Abstract:
The article describes the processes of scientific development
and the spiritual maturity of young people. Also, opinions were mentioned about
reforms in the field of education in our republic.

зрелости молодежи. Также были высказаны мнения о реформах в сфере

Maqolada fan taraqqiyoti jarayonlari va yoshlar ma’naviy
kamolotiga doir fikrlar aytib o‘tilgan. Shuningdek respublikamizda ta’lim tarbiya
soxasidagi isloxatlar xususida fikrlar aytib o‘tilgan.

The process of development of world science, formation of spirituality of
young people, improvement of quality of education and strengthening of
personnel skills, the issue of reliance on philosophical knowledge and scientific
worldview in formation of intellectual activity in them is being researched as an
important and necessary problem not only of social and humanitarian sciences,
but also of all sciences. The problem of philosophy, philosophical knowledge,
scientific worldview is actively researched in the system of socio-humanistic
sciences along with epistemological principles such as humanity and patriotism,
explaining the need to further develop the scope of the object and subject of its
study on the basis of modern methods of scientific knowledge.
As we have set ourselves the great goal of establishing the foundations of
the Third Renaissance in our country, we must create the environment and
conditions that will educate new Khorezms, Berunis, Ibn Sinas, Ulugbeks, Navoi
and Babur. In this, first of all, development of education and training,
establishment of a healthy lifestyle, promotion of science and innovation should
serve as the main pillars of our national idea. On the way to this goal, creating

ample opportunities for our young people to set great goals and achieve them,
and providing all kinds of support, should be the top priority for all of us. Only
then will our children become a great and powerful force that will realize the
age-old dreams of our people.
History has always taught us that it is impossible not to worry about the
spiritual maturity of the young generation, who is the foundation of our future
today and in the future. These processes are related to the use of the spiritual
heritage of ancestors and the direct effective activity of today's educational and
training processes. This tells us that we are all equally responsible for the
spiritual growth of young people. Spiritual perfection, in turn, is the main
criterion for raising the young generation to be patriotic, loyal to the country,
humanitarian, compassionate, disciplined, honoring the pride of the nation,
preserving the traditions and scientific heritage of our great ancestors, morally
pure people.
Today, along with the positive scientific situations, some negative problems are
also accumulating on the world scale. In most of the countries of the world,
while science and enlightenment are progressing and developing, war and
conflicts are increasing in some countries, spiritual poverty, environmental
problems, hunger and dehydration, and various diseases are affecting not only
the development of one's own country, but also the development of other
countries. is in danger. The reforms being carried out in the field of education in
our country show how important it is to prevent these problems.
The issue of raising young people, who are the future of our country's
development, to become fully mature and morally perfect people is in the center
of attention as a strategic issue of our country. Taking into account that the
majority of the population of Uzbekistan is made up of young people under 30
years of age, it is one of the urgent issues of today to raise this young generation
as a fully mature person, to be able to compete with the youth of developed
countries.
It is emphasized that the first important issue is the liberalization of all spheres
of the political life of our country, the construction of the state and society. We
have a lot of traditions and eternal traditions that have been passed down from
our ancestors to develop the spiritual and moral education of the younger
generation. It is expedient to widely use this heritage of ours today to educate
the young generation in a spiritually perfect manner. Because we should always
keep in mind that the future of our country depends on how our young

generation matures and what spiritual qualities they grow up with, how they
actively treat them, and what higher goals they serve.
The work being carried out on the reform of the education system in our
republic is aimed at the same goal. After all, from an ideological point of view,
this issue is absolutely consistent with the principles of the newly revised Law of
the Republic of Uzbekistan on Education. Ideological harmony based on the
modern educational system and national heritage means the need to rely on the
spiritual and educational grounds of the national heritage in the educational
process.
From this point of view, the rich spiritual legacy created by our great ancestors,
scholars and thinkers over the centuries has not lost its importance in educating
the young generation in the spirit of perfection. Today, it is very important to
inculcate feelings and concepts related to parents, family and community,
historical memory, national pride, perfect human upbringing in the hearts and
minds of the young generation through effective methods.
First of all, the importance of raising our spiritual and educational activities to a
high level is incomparably great, so that the growing young generation matures
in every way perfect, willing, with a pure conscience. it is desirable to organize.
In the place where great scholars and thinkers, saints and saints come from, first
of all, centers of knowledge, culture and spirituality should be developed. A great
civilization will never arise in an empty place . It is strictly required that every
person carefully, honors, respects, carefully studies the values created by his
ancestors and contemporaries, uses them creatively and critically, enriches them
in terms of content, and polishes them in form.
At the same time, there are also political forces and movements that seek to
expand their sphere of influence through ideological means. Therefore, today, in
order to restore the national image, national spirit and national pride of our
people, we need to study and instill in the young generation the ancient customs,
history, culture, art, behavior and moral views of the people.
"At this point, it is appropriate to mention the following thoughts of our
president: "We will raise young people to become independent and logically
thinking people, possessing noble qualities, based on modern knowledge and
experience, national and universal values" .
After all, no nation can respect the values of other nations without realizing its
identity, preserving its national culture and national values. The strength of
independent Uzbekistan lies in the loyalty of our people to universal values. Our
people have been carefully preserving the tender buds of justice, equality, and

humanity for centuries to the next generation. The supreme goal of the renewal
of Uzbekistan is to restore these traditions, to give them a new meaning, to
create the necessary conditions for peace, prosperity, culture, freedom of
conscience and the development of everyone in our land. Learning universal and
national values of young people and teaching them to respect them will
determine how our values will be valued in the future.
The most important and urgent task of ours today is "... to develop the members
of our society, first of all, the young generation, to awaken in their hearts a
national idea, a national ideology, a sense of loyalty to their Motherland, to
realize their identity, and to educate them in the spirit of national and universal
values " Today's youth should be spiritually well-educated specialists, lovers of
their people, and show deep knowledge of our national values.
