Toxicometric assessment of the general toxicity of industrial household and medicinal compounds

It was carried out the evaluation of some industrial poisons, agricultural and domestic insecticides, food acetic acid and drugs. It was revealed that even in similar by structural formula and pathogenesis action of chemical substances for middle mortal concentration of given poisons in man's blood are quite different. It was determined, that dependence probit-analysis '"poison concentration - effect" is very valuable method at study of quantitative interconnection side between chemical trauma's value and character of organism's response character.
