Innovative non-invasive ultrasound techniques in complex clinical and echographic diagnosis of chronic viral hepatitis in children
Chronic hepatitis B, C, D still attract constant attention, as their main cause is acute viral hepatitis, which are among the most common infectious diseases in children. An important reason for the chronicity of the disease and its transition to a more severe stage is associated with untimely diagnosis of the pathological process.

Pesticides effect on exocrine pancreatic function of rats
It was researched changes in exocrine pancreatic function under the impact of hexachlorocyclohexane (HCСH) on outbred white rats. The results allow concluding that decrease in secretion of amylase and lipase in the first days of the experiment due to a decrease in the intensity of their synthesis in the acinar cells. Prolonged use of HCСH in a dose 1/20 LD 50 initially causes inhibition of synthesis and secretion of pancreatic enzymes, and by the end of the study significantly increases the intensity enzyme former processes

Influence of phenazepam on topography and enteral enzymes activity in growing rats with immobilization stress
Experiments carried out on adult rats of "conventionally mixed" group, not been tested for aggression, as well as in growing rats of different ages showed that there is a definite pattern in the localization of the enzyme activity of the small intestine. Indicators of functional activity in adult rats of mixed and non-aggressive group are of the same type, but rats of the aggressive group have differences. Such identity is typical for rats aged 21 and 30 days. Depending on the behavioral characteristics, adult rats, as well as their progeny have more variable enzymatic activities topography. Immobilization stress differently affects the morphological and functional characteristics of the small intestine in adult rats according to their behavioral characteristics. In rats aged 21 days, born to parents of mixed, non-aggressive and aggressive group, immobilization stress causes similar disturbances in the functional state of the small intestine. Phenazepam better corrects violations in the functional state of the small intestine during immobilization stress in adult aggressive rats in comparing with individuals of mixed and non-aggressive groups. Prophylactic introduction of Phenazepam has almost no protective effects during immobilization stress in rats aged 21 days, regardless of the behavioral characteristics of their parents. Protective effect of a tranquilizer begins to emerge in young rats aged 30 days, especially those born from aggressive parents

Optimization of maintains of the girls with vulvitis at the diagnosed prenatal infection in puerpera at the present stage
Vulvitis is inflammation of the vulva (the external genital organs). Vulvitis occupies the first place in the incidence structure of urogenital system of children. According to the facts of various researchers, from 70% to 93% of gynecological pathology of childhood age is vulvitis. Intrauterine infection of the fetus is one of the most important problems of obstetrics and perinatology. All pregnant women had carried out a comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination using molecular biological methods for the determination of infectious agents. In assessing the pathogens isolated from cervical pregnancy by PCR and ELISA. During histomorphological study of 90 women’s placentas following data were obtained: In the main group I a few more were registered inflammatory changes in the tissues of the placenta, which mainly consisted of polynuclear leukocytes and lymphocytes had a focal character in 64.4% of cases, common - in 31.1%. Thus, bacteriological and pathological research methods in pregnant at high risk of infection are important in predicting perinatal outcomes and the development of vulvitis in newborn girls

Research of association of polymorphism of gena urokinaza with urolithiasis development in Uzbekistan
The obtained results in this study suggest that genetic variants of the gene polymorphism to be marked as urokinase 3'-UTR T / C contribute to a determination of the development of the ICD sposobstvuyuschix disorders. In particular, the residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan genetic markers of predisposition to ICD genotypes T / T and P / T. With Policy markers can be carried out identifying risk groups of the ICD. The advantage of molecular-genetic method for predicting the ICD using genetic markers is that a predisposition to the disease may be established in the absence of any clinical or biochemical manifestations, t. E. At a very early preclinical stage of pathology, which will contribute to a focused preventive measures and improve the quality of life of these patients. Found an association between the presence of genotype T / T and C / T gene of urokinase and urolithiasis, consider it appropriate to include the definition of a gene of urokinase in a comprehensive program of prevention ICD in Uzbekistan

The use of continuous glucose monitoring daily in clinical practice
In the pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes the leading role played by the development of an absolute deficiency of insulin due to autoimmune destruction of beta cells of the pancreas. The only way to treat pathogenic SD-1 is insulin replacement therapy, which aims - maintaining compensation of carbohydrate metabolism throughout the life of the patient. In connection with the above, of great interest are the new modern tools: automatic system for continuously monitoring blood glucose or insulin pumps. The study included 31 patients with type 1 diabetes. Were studied in detail hyperglycemic and hypoglycemic fluctuations. Thus, as a result of research, the use of insulin pump therapy in patients with type 1 diabetes provides less variability of blood glucose levels, as compared with the regime of multiple injections of insulin

