Modern methods of treatment in patients with chronic endometritis

Yu Tangirova, G Indiaminova, N Zakirova
Despite the significant development of pharmacotherapy, the treatment of chronic endometritis currently presents significant difficulties for clinicians. The difficulties of managing these patients are associated with the predominance of erased forms of the disease and the absence of specific clinical symptoms; with difficulties in identifying microbial agents in the endometrium, especially with viral invasion, which leads to the problem of choosing etiotropic drugs with a disease duration of more than 2 years; with the lack of accurate ideas about the restoration of endometrial receptivity based on the dynamics of the clinical manifestations of the disease and non-invasive research methods.
