Endoscopic hemostasis in duodenum ulcer bleeding
The results of treatment of 50 patients with bleeding from the upper sections of the gastrointestinal tract were analyzed. Methods of conservative therapy, endoscopic hemostasis and surgical treatment were used. The effectiveness of argon-clotting coagulation with continuing bleeding is shown

Evaluation of treatment perforated duodenal ulcer minimally invasive of technology
162 patients with perforated gastric and duodenum ulcers treated in the Clinical Hospital since the year 2006 for the year 2016. If there is no associated complications of peptic ulcer follow as pyloric stenosis, penetration of gastric or duodenum ulcer, bleeding, the operation of choice was suture placation. During that period, completed 64 of endo-surgical interventions. 62 of them performed laparoscopyc suture placation and in 2 cases completed conversion. Percentage of laparoscopic repair of perforated gastric and duodenum ulcers has increase to 21,3% in the year 2016.

Role of violations prooxidant / antioxidant balance in women with hyperplasia of endometriy
A distinctive feature of hyperplastic changes of the endometrium is a significant increase in the concen- trations of lipid peroxidation products and decreased activity of antioxidant enzymes in the blood with the growth of the severity of disease

Changes in the indices of lipid peroxidation in the comprehensive treatment of inflammatory diseases of the eye surface with photodynamic therapy
The effect of photodynamic therapy on lipid peroxidation in lacrimal fluid as a part of comprehensive treatment of inflammatory diseases of the eye surface was investigated in this study. MDA level increases in the lacrimal fluid of patients with inflammatory diseases of the eye surface as the activity of catalase decreases and imbalances in the lipid peroxidation/ antioxidant defense system occur, especially in patients with keratitis. The use of photodynamic therapy in the comprehensive treatment of patients with inflammatory diseases of the eye surface activates catalase, reduces the high amount of endogenous intoxication and stimulates reparative pro-cesses of the cornea and conjunctiva.

Immunologic risk factors of development otitis media with effusion in children suffering from chronic adenoiditis
The study of mucosal immunity included assessment of SIgA, IL-6, IFN-y and IL-10 levels in nasal wash-es. Decrease of SIgA content and increase of the number of IFN-γ -positive samples was revealed in children from the 2nd clinical group, which allows to regard these characteristics of the mucosal immunity as the risk factors for the development of otitis media with effusion

Regional lymphatic antibioticothtrapeutics at the children’s surgery
The effectivity of the regional lymphatic antibioticothtrapeutics in the complex treatments of the children with the pus-inflamaties was learned at 276 patients. The patients are divided into 2 groups. In the main group is used the complex treatments with the regional lymphatic antibioticothtrapeutics, which held for taking into consideration the regional lymphacurrent, the collector particularity of the structure lymphatic system in given sphere and in the anatomo-physiological particularites of the children’s organism. The control were 101 patients, who were treated with the traditional methods of putting the antibiotics (under skin, inside muscle, inside vein). Using the individual lymphatic antibioticothtrapeutics at the children’s surgery lead to the improvement the results of cure, to shortening the dates stauing children at the hospital and giving considerable economical effect.

Spectral analysis of the cardianium in pregnant infectious risk groups
In the article features of vegetative regulation of hemodynamics in pregnant women with infectious risk on the basis of heart rate variability (HRV) are considered. The state and correlation of parameters of sympathetic, parasympathetic and humoral regulation are described. Spectral analysis of cardiac rhythm can be recommended as a method for screening the state of metabolic supply, neurovegetative regulation of hemodynam-ics, the possibilities of compensatory-adaptive mechanisms and the level of anti-stress resistance of the organism of a pregnant woman

Mathematical modeling and forecasting morbidity of cutaneous leishmaniasis in uzbekistan
Conducted comprehensive studies in endemic areas with the analysis of the spatial distribution of cases in relation to environmental factors and taking into account other risk factors such as socio-economic status of the community, the activities of carriers and / or CL tanks is essential to identify areas of high risk. In recent years, the widespread use of geographic information systems (GIS) for the analysis of risk factors associated with disease vectors usually used in the study of leishmaniasis in different countries. Definition of high-risk ar-eas of the disease is crucial to mobilize resources for health in order to reduce the disease. Analysis of the re- sults of predictive risk maps distributed in geographic space of great importance in the management of the control of leishmaniasis

Dignostic value of sugar loads in bowel diseases of children
In the children examined by us, sugar loads were carried out to clarify the genesis of bowel disease in children. Patients with celiac disease (5%), alimentary dyspepsia (16.2%), irritable bowel syndrome (12.2%), disaccharidase insufficiency (69.4%) were identified. With celiac disease, the maximum increase in glycemia after exercise was reduced from 0 to 0.83 mmol/l. With alimentary dyspepsia, the level of maximum increase in glycemia was reduced 3.3-3.5 mmol/l. In case of disacharidase insufficiency, the level of maximal increase in glycemia is 0.83-1.98 mmol/l. Carrying out differentiated sugar loads in children with intestinal diseases in children made it possible to significantly expand the concept of the etiopathogenesis of intestinal diseases and the need for pathogenetic therapy, including dietary nutrition
