sifatiga qo‘yiladigan modellarga qaratilgan.

DEVELOPMENT OF MARKETING ACTIVITY IN THE FIELD OF SPORTS.

Abstract. This article focuses on the reforms implemented in the field of sports in our

country and the models for the quality of training of specialists in the field of physical education
and sports managers.

Keywords: physical education, sports and tourism, the decision "On measures to further

improve the system of training and scientific research in the field of physical education and

РАЗВИТИЕ МАРКЕТИНГОВОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ В ОБЛАСТИ СПОРТА.

Аннотация. В данной статье рассматриваются реформы, реализуемые в сфере

спорта в нашей стране, и модели качества подготовки специалистов в области
физического воспитания и спортивных менеджеров.

Ключевые слова: физическое воспитание, спорт и туризм, решение «О мерах по

дальнейшему совершенствованию системы подготовки кадров и научных исследований в
области физического воспитания и спорта».


Sport sohasi murakkab va xilma-xil hodisa, milliy iqtisodiyotning bir qismi, ijtimoiy

faoliyatning o‘ziga xos jarayoni bilan tavsiflangan maxsus institutsional tizimdir. Rivojlangan va
rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda bu sport industriyasi turli sport turlarini, shuningdek, tovarlar va
sport anjomlari ishlab chiqarishni qamrab oladigan daromadli faoliyat turi hisoblanadi. Unda
nafaqat sportchilar, balki ishbilarmonlar, davlat idoralari, ixtisoslashtirilgan tashkilot va
uyushmalar, xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasi xodimlari, ommaviy axborot vositalari, sport jurnalistlari,

omillarga bog'liq: siyosiy, ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy, madaniy va raqobatbardosh. Unda eng yuqori
professionallik va ushbu sohaning o'ziga xos xususiyatlarini bilish talab qilinadigan marketing
faoliyati mexanizmlari va elementlari aniq ko'rsatilgan.

Sport sohasida raqobatning kuchayishi, muxlislar va keng auditoriyaga ta’sir o‘tkazish

usullarini ishlab chiqish, sport tadbirlaridan siyosiy, iqtisodiy va imidj maqsadlarida faol
foydalanish bilan bir qatorda turli shakl va mexanizmlarga ega bo‘lgan sport marketingining
ahamiyati ham ortib bormoqda. zamonaviy bozorda ham ortib bormoqda.

Keng ma’noda sport marketingi - bu sport mahsulotlarini, sport tadbirlarini va ularning

ishtirokchilarini yaratish, ilgari surish va sotish bilan bog‘liq har qanday faoliyat. O‘z navbatida,
sport mahsuloti ko‘p qirrali tushuncha bo'lib, u quyidagi elementlarni o‘z ichiga oladi: nomoddiy
tovarlar; sport jarayoni, sport va ko'ngilochar mahsulot, sport ta'limi, sport imidji mahsuloti;
moddiy mahsulotlar; sport kiyimlari va poyabzallari, aksessuarlar, jihozlar, jihozlar, ichimliklar,
sport anjomlari; aralash mahsulot; sportchi, sport klubi, jamoa, sport va dam olish uchun tovarlar,
muhandislik mahsulotlari.

Sport marketingi, asosan, sport bozoriga, birinchi navbatda, sportni tomosha qilishga

qiziquvchi kishilar guruhlariga – tomoshabinlarga, muxlislarga qaratilgan. Ular ushbu mahsulotlar
uchun chiptalar yoki chiptalar sotib olish orqali to‘laydilar yoki ularni televizor tomosha qilish
yoki radio tinglash orqali bilvosita olishadi, bu esa o'z navbatida reklama va efir vaqti huquqlaridan
daromad keltiradi.

Shunday qilib, sport marketingi tomoshabinlarga (ommaviy iste‘molchi) qaratilgan bo‘lib,

uning asosiy maqsadi tomoshabinlarning qiziqishini saqlab qolish va rag'batlantirish, unga yuqori
sifatli sport tomoshasiga xizmat qilishdir. Bozor o‘z mahsulotlarini ilgari surish va sotishdan
manfaatdor bo‘lgan sport tashkilotlarining strategik va taktik maqsadlariga erishish uchun muhim
vositadir.

Bu sport faoliyatida uzoq muddatli strategik siyosat yuritish, yirik iqtisodiy yo‘qotishlarga

yo‘l qo‘ymaslik, barqaror rivojlanish va muvaffaqiyatlarga erishish imkonini bermoqda. Sportda
marketing faoliyatini rivojlantirish sport xizmatlari bozori imkoniyatlarini aniqlash va strategik
siyosat yuritishda muhim dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. Ushbu fikrlar ushbu maqola mavzusini
tanlash uchun asos bo'ldi.

O‘zbekiston Respublikasida jismoniy tarbiya va sport xizmatlari bozorida marketing

faoliyatining nazariy asoslari yetarlicha o‘rganilmagan, biroq jismoniy tarbiya va sport sohasida
xizmatlar bozorining raqobatbardoshligini oshirish muammolari va ularning samarali foydalanish
dunyoning ko‘pgina mamlakatlarida, ayniqsa bozor munosabatlari shakllangan mamlakatlarda
muammo hisoblanadi. Xorijiy mamlakatlarning ilmiy manbalarida Kotler, Sonders va Armstrong
(Kotler, Saunders and Armstrong, 2004) yoki Brassington and Pettit (Brassington and Pettit,
2002), N.A. Voskolovich, J. Galbreit, I. B. Gurkov, V. Gerami, I. I. Pereverzin, V. V. Kuzina, K.
A. Kulunkovich, R. Xaynts va boshqa xorijiy mutaxassislarning asarlari nashr etilgan. Qolaversa,
bu MDH mamlakatlari faoliyatida ham o‘z ifodasini topmoqda. Ular orasida E.A. Safronov, G.A.
Gureeva va mamlakatimiz olimlari M. Boltabaev, I.A. Ahmedov, M. Yusupov, M.A. Ikromov,
R.X. Nabiulin va boshqalar tomonidan olib borilgan ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlarida umumiy nazariy va

taqdim etmoqchimiz.

