Springs – is the main elastic element of machines and mechanisms and is adopted in a very wide range of mechanisms. Therefore, saving and changing their parameters affects the performance of machines. Springs, like other parts of the work under the influence of static, dynamic and cyclic loads. The article discusses the issues of restoration of spring parameters, the use of existing methods in the restoration of current releases, restoration of springs, implementation of the process of pre-spring restoration. In addition, the methods and technology for restoring the selected springs were analyzed, an alternative method was selected and the sequence of determining the technical criteria of the process and the calculation of its parameters were carried out.

The article discusses the main aspects of innovative development in the context of the growing coronavirus pandemic. The author analyzed the indicators of the industrial sector of the economy, found out the insufficient use of production resources and industrial potential. The linguistic and cultural approach to the concerto dictates the perception of concerto as a base unit of culture and reflects in itself the concepts that are important to a particular culture.

Negative aesthetic evaluation is reflected in the contextual signs of language combinations that represent the concepts of destruction, fire, War. In this article examined the criteria used to determine the nationality and personal law of a legal entity: the criterion of incorporation and the criterion of settlement. The disadvantages and advantages of incorporation and settlement criteria have been studied through a comparative analysis. In the article also discussed the contradiction between the criteria of incorporation and settlement on the basis of case law, scientific views of scholars and legal acts.

This article analyzes the scientific and legal issues related to ethics and service discipline of civil servants, and as a result of the analysis it is clear that ensuring compliance with the rules of ethics is an effective mechanism for organizing effective public service and eliminating corruption and conflicts of interest.

Also, the problems of compliance with the rules of ethics by civil servants were identified and theoretically analyzed. The importance of ethics and professional qualities in the organization of public civil service and the resolution of conflicts of interest was assessed on the basis of current practice and ongoing legal reforms.

In the article, the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on mediation” has been studied in order to create the necessary legal ground for the settlement of the dispute in the legal system of developed foreign countries without pre-trial, that is, the mediation process, which is aimed at the solution by alternative means, plays an important role in our country.

The article analyzes the legal basis for the invalidity of the  normative legal асеқ, the problems of our national legislation on the settlement of administrative disputes and proposals for their resolution on the basis of scientific and theoretical views. Problems in the field are analyzed in specific areas. The article also analyzes the issue of evidence of the persons involved in the case of invalidation of the departmental normative-legal document (applicant, defendant, the Ministry of Justice, etc.) on the basis of theoretical views and current legislation. In particular, the classification of evidence was found to be invalid in the departmental normative-legal document. In particular, it was analyzed that the lists of necessary evidence should be reflected only in the decision of the plenum of the Supreme Court and the compulsory use of the evidence included in the list should be voluntary. To improve the quality of education, the management process distance learning has been built systematically. The concept of a quality assessment system for distance learning presupposes the presence of diagnostic and evaluative procedures implemented by various subjects of state administration entity. It has been delegated separate powers to assess quality of education, as well as a set of organizational structures and normative legal materials ensuring the quality of education. As a rule, assessing tasks with the level of knowledge set quality control helps. It is designed and intended to provide feedback and collect basic information that will allow teachers to judge on the effectiveness of the distance learning process, as well as a system control needs to be developed. Taking into account the basic requirements in this system is imperative. Individuality, consistency, variety of forms and methods, comprehensiveness is considered as key factors. In addition, summative assessment should cover all passed material, objectivity, reliability, trustworthiness and validity.

The article discusses the theoretical aspect of the ideological immunity of military personnel, and its impact on the formation of their professional qualities. Furthermore, the article analyzes the content and the structure of these personality qualities, components and priority areas of ideological immunity and its inheritance and expression in soldiers during their effective performance of the assigned duties.

This article discusses the importance of using debate as a teaching method in mastering key technologies to improve students’ argumentative competence. At the same time, the ability to argue constructively is interpreted as the ability to perform various argumentative actions to substantiate or refute certain points of view. The article presents the characteristics of argumentative skills, as well as the conditions for the formation of logical and psychological components of debate, which is one of the specific manifestations of argumentation.

Echinococcosis is a common parasitic disease endemic to the countries of Central Asia, including Uzbekistan. The disease is most often found in areas with developed animal husbandry. In Uzbekistan, about 4000 operations related to echinococcosis are performed annually. The disease is registered in all regions of the republic, and the number of patients who underwent conservative treatment is unknown. Conservative treatment of echinococcosis is more acceptable both economically and clinically. However, one of the main problems of timely conservative treatment is the early diagnosis of echinococcosis. This fact dictates the need for the development of highly sensitive, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

Clinico-laboratorial part of the work is based on a survey of 96 patients with chronic generalized periodontitis (CGP). 22 people of the patients have chronic generalized periodontitis mild (HGPM), patients with chronic generalized periodontitis average degree (HGPA) and chronic generalized severe periodontitis (HGSP) 42 and 32 people respectively, combined with hypothyroidism. For objectification of the clinical research of the periodontal tissues, we used indicators such as the periodontal index, papillary-marginalalveolar index and the index of Ketze. For aexact determination of the intensity of the inflammatory process
used Schiller-Pisarev trial. To measure the depth of periodontal pockets also held X-ray examinations. It was found that a significant activation of lipid peroxidation and reduced antioxidant defense observed in patients with severe CGP on the background of hypothyroidism. It is shown that thyroid dysfunction occurs pronounced activation of the immune system, manifested by increased levels of cytokines in the serum. The highest concentration of TNF, IL-1 and IL-4 were detected in patients with moderate CGP thyroid hypofunction.

The oral cavity plays an important role in perceiving the environment, and its condition is an informative indicator that reflects changes in the state of the human body that is affected by environmental factors. Epoxy resins were first used in commercial trade in 1946 and today are used in various sectors of the national economy, including shipbuilding, chemical, automotive, road, construction, aviation, furniture, agriculture and household industries. [2, 3].

The study of dental disease in individuals exposed to harmful industrial chemicals shows that in many cases a general trend in the development of pathological processes in the oral cavity is observed. Dental caries and its complications, inflammatory diseases, as well as periodontal injury have an etiological connection with the violation of the oral microbiocenosis. The constant exposure of chemical compounds to the oral mucosa at low concentrations in the air can contribute to changes in saliva composition, microbiocenosis structure, which ultimately leads to a secondary deterioration of the hygienic condition of the oral cavity.

The basic directions of economic and social development of any state are the actions directed on conservation and strengthening of health of the population, and scientific researches in the field of the hygiene, the influences of ecological factors devoted to studying on reproductive health of women and working out of recommendations about preservation and strengthening of their health are actual and has huge social and economic and medical-hygienic value
