As a result of identifying potential or potential corruption threats in implementation of the functions assigned to them by public organizations and implementation of alternative and effective measures to eliminate them, possible actions of corruption nature are prevented.

This article discusses the effectiveness of public administration and various types of legal activities in the modern conditions of the development of the information society, the study of the current state and the definition of a range of problems in the field of introducing information technologies in legal proceedings. The influence of digital technologies on the implementation of legal activities, the current state and prospects for the introduction of "electronic court" are assessed. The analysis of the introduction of digital technologies in public administration is carried out and the main aspects of the development of innovative technologies in legal activities are expressed.

As a part of implementation of the Strategy "Digital Uzbekistan– 2030", the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, using digital identification tools are acquiring a particular relevance. A dynamic growth of spheres, directions and types substantiates a scientific classification of biometric identification. The author forms his own classification of biometric technologies based on studying special literature, legislation and law enforcement practice. Today, biometric identification technologies continue their intensive development, which will entail a corresponding change in the classification

В статье исследуются модели организации и функционирования административного судопроизводства в Германии и Республике Узбекистан. Автором проводится сравнение узбекской модели административного судопроизводства с германской моделью, указываются на достоинства и недостатки.

This article is devoted to actual problem of zero day in ensuring information and cybersecurity, where possible threats to cyber security are considered, the concept of zero day is disclosed. Explanations are also given for protection against zero-day attacks, methods for ensuring information and cyber security are described.

At present, one of the urgent problems of law enforcement agencies is countering crimes in the field of information technology. Crimes of this category cannot be investigated fully and objectively without experts who have special knowledge in the field of computer technology. This is due to the fact that only expert research provides the results that have the greatest evidentiary value in studying of objects of computer expertise. This article discusses the main criteria for evaluating the expert's opinion and developed recommendations for independent evaluation of computer expertise by the investigator and the court. These recommendations can serve as the basis for effective analysis for subsequent recognition of evidence obtained as admissible and justified

This article focuses on ongoing reforms of digitalization in our country in terms of ensuring openness and transparency of courts activity and implementation of their effective activity, as well as widespread introduction of
modern information and communication technologies in judicial sphere. The features of introduction of artificial intelligence in legal proceedings, necessary for inviolability of constitutional human rights, are also studied. The picture of current crimes with the use of information technologies, in particular with the use of artificial intelligence, is described. In addition, the experience of some countries in implementation of information and communication technologies, and artificial intelligence systems are analyzed.

The article analyzes the technological aspects of improving electronic legal proceedings in Uzbekistan within the framework of a comprehensive program for the development of National Information and Communication System of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On the basis of the study of the current state of electronic court proceedings in Uzbekistan, the author notes several existing problems in this area, and also suggests some measures necessary for the effective development of the electronic court system in Uzbekistan.

In 2015-16 we started a cybersecurity strategy in Slovenia. We gathered IT experts from public administration to prepare a Strategy on Cyber Security. It is a readable document that is a compromise of everything: what we want to achieve, how much resources we need and what will be our path. The strategy changes every 2-3 years and now we are going to update it again. The EU has requested us to implement the Directive on network and informational security (NIST) in Slovenian legislation in 2019. Slovenia also was obliged to use the GDPR rules (protection of personal data) and started to work on Law was a compromise between the privacy and security.
