Annotatsiya. Ushbu tadqiqotda biz psixolog trenerlarning notiqlik mahorati va talabalar

bilan kolloborativ (hamkorlik) holatda guruhga munosabatlari haqida ma’lumotlar beriladi.

Psixolog trenerning qobiliyatlari, psixologik treninglarni tashkil etishda qoidalarga amal

qilishlari, talabalar jamoasiga qanday munosabatda bo’lishlari haqida batafsil tadqiqotda aytib

o’tilgan. Ushbu tadqiqotimizni asosiy maqsad va vazifalaridan biri bu psixolog trenerlarning

RULES FOR ORGANIZING TRAINING IN GROUPS OF STUDENTS AND PUBLIC

SPEAKING SKILLS OF A PSYCHOLOGIST-TRAINER

Abstract. In this study, we provide information about the oratory skills of psychologist

trainers and their attitude to the group in a collaborative (cooperative) situation with students.

The skills of the psychologist trainer, their adherence to the rules when organizing

psychological trainings, and their attitude to the student team are described in detail in the study.

One of the main goals and objectives of this study is to increase the experience of psychologist

trainers, as well as recommend the use of modern programs when conducting psychological

training for the student team. We believe that if psychologist trainers follow the rules specified in

this study, the training will be effective for everyone.

ПРАВИЛА ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ОБУЧЕНИЯ В СТУДЕНЧЕСКИХ ГРУППАХ И

ОРАТОРСКОМУ МАСТЕРСТВУ ПСИХОЛОГА-ТРЕНЕРА

Аннотация.

В данном исследовании мы предоставляем информацию о навыках

публичных выступлений преподавателей психологии и их групповых взаимоотношениях в

ситуации сотрудничества (кооператива) со студентами. В исследовании подробно

описываются навыки психологического тренера, правила, которым он следует при

организации психологического обучения, а также то, как он взаимодействует с

учащимися. Одной из основных целей и задач данного исследования является повышение

опыта психологических тренеров, а также рекомендация использования современных

программ при проведении психологических тренингов для студенческой среды. Мы

считаем, что если психологи-тренеры будут следовать правилам, изложенным в данном

исследовании, обучение будет эффективным для всех.

Psixolog –trenerlar omma oldida nutq so'zlash qobiliyatlari psixologiya yo’nalishi uchun

juda muhim, chunki ular murakkab psixologik tushunchalarni samarali muloqot qilishlari,

munozaralarni osonlashtirishlari va turli auditoriyalar bilan muloqot qilishlari kerak. Psixologiya

bo'yicha trenerlarning notiqlik mahorati (sa’nati) psixologik nazariyalar, tadqiqotlar va

amaliyotlarni sodda, tushunarli so'zlar bilan tushuntira olishi kerak bo’ladi. Bu, ayniqsa,

psixologik trening bilan tanish bo'lmagan tomoshabinlar uchun juda muhimdir.

Tushuntirishlarning qisqa va mazmunli bo'lishi tinglovchilarning e'tiborini jalb qilishga

yordam beradi va asosiy xabarlar saqlanishini ta'minlaydi. Trener savollar, muhokamalar yoki

Psixolog-trenerlar ochiq, ijobiy tana tilidan foydalanishlari, ko'z bilan tushinib fikr

qilishlari, fikrlarni ta'kidlash uchun qo'l imo-ishoralaridan foydalanishlari va qulay, qiziqarli

bo'lishlari uchun inson ongidagi bo'shliq bo'ylab harakatlanishlari kerak. Hamkorlik (guruhiy

tuzilma yoki kolloborativ jamoa) sharoitida talabalar guruhlari uchun psixologik trening uslubi

tinglovchilarning tana tiliga yoki energiya darajasiga nozik tarzda moslashishni o'z ichiga oladi,

bu munosabatlar va ishonchni mustahkamlashga yordam beradi. Psixolog-trenerlar ko'pincha

nazariy tushunchalarni bog'lash uchun hikoya qilishdan foydalanishi mumkin. Shaxsiy tajribalar

