Through a synthesis of theoretical insights and empirical evidence, this article elucidates the intricate relationship between form and meaning in linguistic constructions, highlighting their dynamic nature and adaptability in diverse communicative settings.

We examine the practical implications of constructionist approaches in linguistic analysis, emphasizing their utility in understanding language acquisition, processing, and usage. By analyzing real-world examples from different languages and discourse types, we demonstrate how linguistic constructions facilitate the expression of complex meanings, including metaphorical, idiomatic, and culturally-specific nuances. Furthermore, we discuss the implications of constructionist perspectives for language teaching, language processing models, and computational linguistics.

This article analyzes nouns borrowed from German in Russian, with special attention to their grammatical gender in both languages. The study focuses on determining the type of these borrowings in the German language and their correspondence or changes when integrated into the Russian grammatical system. In cases where a borrowed noun does not have a clearly defined gender in the German language, special attention is paid to the analysis of what gender it belongs to in the Russian language.

The study of surnames provides invaluable insights into the historical, cultural, and linguistic fabric of societies. In this research, we undertake a comprehensive analysis of surname dynamics within the context of Germany, aiming to elucidate the intricate patterns and evolving trends shaping German family names. Leveraging a multidisciplinary approach, we integrate data from historical records, linguistics, demographics, and genealogy to examine the origins, distribution, and transformations of German surnames over time.

Our investigation reveals the rich tapestry of influences contributing to the diversity of German surnames, including linguistic evolution, regional migrations, socio-economic factors, and historical events. We explore the prevalence of patronymic, occupational, locational, and descriptive surname types, tracing their emergence and proliferation across different eras and geographic regions. Additionally, we analyze the impact of societal changes, such as urbanization, industrialization, and globalization, on the dynamics of German surnames, highlighting shifts in naming practices and the emergence of new naming conventions.

The article highlights the problem of interference in the pronunciation of English among Uzbek students and suggests ways to improve it. Group work appears to be one of the most effective methods of adapting to changes in the language curriculum, offering several benefits for both teachers and students. However, educators face challenges in assessing this process, especially when it occurs outside the classroom. This study examines language teachers’ views on group projects in Mexican colleges. The complexity of the assessment process and the methods used by teachers are examined. The study, using a qualitative approach and semi-structured interviews, involved seven teachers from undergraduate English language teaching programs from different public institutions in Mexico. The results show that teachers lack consistency in their assessments of group work. Many of them prefer to evaluate students individually due to the presence of “free riders” in groups. In addition, there are no standardized criteria for assessing results

The article examines the relationship between the work of the famous Uzbek poet, thinker and scientist Alisher Navoi and the phenomenon of the Eastern Renaissance. The article analyzes how Navoi, who lived in the 15th and 16th centuries, made a significant contribution to the development of literature, science and culture of the East, reproducing and developing classical Greco-Roman Islamic ideas. Particular attention is paid to comparisons and parallels between the art of the Renaissance in Europe and the work of Navoi. The article also examines Navoi's influence on the formation of the cultural and intellectual identity of the East and its influence on subsequent generations. As a result, it is emphasized that Navoi is an integral part of world cultural history and his legacy remains relevant and inspiring for modern researchers and art fans.
