Maqolada Erkin Vohidovning badiiy so‘zni idrok etish hamda uning ma’no qirralari va qatlamlarini o‘rganish borasidagi izlanishlari tahlilga tortilgan. So‘zlarning ma’no munosabatlari, tarjimalardagi tafovutlar, mumtoz so‘zning o‘ziga xos jihatlari o‘rganilgan.
Til – millatning ma’naviy boyligidir. Til – davlat timsoli, mulki. Tilni asrash,rivojlantirish – millatning yuksalishi demak. O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasida davlat tilining maqomi huquqiy jihatdan mustahkamlab qo‘yilgan. Shu tariqa o‘zbek tili mustaqil davlatimizning bayrog‘i, gerbi, madhiyasi qatorida turadigan, qonun yo‘li bilan himoya qilinadigan muqaddas davlat ramziga aylandi.
O‘zbek tilida birlik va ko‘plik, ya’ni son kategoriyasining o‘rganilish masalalariga,tahliliga bag‘ishlanadi. Ko‘plik ma’nolarining tuzilishi, mazmuni, vazifasi va qo‘llanishini, o‘zbek tili tarixida ko‘plikning grammatik ko‘rsatkichlari yozma manbalar asosida aniqlanishi, ko‘plik ma’nosini ifodalovchi morfologiyaga doir ishlarda ot turkumida gram matik kategoriya sifatida o‘rganildi.
Maqolada paralingvistik vositalar haqida qisqacha ma’lumot berilgan hamda ularning o‘rganilish darajasi va ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Murojaatda noverbal shakllari ham keng tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, lingvistik va nolingvistik aloqalar, ular o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro ta’sir va qarama-qarshiliklar , ma’lum tasvirni yaratish imkoniyatlari muhokama qilingan. Muloqot jarayonida noverbal vositalarning xususiyatlari masalasi ham yoritilgan.
Why do representatives of different cultures understand and perceive the world so differently?
The most obvious differences are observed in European and Asian ethnic formations.Oriental culture is mostly characterized by contemplation, while Western culture is identified by dynamics where culture should fill human life with new knowledge and beauty.
In fact, the differences between two societies are quite stark. One way or another, but Western and Oriental culture enters into a certain conflict situation in contact with each other. Then the differences between cultures are worthy to study thoroughly and draw a line between the differences. Or maybe these are all false beliefs that are no longer valid in modern society?
Har birimizning hayotimizda axborot olamining ahamiyati tobora kuchayib borayotgani kundek ravshan. «Infosfera» (axborot olami) olis manzillarni yaqinlashtirib, oraliqdagi masofalarni qisqartirmoqda. Mazkur olamda insoniyat tarixining barcha bilimlari jamlangan. Bizdan esa “Infosfera”ning kirish eshigi, undan foydalanish imkonini beruvchi asosiy kalit – internetni bilish talab etiladi, xolos. Bu maqolamiz ta’lim va fan sohasida tobora ahamiyati ortib borayotgan, jahon bilim omborining asosiga aylanayotgan elektron kutubxonalarga dahldor.
Maqolada oilaning jamiyatdagi o‘rni, uning rivojlanishidagi ta’siri, oilalar mustahkamligidagi kamchiliklar, mamlakat miqyosida amalga oshirilgan chor- tadbirlar ilmiy tadqiq etilgan.
The scientific concept of the article is that the national literary-aesthetic thinking is of primary criterion in evaluating a writer’s work and the essence of literature is determined by the artistic interpretation of the national spirit. The best examples of folk literature in the world, regardless of the language in which it is written, is on the agenda as a question number one to be analyzed scientifically in terms of the expression of the national spirit. Abdulla Kadiri’s novel “Days Gone By” has been analyzed in twentiethcentury Uzbek literature as a work that can meet this criterion.
According to the author, the national spirit is reflected in the novel “Days Gone By” on the basis of the following three principles: 1) the interpretation of specific customs, traditions, values, dreams and aspirations of the nation, embodying the spirit of the nation; 2) an expression of the nation’s potential to look at itself in a critical spirit; 3) poetic depiction of fixed beliefs inherent in national personalities in the play. In turn, the first of these principles embodies the morals of the nation, the second - the will, and the third - the beliefs, and this trinity forms the national spirit as a whole.
At the end of the article, the research results are theoretically summarized.
Hazrat Alisher Navoi's works are the pinnacle of the nation's artistic and aesthetic thinking. It is difficult to find a thinker who has reached such a high level of creative perfection in the literature of Uzbek or other Turkic peoples, or even in world literature. That is why there is no poet or writer among his successors who did not learn from Hazrat Navoi's art studio. But there are not many artists who perfected and developed the poetic traditions of the great poet, even if it was through specific poetic images or symbols. The lyrics of Furqat son of Zakirjon Khalmuhammad are of special importance as they are included in the list of such unique creations.
One of the important scientific problems of navigation studies is the study of the justification of how views are reflected regarding the creative concept and on what artistic and aesthetic criteria they are justified in the “Khamsa” of the great poet and thinker Alisher Navoi. The study of this scientific problem, firstly, is the basis for determining the origins of the worldview of the great poet, and secondly, it allows a deeper study of the literary and aesthetic views of the great thinker, to make theoretical generalizations. Naturally, our brief observations on this subject do not pretend to fully cover the analysis of the problem. We will try to highlight some important aspects of this issue.

This research is on the onomatopoeia or onomatopoeic expressions or words and meaning of onomatopoeias found in the children’s literature “Paddington” by Michael Bond, data analysis was classified into four classifications, the classification of the types of onomatopoeia based on Bredin (1996), the classification by the sound it describes, onomatopoeia meaning based on dictionary and Contextual meaning. This study was descriptive qualitative research. The result of this research showed that there were 103 onomatopoeia or onomatopoeic words that could be found in the comic. From the 103 expressions, 66 onomatopoeia expressions are similar to 38 onomatopoeic expressions found by the researcher. Based on the types, 23 of the data belong to direct onomatopoeia, 9 belong to Associative onomatopoeia and 6 belong to Exemplary on omatopoeia. Based on the classification of onomatopoeia by the sound it describes the researcher found 17 Human sound data, 21 other sound data, 2 animal sound data, and 1 instrument sound data. Most of the data were direct onomatopoeia because most of the onomatopoeic expressions in the children’s book entitled “Paddington” were words, which represent the sound of action.

Целью данной статьи является проведение комплексного анализа формирования культуры речи у студентов юридических специальностей. Данное научное исследование проводилось в несколько этапов. Сначала был определен предмет исследования, четко сформулирована тема статьи, обоснована ее актуальность. Далее были определены цель и задачи исследования.
Проведен поиск и изучение научной литературы по данному вопросу.В дальнейшем осуществлялся выбор методов исследования и их обоснование. В исследовании использовались как общенаучные, так и частные методы исследования. Общенаучные методы: комплексный анализ; дедуктивный метод; индукционный метод. В области частных методов можно выделить такие методы, как: историко-правовой; аналитический; формально-правовой; системно-структурный.
