  Features of the venous wall in endovazalnoj obliteration of lazer coagulation esophageal varicose veins of the lower limbs The 42 nd. of patients are included into this research, who were exposed to Endo Venous Laser Treatment (EVLT). Operative allowans was conluded in following. Firstly, krossèktomiа was tested of a great saphenous vein which was careful banged. Then distal part of vein was input by lazer catheter under tumescent local anesthesia. In the result of the prosses of occlusion of the vein occurs because of the damage of the vein’s wall. Owing to this process, the mechanism of the relapse of the discase is reduced, as a recanalization of a koaguliruemoj vein.

  Diagnosis and treatment endothelial dysfunction in patients with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia Objective: to determine the level and dynamics of the main markers of endothelial dysfunction in patients with congenital mitral valve prolapse with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, followed by the application and evaluation of efficacy of magnesium. We examined 136 patients, including 61 (41.9%) men and 75 (58.1%) of women aged 15 to 25 (19,5 ± 1,42) years from the primary etiological features PMC. Survey group included 66 (47.7%) patients with MVP with regurgitation of 1 degree and 70 (52.3%) patients with 2 degrees of regurgitation. Patients in each group was administered the drug magnesium (Magnerot firm "Wörwag Pharma") at a daily dose of 3 g. per day for 6 months.   The results of clinical-neurological examination of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder Here are produced the results of examination of sick children, divided into two groups: 39 children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) and 30 children with ADHD in combination with hypertension-hydrocephalic syndrome.   Diagnosis and combined treatment of pelvic tumors extraorgan Applications of all arsenal of modern methods of visualization allowed to define in the presurgical period localization of process and its relation to magistalny vessels that allowed to carry out 90% of cases radical removal of a tumor. From 40 patients at 18(45%) the combined way of removal of a tumor of a small basin with plasticity of a pelvic bottom is applied. In 20 cases a tumor it is removed with laparotom access. Duration of carrying out the combined operations and volume of blood loss didn't differ from the standard.   Particularly the incidence of urinary tract infections among hiv-infected population Epidemiological study was carried out on a representative sample of HIV -infected ( Vichy ), persons ( 507 pers.)   Associated vertebra’s traumas in the structure of polysystemic and multiple organs injures Rank analysis of associated vertebra’s traumas in the structure of polysystemic and multiple organs injures was done. It was found that such traumas occupy a significant share in the studied sample array (33,8% among 400 victims with polytrauma). Prevailing circumstances obtaining combined spinal injuries are domestic reasons and road traffic injuries (first and second rank respectively). The basic mechanisms of combined vertebra’s traumas are falling (60.0 % of victims) and direct crush (33.3 %). The combination of vertebra injury with craniocerebral traumas was observed the most frequently (34.8 % of victims with combined vertebra traumas). Vertebra traumas are combined with injuries of upper and lower limbs, and chest also in the studied array

  The effectiveness of surgical treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction Of operations for acute commissural intestinal obstruction (ACIO) were studied in 112 patients 3 to 10 years after surgery. Only patients with uncomplicated forms of ACIO have been included into the analysis. The results of the treatment were assessed both in the group and individually after 67 operations of total adheolysis and 45 cases of partial comissurotomies. Clinical symptoms of abdominal commissures after elimination of ACIO were seen in 57,7% patients including recurrence of ileus in 15,5% patients.
