calculation on computer.

Methods of inquiry: ultrasonography investigation, IFA, PCR diagnosis, clinical, hormonal, bacteriologic, immunological, statistic and pathomorphological methods of examination.
The results achieved and their novelty. Characteristic features of reproductive and somatic status have been studied in women suffering from pregnancy interruption of infectious genesis. On the basis of disorders revealed in the functioning of hypophyseal-ovarian system and immune status there has been shown necessity of complex pregravidity preparation. For the first time the estrogen preparation of plant origin Tefestrol was used as estrogen component in the hormonal replacement therapy. On the basis of the tests of functional diagnosis, ultrasonography of genital organs, as well as levels of steroid hormones and the results of endometrium morphological investigations efficacy of proposed pregravidity preparation for women with habitual abortion of infectious genesis.
Practical value. The complex of pregravidity preparation allowing 1,6 times reduction of the rate of pregnancy interruption has been introduced into clinical practice.
Degree of embed and economic effectively: the results of this research work have been applied in the practical work of Scientific-consultative polyclinic “Family and Marriage” of the Scientific Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology, department of infertile family of the clinic of the Scientific Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the educational process at the Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, as well as branches of the Scientific Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Namangan, Karshi, Djizakh. Purpose of work: pharmacognostical study of Geranium collinum Steph, for substantiation of its application in practice of medicine.
Methods of research: morphologo-anatomic study of the raw-materials, chromatography (PC, TLC, column, GLC, HPLC), emission, absorption, UV-, IR-and mass-spectroscopy , chemical and merchandise inspecting methods for analysis, preclinical pharmacological investigations.
The results obtained and their novelty: the profound pharmacognostical study of a new prospective herbal plant of domestic flora - Geranium collinum Steph, has been carried out for the first time. Its specific biological activity, chemical nature and amount of the basic biological active substances’ groups have been determined. The dominant components of the plants - tannic substances were subjected to the profound chemical investigation. Tannic substances’ dynamics of accumulation has been studied. On the basic of the obtained results the optimal period for stocking up the plant materials was established. Standardization system for recommended species of Geranium collinum Steph, rude material was suggested. Techniques for assay and qualitative determination of the basic acting substances were developed, characteristics of identity and quality for the raw-materials were determined, an optimal shelf life for it was established as well.
Practical value: as a result of the carried out research, Geranium collinum Steph, rhizomes with roots and herb were recommended to medical practice as independent pharmaceutical products with antiinflammatory and antihypoxic activity, as well as for creating effective and harmless importsubstituting preparations on their base.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the projects of Provisional Pharmacopoeial Papers for Geranium collinum Steph, rhizomes with roots and herb have been developed and submitted to the Head Department of drug and medical equipment quality control under the Health Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan for receiving a permission for using in practice of medicine.

Aim of the inquiry: To improve safety of the patients with high risk of complications with development of the methods of prognosis of the perioperative complications and of the current variants of the anesthesiological maintenance (spinal-epidural) in gynecological and traumatological surgeries.
Methods of investigation: Central hemodynamics is studied with use of echocardiographic investigation, vegetative nervous system with cardiointrervalography, cytokines with immuno-enzymatic analysis, cortisol with radioimmune method, and endotheliocytes.
The results achieved and their novelty: The general anesthesia with IPL failed to provide desirable nociceptive defense in the perioperative period while spinal-epidural anesthesia with 4 and 1% ultracain has no marked negative effect on the main vital systems in the perioperative periods. The double product may be used as predictive criteria of hemodynamic instability in the perioperative period. The complex comparative evaluation of the current methods of the anesthesiological supplying has been made for the first time for gynecological and traumatological operations in the patients with high risk of perioperative complications.
Practical value: Comparative assessment of the methods of anesthesiological supplying in gynecological and traumatological operations allowed recommendation of the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with ultracain in gynecological and traumatological operations as safe and effective method of the central segmental blockade. The general anesthesia with IPV cannot provide full nociceptive protection in the perioperative period. With purpose of prognosis of perioperative complications it should be used double product in response to active orthostatic test.

The results obtained and their novelty: It was found that demographic state in Karakalpakstan has positive trend while in Khorezm it is unstable and getting worse. The role of social and economic factors, gender relations and women status in family in building reproductive behaviour and health. The needs for informing and ways of realizing marital and familial issues with adequate sexual behaviour in adults and teens in regions were defined. For the first time were researched life style and reproductive view of teens.
Practical value: Prognostic tables for personal prognosing and stratifying risk groups of miscarriage and obstetric bleeding were developed with the aim to decide individually the strategy of pregnancy guiding
It resulted in developing orders and decrees relating to reproductive healthcare. Effectiveness of sexual education of teens in “equal for equals” pattern was evaluated with the use of pilot trial for preparing volunteers and leaders from “Kamolot” youth movement.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Using of developed prognostic tables for identifying the risk groups for obstetrical bleeding in pregnant women and in labour resulted in decrease of risk in bleeding and prompted maternal death reduction with great social significance.

