  Влияние заболевания коров сальпингитом после патологических родов на снижение качества молока и его пригодности для изготовления сыров Доказано, что основным в патогенезе сальпингита у высокоудойных коров является микрофлора, которая представлена разнообразными ассоциациями патогенных и условно - патогенных микроорганизмов. У коров содержимое яйцепроводов в 82% случаев контаминировано различными условно-патогенными микроорганизмами: Е. coli - 44%, S. aureus - 27%), Р. mirabilis - 17%, К. pneumoniae - 9%, S. pyogenes - 5%. При заболевании коров сальпингитом выделены микроорганизмы в ассоциации S. aureus, Р. mirabilis в 28,5% случаев; Е. coli, Р. mirabilis в 27,7%о случаев; Е. coli, Р. Vulgaris - 25,2%); S. aureus, Е. coli - 13,1%о, а также иные ассоциации микрорганизмов в 5,5% случаев. Смывы с сосков вымени и поверхности молочной железы, полученные от больных коров сальпингитом, показали в 2,2 раза выше общую бактериальную обсемененность, чем смывы, полученные от клинически здоровых животных. Установлено, что у больных коров сальпингитом, в молоке имеет место положительная корреляция между количеством соматических клеток и концентрацией лактоферина и отрицательная корреляция между содержанием лактоферина и уровнем активности лактопероксидазы. В молоке больных коров установлены биохимические изменения, поэтому его пригодность ставится под сомнение для производства кисломолочных продуктов, а также его пищевых свойств.

  Characteristics of fecale microflora for gastrointestinal diseases of newborn lambs During the period of colostrum nutrition, digestive disorders in lambs can be caused by dyspepsia (acute digestive disorders), wound infection and infectious diseases. At the same time, a versatile relationship of cause-and-effect factors is observed, which in some cases makes it difficult to determine the causes of these diseases. The preservation of newborn lambs and the cultivation of healthy, well-developed young animals is the basis for increasing the yield of sheep production. The main losses of young animals are due to gastrointestinal diseases, and the close functional connection of all organs and systems of the body forces us to talk not about gastrointestinal diseases, but about diseases with a predominant lesion of the digestive organs, since the entire body of lambs is involved in the pathological process In acute functional indigestion in young animals, opportunistic and toxigenic microflora is activated. Newborn animals are especially sensitive to these factors, because. their own defenses of the body are not sufficiently developed and the microecological system of the intestine is not formed. A decoction of willow bark (Salix alba L.) 2-3-fold application allows you to restore the composition of the intestinal microflora, normalize the functional activity of the intestine in gastrointestinal diseases of newborn lambs. The results of our studies indicate that a decoction of willow bark with 2-3-fold application allows you to restore the qualitative and quantitative composition of the intestinal microflora, normalize the functional activity of the intestine in newborn lambs with dyspepsia.

  The effect of enrofloxacin and lactobacilli on the hematological parameters of broiler chickens The study revealed the negative effect of enrofloxacin on the hematological parameters, expressed in a decrease in the number of red blood cells, reduction of hemoglobin concentration with the manifestation of anemia, a significant rise in the number of white blood cells in chickens and changes in the white blood formula. The simultaneously administration of L.acidophilus had a beneficial effect on weight, recovery of indicators of red and white blood, expressed in the accelerated recovery of hemoglobin concentration, the number of red blood cells and leukocyte formula compared to chickens treated with enrofloxacin in a single mode. Our studies evidence the need to reduce the antimicrobials, using probiotic preparations to restrain the negative effect of fluoroquinolones in case of their administration
