IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF THE
POPULATION

Abstract
. The article expresses opinions about ways to improve the system
of social protection of the population. The measures implemented to expand the
coverage of social protection programs and bring families out of difficult life
situations are covered. The processes implemented in the direction of
introducing additional mechanisms aimed at bringing families out of difficult life
situations are described.

The standard of living of all of us per capita income and consumption we
are used to evaluating with the increase or decrease in size. In fact, it is a much
broader concept is considered But so far, the concepts of the quality of life of the
population in this regard are comprehensive there is no effective way to bring it
to a single indicator that characterizes it.
Improving the social protection system of the population in our country,
increasing the amount of funds allocated from the state budget for social
protection and attracting additional resources, expanding the scope of social
protection programs and introducing additional mechanisms aimed at bringing
families out of difficult life situations consistent reforms are being implemented
in . We can give an example of this:
in order to identify low-income families and provide them with targeted
assistance, the information system "unified register of Social Protection" was
introduced;
the number of families receiving low-income benefits has quadrupled in
the last three years to 1.9 million;
the coverage of child care benefits in low-income families has expanded
and the age of children taken into account in the appointment of benefits has
been increased from 14 to 18 years, the term of this payment has been increased
from 6 to 12 months, and the amount of benefits has been increased by an
average of 1.5 times;

the minimum unemployment benefits were increased by 3.2 times, with
the introduction of more than 20 new instruments aimed at ensuring the
employment of the population.
On the recommendation of the United Nations, birth, death, life expectancy,
sanitary-hygienic availability of conditions, level of food consumption, housing,
education and cultural capacity, working conditions and employment level,
balance of income and expenses, consumer prices, transportation access to
means, recreation and Recreation, Social Security, human rights and freedoms
directions such as guaranteed are part of indicators that represent the standard
of living. However, these indicators are since it is not possible to evaluate all in
terms of value, from these parameters covering several, the standard of living is
assessed. Of these, the main one is per capita the volume of income
corresponding to this indicator is the assessment of the standard of living of the
population of the country along with this, it allows it to be used in international
comparisons.
The social welfare of the population is based on the social policy carried out
in mamlalat, its directions and selected priorities will depend on the scope.
Typically, social policy is conducted in the following main areas:

social protection of the population;

●
ensure state social guarantees.
Today, the following are financial and material additions to the social
assistance system supporting:
●
for the purposes of social support to its employees at the expense of their
own funds and funds businesses paying financial aid and providing various
benefits;

community organizations;
●
trade unions, luminaries, disability societies, etc.
Social Security-temporary or temporary ability of citizens to work in old
age, when illness occurs in case of complete loss, loss of breadwinner, as well as
the provision of social assistance at home is a state system.
At the heart of Social Security lies pension provision (a pension by Social

Today, improving the social security of the population in our country, improving
the quality of social services, to ensure that social assistance has a clear address,
to establish international cooperation on social security legal, organizational,
economic and financial basis of extremely important activities such as laying and

and that are facing society.