Subjects of the inquiry: Dissertation work is based on the analysis of the results of treating 103 patients of elderly and senile age with the diagnosis: Echinococcosis of the liver.
Aim in the inquiry: Improvement in the results of treating echinococcosis of the liver in the persons of elderly and senile age, by improving the methods of diagnostics and tactics of surgical treatment.
Method of inquiry: analyzed data of clinical laboratory, immunoserological and morphological studies arc analyzed. The results of studies underwent statistical processing.
The results achieved and their novelty: In the present work on the basis large clinical material and systems approach is studied, the frequency of occurrence and localization of echinococcosis of the liver, nature and gravity of the complicated forms of disease, the clinical effectiveness of the different methods of their surgical treatment in the patients of elderly and senile age. The highly informative method of specific immunoserological diagnostics of echinococcosis of the liver in the patients of elderly and senile age is developed and inculcated. The system of measures at the point of the preventive maintenance of the relapse of disease is scientifically substantiated, the new method of treating the residual cavity with echinococcosis of the liver in geriatric patients is in connection with which developed and represented.
Practical value: The developed algorithm of the surgical tactics of the treatment of echinococcosis of the liver in the persons of elderly and senile age based beyond the individualized approach makes it possible to select the most optimum tactics of complex inspection, selection of surgical benefit, treating the residual cavity, and so before the postoperative conducting of this group of patients.

Scientifically based compositions and technologies of “Mumifer” and “Ferascofol” tablets have been developed. On the base of appropriate researches results optimal amount of residual moisture in tablet mass has been established. “Mumifer” and “Ferascofol” tablets quality and biopharmaccutical parameters have been evaluated for the first time. The stability of active (medicinal) substances containing in tablets has been studied.
Practical value: the results of researches conducted arc necessary for developing (elaborating) the projects of provisional (temporary) phannacopocial paper (article) and laboratory rcglamcnt for the recommended tablets. For instance the results of study of technological properties of substances mixtures named “Mumifer” and “Ferascofol” as well as quality parameters of model tablets prepared from these mixtures have a value in decision of matter (task) associated with tablets composition. Optimal residual moisture in tablet mass established as a result of a research is necessary for giving required technological properties to tablet masses and obtaining good quality tablets etc.

Methods of research: mathematical modelling and optimization roasting process of crushing cotton seed in thermoradiatical field of an in infra-red range, physical and chemical methods of research and multifactorial planning of experiment. The achieved results differs from traditional methods of roasting in tank braziers at mubling heat expense and IR - thermal treatment of crushing cotton seed in an air.

Degree of embed and economic efficiency: on the basis of calculations at the Tashkent tool factory is made mounting and half-industrial mounting providing at roasting high parameters qualiti of oil and the calculations shows that at incarnation of method in oilextraction plant capacity 300 tn/daily seed economic cfficicnty consists 169 bln sums in a year and in a scale of the republic 3 mlrd. sums in a year.

Aim of the inquiry: a) to reveal the linguistic type of fusion on the example of Uzbek Language; b) to utilize the principles of synergetics and quantitative parametres to Uzbek Language.
Methods of inquiry: descriptive, word interpretation, classification, ethymological analysis, comparison, quantitative method, distributive method.
The results achieved and their novelty: 1) the principles of synergetics have been utilized to the typological classification; 2) differences and similarities between flexion and fusion arc defined; 3) types of fusion have been studied and classified in the Uzbek language; 4) fusion and agglutination have been investigated by quantitative method; 5) polytypological character of languages is analyzed with the samples of fusion in the Uzbek language and agglutination in the English language.
Practical value: theoretical framework for handbooks and text-books related to general linguistics, linguistic typology and morphonology of the Uzbek language; significant source for seminars and special courses. Quantitative estimation of fusion elements in Uzbek language can be effectively used as a linguistic provision for translation programs.

Aim of the inquiry: We study weak periodic Gibbs measures of the Ising model and weak periodic ground states of Ising model with competing interactions.
Methods of the inquiry: Methods of Markov random fields and recurrent equations of this theory. Also methods of measure theory and contractive maps, Pirogov-Sinay theory.
The results achieved and their novelty: The main results of work arc the following:
о For Ising model on a Cayley tree under some conditions it is proved that there arc five weak periodic Gibbs measures corresponding to arbitrary normal subgroup of index two.
о In case of normal subgroups of index four under some conditions on parameters of Ising model it is shown that there arc seven weak periodic Gibbs measures.
о An uncountably many new non periodic (and non weak periodic) Gibbs measures arc constructed.
о For Ising model with competing interactions sufficient and necessary conditions arc obtained under which there arc four weak periodic ground states.
о For arbitrary normal subgroup of index r sufficient and necessary conditions arc given under which a configuration is ground state of the Ising model with competing interactions on Cayley tree of order к > 1.
Practical value: the results of the dissertation work have theoretical character. They can be applied in problem of statistical physics.