Age, sex characteristics and condition inherited premorbide systemic lupus erythematosus
54 patients (23 in the first therapeutic clinic Sammy, I group and 31 in Berlin, clinic of rheumatology and immunology, Сharité, group II, Germany) were studied age, sexual characteristics and condition of hereditary premorbid systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Often hurt women of childbearing age in both groups, the numerical ratio of women and men was 9:1. The average age of patients of german nationality less than men and the average age of the patients uzbek statistically almost does not differ from that seen in men. In the Samarkand region, the disease developed at a young age and often proceeded with high activity. In patients of german nationality SLE begins at a later age, often has a subacute or chronic course. Among relatives on the maternal line often found rheumatism, arthritis and heart disease, which in many cases have a poor prognosis

Clinical and laboratory features of interstitial nephritis in children with dismetabolism purines
The purpose of the study. Explore the clinical and laboratory features of the flow of interstitial nephritis in children that developed on the background of hyperuricemia and hyperuricosuria. Materials and methods. Examined 82 patients with an established diagnosis of interstitial nephritis dysmetabolic genesis background urikozurii more uric acid 1mg to 1ml of urine. Metabolic status of the patients was evaluated by a special program, which included a genealogical analysis, screening tests and quantitative biochemical studies. As the main biochemical marker to determine the level uricemia (> 320mkmol / l) and urikozurii. Results. Comparative analysis has shown that the difficulties can be overcome diagnosis by careful comparison of medical history, clinical and laboratory data and timely diagnosis urikozuric genesis nephropathy. Found that when dismetabolic interstitial nephritis unlike glomerulonephritis in the disease onset is no extra renal symptoms, does not suffer from glomerular filtration, azoth-excretory renal function. The diagnosis is confirmed by the presence of the characteristic spectrum of extra renal disease in the pedigree, the presence of hyperuricemia (> 0,310mmol / l) and urikozurii (> 1.0 mg uric acid 1ml urine). The most informative of the disease is the debut at an early age, the absence of extra renal symptoms in the presence of isolated bladder syndrome.

Selection of the optimal surgical treatment for acute cholecystitis
From 2013 to 2014 we have analyzed the treatment of 121 patients aged 19 to 88 years with various forms of acute cholecystitis. Only 13 (10.7%) were hospitalized within 6 hours from the start of the disease. In 53 (43.8%) patients had disease duration was 6 - 24 hours, and 55 (45.5%) patients were admitted to the surgical ward after 24 hours from the time of acute holetsistita.V 9 (7.4%) cases of acute cholecystitis was complicated by obstructive jaundice, which persists with the use of minimally invasive (PTHC 2 (22.2%), ERCP+ERS + 7 (77.8%) of instrumental methods in the beginning of treatment.Of these 18 (14.9) patients treated without surgery. 103 (85.1%) patients were operated on at different times from admission to the surgical ward. The main type of operation was - cholecystectomy. Analyzing the technical aspects of the operations, it should be noted that the use of minimally invasive surgical procedures in a number of cases have been associated with certain technical difficulties. In acute catarrhal and phlegmonous cholecystitis without evidence of perivesical process more efficient laparoscopic cholecystectomy. When phlegmonous cholecystitis with moderate perivesicular process and gangrenous cholecystitis operations choice where these are cholecystectomy through intramuscular mini access to the right upper quadrant in the case of technical difficulties identified during surgery, it is justified by the expansion of wounds. When performing open surgery for acute cholecystitis is the most rational right sides intermuscular access

Clinical features of pneumonia in the newborn, being in contact with ard in anamnesis
ARD is of great specific gravity among the causes of pneumonia in children. But the most frequent are adenoviral and respiratory-cynticial infections. Addition of microbe infection following ARD makes the clinical picture of various types of pneumonia similar , associated with different respiratory agents but at the same time some differences are established. Anamnesis and clinical manifestations of pneumonia were studied in 116 newborn being in contact with ARVI and admitted to the hospital of them 44 patients were admitted from maternity hospital (a group for comparison) , 72 newborn from their home. The analysis of the structure according to groups showed that most of patients were admitted in april and September and what is more they were admitted from their home, i.e. they were in contact with ARVI and their number was larger (62%). Clarification of peculiarities indicates to predominance of obstructive syndrome of pneumonia in the newborn admitted in spring and intestinal symptomatics in autumn. The analysis of clinical picture according to seasons indicates to predominance of RC infection in spring and adenoviral infection in autumn period that coordinates with conclusions of epidemiological service
