The results of research and differential diagnosis neurometabolik types of inheritarce in children

Investigated neurometabolik types inheritarce of children. In the family pairs only in the 18 cases, took place at the predisposition to autosom-recessive used molecular genetic method, biochemical and MRA examination. Our patients were found new forms of leucodystrophy and the number of such patients increases that must be considered in the differential diagnosis, especially burdened families.
