Introduction.
ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality
management systems, applied worldwide in various organizations to ensure
effective management. The main goal of ISO 9001 is to establish and
continuously improve a quality management system within organizations. This
standard is widely used in manufacturing, service, and other sectors, but it also
plays a significant role in the education sector. This article provides detailed
information about the main principles of the ISO 9001 standard and how it is
applied in educational institutions. ISO 9001 is internationally recognized
guidelines for quality management systems (QMS). This standard helps
organizations create effective management systems and continually improve
them. Although initially applied in manufacturing and service sectors, today it
remains relevant for educational institutions. Implementing ISO 9001
requirements in education not only improves the quality of educational
processes but also helps enhance the overall performance of the organization at
all levels.