Istalgan gazeta yoki jurnalni oching, televizorda istalgan sport dasturini tomosha qiling,

dunyo shaharlari bo‘ylab sayr qiling, sport marketingining turli jihatlariga duch kelasiz. Bekxem,
Shumaxer, Kurnikova, Nike, Ferrari, Vodafone va Manchester Yunayted reklama taxtalari,
displeylar va jurnal va gazetalar sahifalarida iste'molchilarni o'ziga jalb qiladigan nomlardir.

Yulduz nomlari va ular bilan bog'liq katta pullar sport marketingi bilan sinonimga aylandi.
Ish beruvchilar dunyosida juda ko'p odamlar: "Agar sport va sport yulduzlarini qadoqlash

va sotish mumkin bo'lsa, nega bunday emas?" Ammo bu sport marketingining faqat bir tomoni,

muxlislarining Amerika futboliga bo'lgan qiziqishi pasayganligi sababli yaqinda Shotlandiyaning
Kleymor jamoasi paydo bo‘ldi. Sport tashkilotlari ham farovonlik uchun bo‘lmasa, hech
bo'lmaganda omon qolish uchun pul topish uchun etarlicha tomoshabin to'plashlari kerak. Sport
tadbirlari ba'zan faqat xayriya maqsadlarida o‘tkaziladi, ammo shunga qaramay, marketing ularni
tomosha qilishni qiziqarli qilishga yordam beradi va shu bilan birga ularni ko'proq odamlar uchun
tanib oladi va ularga tadbirlarni tomosha qilish imkoniyatini beradi. Fransuzlar uchun Tour de

Sport marketingi doimiy jarayondir. Raqobat yil davomida bo'ladimi (masalan, Futbol

Ligasi chempionati, Olimpiya o'yinlari) yoki bir martalik tadbir (Futbol kubogi finali),
marketologlar doimiy ravishda o'z faoliyatini rejalashtirishlari, vazifalarni hal qilishlari va ishlarini
baholashlari kerak.

Bundan tashqari, muxlislar va mijozlar bilan munosabatlarni saqlab qolish katta

ahamiyatga ega. Nihoyat, agar sport tadbirlari, aytaylik, har to'rt yilda bir marta o'tkazilsa, asosiy
muammo odamlarga doimo eslatib turishdir.

Masalan, Olimpiya o'yinlarida ishlaydigan marketologlar yanada murakkab va keng

ko'lamli vazifalarni hal qilishlari kerak. Ommaviy marketingdan oldin ular tanlov o'yinlarini
o'tkazish huquqiga ega bo'lishlari uchun tegishli tuzilmalar va tashkilotlarga o'z takliflarini
"sotishlari" kerak.

Sport marketingining boshqa ko'plab ta'riflari sport tashkilotlarining tijorat faoliyatiga

qaratilgan. Albatta, bizning ta'rifimiz hech qanday tarzda uning ahamiyatini kamaytirmaydi.

Biroq, kichik va notijorat tashkilotlar faqat professional tarzda sotilgan taqdirdagina foyda

ko'radi. Shunday qilib, davlat korxonasi yoki ixtiyoriy tashkilot ular uchun maxsus
ishlaydiganlarni bilishi kerak. Masalan, sport ijtimoiy himoyaga muhtoj qatlamlarga yordam
berishga qaratilgan dasturlarni amalga oshirishda yordam berishi mumkin. Bu yordamga muhtoj
odamlar kimligini, bu odamlarning qayerda yashashini, ularning umidlarini va ular bilan qanday
muloqot qilishni va hokazolarni aniqlashga yordam beradi.

Xulosa o‘rnida shuni ta’kidlash joizki, sportdagi marketingning yuqoridagi ta’rifi faqat

stadionlar maydonlari va arenalari bilan bevosita bog‘liq bo‘lgan tashkilotlarga taalluqli emas.

Sport marketingi sport bilan bog'liq turli tashkilotlar tomonidan qo'llanilishi mumkin.
Britaniya velosport jamoasining Afina Olimpiadasidagi muvaffaqiyatidan so‘ng, so‘nggi

bir necha oy ichida velosiped savdosi keskin oshganini hamma biladi. Sport marketingi nafaqat
sport tashkilotlariga kerak ekanligini bilish uchun mamlakatlar Olimpiya o'yinlarini o'tkazish
huquqi uchun qanday kurashayotganini eslash kifoya. Bu kurashning o'zi qiziqarli musobaqadir.

Uning qo‘lga kiritilishi yurt obro‘-e’tiborini yuksaltiradi, turizm rivojiga xizmat qiladi,

mahalliy tadbirkorlik sub’yektlarining daromadi va bandligini oshiradi.

Sport marketingi nafaqat sport tashkilotlariga kerak ekanligini bilish uchun mamlakatlar

Olimpiya o'yinlarini o'tkazish huquqi uchun qanday kurashayotganini eslash kifoya. Bu
kurashning o'zi qiziqarli musobaqadir. Unda g‘alaba qozonish mamlakatimiz obro‘-e’tiborini
yuksaltirish, turizmni rivojlantirish, mahalliy tadbirkorlik sub’yektlarining daromadlari va
bandligini oshirish, shu orqali mamlakatimiz aholisi farovonligini oshirishga xizmat qilmoqda.
