METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF REPRODUCING AND ENSURING EMPLOYMENT OF THE LABOR FORCE
The reproduction and effective employment of the labor force are essential for achieving sustainable economic development. This paper explores methodological approaches to workforce reproduction and employment, emphasizing the alignment of education systems with labor market demands. The study evaluates global practices, including active labor market programs and investment in vocational training, while addressing challenges such as skill mismatches and unemployment in developing economies. Particular attention is given to Uzbekistan’s efforts to modernize its labor market, enhance human capital, and implement innovative strategies for workforce development. The findings suggest that integrated approaches, combining education reform, active labor policies, and public-private partnerships, are vital for addressing labor market challenges and ensuring sustainable economic growth.
