Injuries of the spine and spinal cord account for 0.7-4% of all injuries of the musculoskeletal system [2,6,8]. According to Simo-nova I.A. and Kondakova E.N. (2003) among all of skeletal injuries, about 6.0% are spinal injuries, of which about 30.0-40.0% of injuries are accompanied by neurological deficits. In Russia, annually 600-640 people per 10 million people receive mostly young young and able-bodied age spinal cord injuries, and 8000 people become disabled [11,16]. Over the past 70 years, spinal injuries have increased by more than 200 times, which is associated with urbanization, the development of production and transport [13,16,17].
