Ер тўғрисидаги қонун ҳужжатлари ижроси устидан прокурор назоратининг ҳуқуқий асосларини тизимли таҳлил этиш уни яна такомиллаштириш, ушбу соҳада прокурор назоратини самарали таъминлашга хизмат қилади. Зеро, ер муносабатларини тартибга солувчи қонун ҳужжатларини ўрганмасдан ва таҳлил қилмасдан соҳада прокурор назорати самарадорлигига эришиб бўлмайди.

The article examines some ways to ensure the independence of the judicial system, such as openness and transparency. The methods of providing access to information about the activities of the courts, such as the presence of citizens, representatives of organizations, public authorities and local self-government bodies in open court, are also investigated, and the actual problems of their implementation are analyzed.

Жиноятларни тергов қилишни ташкил этиш – якка тартибдаги жараёндир. Унинг мазмунига жиноий қилмишнинг хусусиятлари, жиноятнинг оқибатлари, жиноятчининг шахсий хусусиятлари, терговчининг меҳнат шароити ва бошқа шу кабилар таъсир кўрсатади.

В данной статье освещается актуальная тема квалификационных требований к государственным служащим в контексте законодательства стран Европейского Союза. Статья представляет собой комплексный анализ теоретических аспектов квалификационных требований, их роли и значения для повышения эффективности государственного управления. Особое внимание уделяется сравнительному анализу общих принципов и стандартов ЕС, а также конкретных квалификационных требований в различных странах ЕС. Заключительная часть содержит выводы и рекомендации, предлагая направления для дальнейших исследований в этой области.

This article analyzes the possibilities of using conciliation procedures in the judicial resolution of disputes arising from administrative and public law relations within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, provides suggestions and recommendations for the development of legislation and practice.

Ижтимоий хавфли оқибат факультатив белгилар ичида ўзига хос муҳим аҳамият касб этиб, айнан у орқали кўп ҳолларда жиноятнинг ижтимоий хавфлилик даражаси шаклланади. Бу эса ўз навбатида жиноятнинг ижтимоий хавфлилик белгисини ифодалайди. “Ижтимоий хавфли оқибати – жиноятнинг ижтимоий хавфлилик даражасини кўрсатувчи белгилардан бири бўлиб, у тўғридан-тўғри жиноий жавобгарлик ва жазонинг оғирлигини белгилаб беради. Бу эса жиноят объектив томонининг белгиси бўлган ижтимоий хавфли оқибатни жиноят қонунида қонун чиқарувчи томонидан техник жиҳатдан малакали ва тўғри ифодаланиши муҳимлигини кўрсатади [1].

Ушбу босцични дастлабки терговнинг бир цисми сифатида царашга уринаётган олимларнинг фикрига кушилиб булмайди. Чунки бу царашлар амалдаги цонунчиликка зид булиб, на назарий ва на амалий асосларга эга. Жиноят ишини кузгатиш жиноят процессининг дастлабки босцичи сифатида дастлабки тергов органлари фаолиятини муваффациятли олиб борилишини таъминлайди.

The article provides a brief history of the conceptualization of political participation; modern definitions are given. The current practice of participation is considered through the prism of democratic forms and models: representative, aleatoric and deliberative democracy. Among modern participatory practices, online participation is considered as the most promising form of influence on political reality.

In the article the author the fact that people can achieve social policy only in the conditions of strong social opportunities in the state. Social opportunity means the ability to distribute places, powers, levels, positions, privileges on the social ladder. Of course, this distribution is influenced by the paradigm of economic opportunities. For example, despite the fact that income or wealth are economic opportunities, they also describe social status.

Everyone knows that since ancient times, physical activity has been an instinctive need of the body. The Center of Public Opinion Research "Ijtimoiy fikr" conducted a sociological survey on the topic "Sport: opinions, attitudes, problems and development prospects", this study showed that 60.6% of the respondents regularly go in for sports. In Uzbekistan, over the past 5 years, great emphasis has been placed on the development of the younger generation, health promotion, and a healthy lifestyle. Thus, 2021 was declared, "The Year of Supporting Youth and Improving the Health of the Population."

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada Supurgi oilasiga mansub Cistanche o'simliklarining toksik- farmakologik xususiyatlari keltirilgan. Hozirgi vaqtda mahalliy o'simliklardan samarali dorivor moddalarni topish juda muhim. Cistanche an'anaviy Xitoy tabobatida keng qo'llaniladi. Chet elda Cistanche tubulosa osteoporoz (OP), Altsgeymer kasalligi (AD) va erkaklar jinsiy disfunktsiyasini (MSD) davolashda keng qo'llaniladi. Cistanches Herba - buyrak etishmovchiligi, ayollarning bepushtligi, patologik ajralmalar va qarilikdagi qabziyatni davolash uchun qo’llaniladi. Yuqoridagilarni hisobga olgan holda, biz Oʻzbekiston Respublikasining Fargʻona viloyatida oʻsadigan Cistanche mongolica turidan tayyorlangan ekstraktning ba'zi farmakologik xususiyatlarini va o'tkir toksikligini, undan tashqari antideprassant xususiyatini tahlil qildik. Ushbu tadqiqot haqida ma'lumot quyida keltirilgan.

Davlat va fuqarolarning o‘zaro munosabatlarida soliqlar va yig‘imlar muhim o‘rin egallaydi. O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasining 63-moddasiga muvofiq fuqarolar qonun bilan belgilangan soliqlar va yig‘imlarni to‘lashi shartligi keltirib o‘tilgan.
