PSYCHOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract. In the article, a perfect person is a person who strives to achieve a perfect
spiritual, moral and intellectual level. In this concept of Gaziev, special attention is paid to the
national moral values of Uzbekistan, social interactions and the place of a person in society. A
person's state of mind is formed by how he reacts to the environment, the desire for miracles and
self-awareness.

ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ СТРУКТУРА РАЗВИТИЯ ЛИЧНОСТИ
Аннотация. В статье совершенный человек — это человек, который стремится
достичь совершенного духовного, нравственного и интеллектуального уровня. В данной
концепции Газиева особое внимание уделяется национальным моральным ценностям
Узбекистана, социальным взаимодействиям и месту человека в обществе. Душевное
состояние человека формируется тем, как он реагирует на окружающую среду,
стремлением к чуду и самосознанием.

INTRODUCTION
At the end of the 20 th century, revolutionary changes in our social life, the struggle for
independence, the triumph of democracy in our republic, the desire to create a state governed by
the rule of law require the study of laws and scientific materials of humanitarian psychology. and
their rational use in life. The ideas of this psychology penetrate into all aspects of social life due
to the widespread recognition of free will, democratic actions and openness in our country. Taking
into account the psychological characteristics of each period of ontogenesis, educational and
upbringing influence forms self-awareness in a person in time. Despite the fact that in the science
of world psychology there are many theories, concepts, positions, views on the problem of
personality, there is still no common opinion about the perfection and uniqueness of a perfect
person.

For the same reason, in the sciences (fields) of the humanities, it is customary to use a
number of terms, concepts and terms related to a person. included, for example, a person, a person,
a person, a person, an object, an individual, individuality, a perfect person, as well as the typical
and typological features associated with it, so quickly an assessment of one's own mental and
physical capabilities appears.
At the same time, there is a mental obstacle to the formation of such vices as capriciousness,
obstinacy and stubbornness. Contradiction, conflict, crisis in
interpersonal relations are the result of neglecting the laws of development.
Disappointment in the human psyche, a change in the spirit of the struggle for social justice
are the product of an imbalance between theory and life.
THE MAIN FINDINGS AND RESULTS
Effective formation of faith, worldview, ideal, behavior, communication, independent
behavior in people depends to a greater extent on the above factors. It is advisable to determine in
a person the qualities of initiative and will to overcome obstacles and give them mental stimulation,
based on the characteristics of developmental psychology (ontogenesis). There are various theories
of personality psychoanalysis, analytical psychology, individual psychology, neo-Freudianism,
alienation theory, role theory, humanistic psychology, epigenetic theory, frustration theory,
existential psychology, cognitive psychology, the French sociological school, former Soviet
psychologists. The concept of an ideal person created by us (E. Goziev) is unique. As we
emphasize, pregnancy - the stage of the embryonic period is of great importance for the future of
a person and serves as a source of physical maturity, the formation and growth of the nervous
system, cerebral hemispheres, emotional cognition and bodily development. organs. E. Goziev
(Erkin Goziev) - hestated that the concept of "perfect man who created" occupies an important
place in his socio-philosophical views. In his opinion, a perfect man is a man who strives to achieve
a perfect spiritual, moral and intellectual level. In this concept of Gaziev, special attention is paid
to the national moral values of Uzbekistan, social interactions and the place of man in society.
The psychological structure of an ideal man includes a number of additional processes that
mainly depend on his inner world, feelings, passions and relationships. This structure is formed by
the state of a person's mind, the desire for a miracle, self-awareness and ways of responding to the
environment. There are several main factors in the psychological structure of an ideal man. A
perfect man strives to understand his inner desires and needs and satisfy them. In addition, self-
awareness and self-acceptance are important. He behaves in an orderly manner and tries to
understand his feelings and thoughts when he does something. In the psychology of an ideal man,
there is a strong internal motivation, enthusiasm and desire to achieve the goal. For them, the
meaning of life is manifested in achieving their goals, personal development and helping others.

The perfect person will have the ability to control their emotions, withstand stress and make
decisions based on other emotional situations. The ups and downs of their emotions often affect
their control and attitude towards others. The psychological structure of the perfect person consists
of multifaceted and complex processes, which requires comparing their personality, spirituality,
thinking, emotions and actions, studying the aspects that are compatible with them in changing
conditions. The ideal person helps othersa person who strives to give, develop themselves and
have a positive impact on the environment. This structure is multifaceted, and here are some of its
main features:
1. Personality (personality): The personality of the ideal person is perfect and stable. His
individual characteristics and character are compatible with the people around him, and he is able
to solve problems in cooperation with them. The personality is based on the person's own values
and life goals.
2. Spirituality and ethics. Spirituality and ethical rules occupy an important place in the
psychology of the perfect person. He bases every action and decision on moral standards and
accepts help and respect for others as one of his main rules.
3. Powerful thinking. The ideal person has a mindset that helps him make the right
decisions in difficult situations, learn new knowledge and achieve positive results. He has the
ability to manage his mind and emotions correctly, strive and patiently follow the path.
4. Emotional intelligence (emotional intelligence): The perfect person is able to understand
and control his emotions and respect the emotions of others. He can show the positive and negative
sides of emotions and direct them in a positive direction.
5. Personal development and interaction. The perfect person is always open to self-
development, new learning and information. This is a person who strives to establish positive and
constructive relationships with people around him, respecting their needs.

CONCLUSION
Each person plays an important role in the development of his personality, and the
psychological structure of a perfect person includes his personality, spirituality and all-round
development. A perfect person always strives to renew himself, increase his level of knowledge
and think clearly. Education, making wise decisions and helping others are important to them. An
ideal person respects changes, relationships and love.

He strives to establish effective and correct relationships with people around him, has love
and trust. Also, the psychological structure of an ideal person includes many features aimed at
positive emotions, responsibility, unity and helping others.
