In the article direct results of regional intraarterial and intraoperative autoplasmochemotherapy as a component of complex antitumoral treatment of cancer of the bottom of the oral cavity and tongue were studied. The obtained data testify to a sufficiently high efficiency, safe toxic profile and positive dynamics of immunoregulatory proteins in regional intraarterial and intraoperative autoplasmochemotherapy as a component of complex antitumor treatment in patients with cancer of the bottom of the mouth and tongue
