Morphological condition of the timus and sepsis of the newborn

In this work a study of clinical, anamnestic data and characteristics of morphological and morphomet-ric changes of the thymus in children of the first year of life, died from various forms of sepsis. Clinical-morphological analysis of “why” performed given the state of donoshennosti and prematurity, malnutrition and premorbid background diseases. The object of the study was to timesy 36 newborn children died in in-fancy from sepsis. Sepsis is often diagnosed in preterm children (34.7 per cent), lipotropics (64,3%) in the presence promovideo background (rickets, anaemia) accounted for 51.5%. Morphologically metaplasia was noted in reticuloendothelial retikulez and sclerosis, disappearance of the parenchyma of the thymus lympho-cytes and cells nurses. As a result of prolonged exposure to infectious factors in the thymus completely blocked all morphological elements and is paralysis of the thymus in immunogenesis
