An integral part of the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus type 2 is the metabolic syndrome, which is also a perspective target for therapeutic correction. The modern direction is the usage of nanotechnology. Using nanoparticles can optimize the effectiveness of therapy, minimize side effects and improve compliance. Based on the model of the experimental metabolic syndrome induced by the high-fructose diet, the influence of the combined medicinal product on the basis of Goat’s Rue and its liposomal form was studied. The results indicate that the effectiveness of Galevit exceeds the one of the pharmaceutical agent based on Goat’s Rue in the usual form and is not inferior to the reference preparation Arfa Kombi, which is confirmed by a significant reconstruction of the indices. The obtained data provide evidence of the prospects of further pharmacological research of the liposomal form of the new combined drug, Galevit, with subsequent implementation into clinical practice.
