Abstract.
New innovative pedagogical technologies have become an integral part of the
education system today. This article examines the role of the system in the pedagogical process.
Today, teachers are required to have pedagogical skills and psychological potential in
organizing high-quality teaching methods. So, if a teacher works hard on himself in organizing
modern methods, he can further strengthen his knowledge by implementing pedagogical
approaches to each subject and scientific research.

Introduction
The interest and confidence in the use of interactive methods, innovative technologies,
pedagogical and information technologies in the educational process is growing day by day. One
of the reasons for this is that while traditional education has taught students only to acquire ready-
made knowledge, modern technologies teach them to search for and find the knowledge they are
acquiring, to independently study and analyze, and even to draw conclusions on their own. The
teacher creates conditions for the development, formation, learning and upbringing of the
individual in this process, and at the same time performs a management and orientation function.
The student becomes the main figure in the educational process. Informatization of
education is a process aimed at achieving the spiritual and pedagogical goals of the educational
process based on the methodological and practical provision of the educational sphere with
modern information and communication technologies and technical means and their effective use,
and includes the following:
__ To improve the management mechanism of the educational system based on the use of
an automated data bank of scientific and pedagogical information, information and
methodological materials and communication networks in order to ensure the effective quality of
education from teachers;
__ To improve the methodology, organizational forms and content strategy of the
educational system in accordance with the goals of the development of the learner in the
conditions of a modern information society when organizing pedagogical methods;
__ Teachers should create a methodological system aimed at developing intellectual
competence based on the formation of the ability of students to independently acquire knowledge
and carry out information-learning, research-search work during the lesson, and independently
process information in various areas of their activity;
__ Teachers should create and use a computer-test system for monitoring and evaluating
students' knowledge.
Educational informatization as a process of intellectualization of teaching and learning
activities is developing exclusively on the basis of modern information and communication
technologies. Innovative technologies are an introduction of innovations and changes to the
pedagogical process and the activities of teachers and students, and interactive methods are mainly
used in their implementation. Interactive methods are considered to be a collective thinking, that
is, methods of pedagogical influence, which are considered an integral part of the educational
content.

The peculiarity of these methods is that they are implemented only through the joint
activity of the teacher and students. Such a pedagogical cooperation process has its own
characteristics, which include the following:
- Through pedagogical methods, the student is forced to think independently, create and
search for indifference during the lesson;
- Ensuring that students' interests are constantly maintained during the lesson, which is to
consolidate their knowledge in the learning process;
- Strengthening the student's interest in knowledge through pedagogical approaches,
independently and creatively approaching each issue;
- Ensuring the organization of constant collaborative activity between the teacher and the
student.
Pedagogical technologies - according to the opinion of teachers, scientists, researchers, and
practitioners studying the problems of pedagogical technologies, pedagogical technology is
defined as the use of computers, distance learning, or various techniques that are related only to
information technology and are necessary for use in the educational process. We believe that the
most fundamental basis of pedagogical technology is the dependence of the teacher and student on
the technologies selected for their cooperation in achieving a guaranteed result from the set goal,
that is, each educational technology used in the educational process, in achieving a guaranteed
result according to the goal, can organize cooperative activity between the teacher and the student,
both of them can achieve a positive result, and students can think independently, work creatively,
search, analyze, and draw their own conclusions during the learning process. If they can evaluate
themselves, the group, and the group, and the teacher can create opportunities and conditions for
such activities, this is the basis of the educational process. In addition, it is necessary to plan the
teaching process in advance, in this process the teacher should take into account the specifics of
the subject, the place and conditions, the student's capabilities and needs, and the ability to
organize their activities in cooperation, only then can the necessary guaranteed result be achieved.
In short, the student should be put at the center of education. The teacher should plan the
upcoming lesson process in order to understand and visualize each lesson as a whole. In this case,
the teacher will draw up a technological map of the upcoming lesson for each topic, each lesson,
taking into account the characteristics of the subject being taught, the subject, the capabilities and
needs of the students. It is not easy to draw up such a technological map, because for this the
teacher will need to be aware of pedagogy, psychology, special methodology, pedagogical and

information technologies, as well as know many methods and techniques. The colorful and
interesting nature of each lesson depends on the carefully planned technological map of the lesson.
The innovative activity of a teacher is characterized by the following:
- High level of readiness to apply innovations based on modern educational programs;
- Acceptance of pedagogical innovations in educational methodology and their application
in methods;
- Level of innovation and psychological potential;
- Development of communication skills;
- Increasing creative abilities.
One of the main factors in the reform of the educational sector in our republic is the
individual interest and the priority of education. Due to the fact that this factor determines the
social policy of our state, a new model of education has been created. It is necessary to create
virtual lecture and experimental stands, which are the most effective methods and means of
transmitting information to students, and to ensure their use in lessons. This allows students to
acquire knowledge and solve various problems, accepts, analyzes and evaluates their answers. The
teacher creates instructions for mastering the topic of the lesson and, if necessary, provides
individual assistance to students and, in cooperation with a methodologist-specialist, develops a
program for mastering the topic with the help of a computer. Information technologies open up
opportunities for students to access non-traditional sources of information, increase the efficiency
of independent work, provide opportunities for creativity, creation and strengthening of various
professional skills, and enable the implementation of new forms and methods of education.
Information technologies allow to increase the efficiency of practical and laboratory work, to test
and improve students' knowledge, and to expand their vocabulary. The following are carried out:
improving the quality of student training in a holistic manner; using active teaching methods;
creating methodologies and automated tools for independent work; ensuring constant updating of
the form and methods of training material; creating and developing various forms of providing this
process with information at the stages of training; organizing students to pass automated tests. The
national program pays special attention to the issues of strengthening and improving the material,
technical and information base of educational institutions, creating textbooks, manuals,
methodological recommendations, and using pedagogical technologies in the educational process.
In solving these problems, the training of qualified personnel through the use of modern
information technologies is of particular importance.

Conclusion
The form and appearance of the technological map of the lesson depends on the teacher's
experience, goals and preferences. No matter how the technological map is structured, it should
reflect the lesson process as a whole, clearly define the goal, task and guaranteed result, and fully
express the technology of organizing the lesson process. The structure of a technological map
saves the teacher from having to write an extended lesson outline, because such a map reflects all
aspects of the lesson process.
