YANGI OʻZBEKISTONDA DINIY-HUQUQIY ISLOHOTLAR: VIJDON ERKINLIGI VA HUQUQIY TRANSFORMATSIYA
Abstract
This article analyzes the ongoing religious and legal reforms in New Uzbekistan, focusing on the legal foundations of freedom of conscience and the processes of religious transformation in society. The results indicate that Uzbekistan has entered a new stage in forming a human rights–based model of religious policy, fostering tolerance, social harmony, and spiritual renewal.