Psixolog-trener ishtirokchilar o'z fikrlari yoki his-tuyg'ularini baham ko'rishlari mumkin

bo'lgan xavfsiz, qo'llab-quvvatlovchi muhitni yaratadi. Bu hissiy muammolarni hal qilish va o'quv

muhitini yanada qulay qilish uchun yordam berishi mumkin, lekin uni, ayniqsa, nozik psixologik

kontekstlarda hamkorlik (kolloborativ) ko'nikmalarini kuchaytiradigan psixoterapevtik

treninglarni o'tkazishda xushmuomalalik bilan qo'llash kerak. Psixoterapevt va psixolog trener o'z

tinglovchilarining fikr-mulohazalari uchun ochiq bo'lishi kerak, bu ularga taqdimot ko'nikmalarini

talabalar guruhi bilan aloqasi ham juda muhim, chunki bu yondashuv talabalar o'rtasida bilim

olishga va o'zaro yordam berishga undaydi. Hamkorlik yondashuvi quyidagi jihatlarni o'z ichiga

oladi: Fikr almashish va munozara: Psixolog-trener o'quvchilar bilan ochiq muloqot qilishga

intilishi kerak. Guruhda fikr almashish va muhokama qilish, odamlarni o‘z fikrini bildirishga

undash, har bir o‘quvchining fikrini eshitish, o‘quv jarayonini chuqurlashtiradi. Psixolog-trener

faqat ma'ruza bilan emas, balki talabalar bilan ishlashga harakat qilishi kerak. Ko'pincha, guruh

ishlarida ishtirok etish, simulyatsiya va rol o'ynash orqali talabalar o'rtasida mustahkam aloqalar

o'rnatiladi. Psixolog-trener o'quvchilar bilan hissiy bog'lanish uchun ularni tinglashga va

tushunishga harakat qilishi kerak. Bu o‘z navbatida o‘quvchilar o‘rtasida o‘zaro hurmat va

ishonchni mustahkamlaydi. O‘quvchi o‘z fikrini erkin bildirsa, o‘quv jarayoni samaraliroq bo‘ladi.

Har bir talaba noyobdir, shuning uchun psixolog-trener talabalar bilan individual

yondashuvni topishga harakat qilishi kerak. Har bir insonning ehtiyojlari va ta'lim usullari har xil,

shuning uchun mashg'ulotlar individual ehtiyojlarga mos keladigan tarzda o'tkazilishi kerak.

Ijobiy va qo'llab-quvvatlovchi muhitni yaratish kerak: Psixolog-trener guruhda ishonchli

va xavfsiz muhitni yaratishga intilishi kerak. Bu talabalarni xato qilishdan qo'rqmasdan yangi

g'oyalarni o'rganishga va sinab ko'rishga undaydi. Motivatsiya: hamkorlikda yondashuvda

psixolog-trener turli motivatsion strategiyalardan foydalanib, o‘quvchilarni faollikka undashi va

ularning bilim olishga qiziqishini oshirishi mumkin. Masalan, guruhdagi muvaffaqiyatlarni

nishonlash, ijobiy fikrlarni ifodalash va talabalarni rag'batlantirish.

Psixolog-trener guruh a'zolarini teng huquqli deb bilishi va ularga maqsadlarni belgilash

va qarorlar qabul qilishda ishtirok etish imkoniyatini berishi kerak. Xatolardan o'rganish

imkoniyatlarini yaratishning asosiy pedagogik va psixologik tamoyillari: O'quvchilar xatolaridan

saboq olishlari uchun ularga ularni tan olish va tuzatish imkoniyatini berish kerak. Bunday

jarayonlarda psixolog-trener yordam berishi kerak. Psixolog-trener o'z o'quvchilarining ehtiyojlari

va qiziqishlarini tinglashi, ularning maqsadlariga erishishda yordam berishi kerak. Ularning

fikrlarini qimmatli va muhim deb hisoblash ishtirokchilarni o‘quv jarayonida faollashtiradi.

Xulosa

Psixolog-trenerning notiqlik mahorati va bir guruh talabalarga hamkorlikda (kolloborativ)

yondashishi ularning muvaffaqiyatli o‘qishi uchun kalit hisoblanadi. Psixolog-trener ma'ruzani

samarali va tushunarli qilish, o'quv jarayonida talabalar bilan faol va konstruktiv munosabatda

bo'lish, ijobiy va qulay muhit yaratish orqali o'z vazifasini muvaffaqiyatli bajarishi mumkin.

Psixolog-trenerning notiqlik mahorati o‘zida ekspert bilimlari, hissiy intellekt va turli

auditoriya bilan samarali muloqot qilish qobiliyatini o‘zida mujassam etgan. Eng yaxshi

murabbiylar nafaqat bilimdon, balki o'z tinglovchilarini jalb qilish, kuchaytirish va ilhomlantirish,

ijobiy va ta'sirli o'rganish tajribasini yaratish uchun malakali psixologik treningdan foydalanadilar.

Psixolog trener o’z pedagogik mahoratidan va psixologik salohiyatidan kelib chiqqan

holda trening tashkillashtirishlari mumkin.
