  Results of cushing’s syndrome register in the Fergana region Cushing’s syndrome (CS) is a severe neuroendocrine disorder caused by chronic hyperproduction of adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) by a tumor in the pituitary. There are four forms of the syndrome, to name ACTH-dependent, ACTH-independent, corticoliberin ectopated and yatrogenic one. The article presents data of CS register in the Fergana region. Analysis of the data demonstrated low rate of both CS diagnosing (0.4 per 100,100 of population) and mortality (0.02 per 100,000 of population).

  Improvement of medical and pedagogical supervision as a method for preventing the development of prepathological states in young sportsmen This article shows the evaluation of the implementation of the enhanced protocol of medical and peda-gogical observation of children engaged in sports schools of Uzbekistan. The study involved 120 students of youth sports schools of Tashkent aged 11-17 years engaged in athletics, football and ganbdolom. The study results showed that the carrying out of medical and pedagogical observations of enhanced protocols and cor-responding reorganization of the training process and rationalization of loads have led to improved dynamics of their physical development without deviating from the standards of age, physical fitness and reduce the indi-ces of morbidity.

  The usage efficiency of prolonged coc regimen during the treatment of hyperplastic endometrial processes Endometrial hyperplasia (ET) is the most common disease of the mucous membrane of the uterus and is treated as a non-physiological proliferation of endometrial glandular accom panied by restructuring and, to a lesser extent, the stromal tissue components. One of the most common treatments of EHP without atypia is con-ducting hormone replacement therapy. It is known that the use of COCs for 12 months reduces the risk of en-dometrial cancer by 50%. Under the influence of COCs, endometrium undergoes rapid regression in the prolif-erative phase, premature secretory transformation of the glands appears inside it and deciduous transfor-mation is observed in stroma. In order to determine the effectiveness of low-dose COCs in prolonged regime with endometrial hyperplastic processes the based on the gynecological department of the Samarkand Regional General Hospital №1 was conducted comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination of 30 patients with endometrial hyperplasia in premenopausal. Selection criteria investigation - histological verified diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia without atypia.

  Assesment of rachitis prophylactic and definition of level of 25(oh)d in bloods serum in uzbekistan conditions The article presents the data to determine the level of 25(OH)D in the serum and its impact on preven-tion in 466 children. It is established that during the traditional prevention of rickets, its efficacy remains low, as evidenced by the high incidence of rickets and low 25(OH)D in the blood serum of 86.1% of children. Whereas, when the modified prophylaxis in 90.7% of children the level of 25(OH)D was normalized. Modified prophylaxis reduces severe rickets; improve psychomotor development of the child in the first year of life.

  Identifying opportunities for doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of varicocele Use color Doppler ultrasound 88 patients with varicocele I, II and III degree, aged 16 to 35 years. Of these, 22 patients diagnosed with subclinical varicoceles. All patients with subclinical varicoceles was not a pathological enlargement grozdevidnoe plexus. For the diagnosis of subclinical varicoceles were determined the following parameters Doppler ultrasound: 1) the maximum diameter of the veins more than 3 mm; 2) the presence of more than 4 plexus of varicose veins; 3) change in blood velocity Valsalva maneuver from 2 cm / sec to 10 cm / sec and determining retrograde blood flow (reflux). In all groups of patients score with subclini-cal varicoceles were recruited mainly due to changes in blood flow rate under a load. While in a clinical vari-cocele score was recruited by the maximum diameter of the venous plexus and the amount of varicose veins. This gives grounds to pave that grozdevidnoe plexus is only the tip of the iceberg, which does not give any idea of the true size of its violation of hemodynamics. Color Doppler ultrasound parameters make it possible to ac-curately diagnose subclinical varicocele, degree of pathological process and determination of the type of he-modynamic disturbances.

  Modified bronchophonography in complex evaluation of bronchial obstruction syndrome in infants

  To develop a method of modified set bronchophonography and set a diagnostic criteria of bronchial obstruction syndrome in young children. The study involved 60 patients with acute bronchiolitis and 60 healthy infants. We have developed the method of modified bronchophonography consisting of the registra-tion system of the respiratory noises and the personal computer. The analysis of respiratory noise was conduct-ed using the special software. Method of modified bronchophonography is important in the diagnosis of bron-chial obstruction syndrome in infants because of its objectivity, simplicity and accessibility of use in pediatric practice. New informative diagnostic criteria of bronchial obstruction syndrome in children has been estab-lished - E:I index, bronchial obstruction is diagnosed at E:I index≥1,20, bronchial obstruction is absent if E:I index≤1,19

  Evaluation of heart failure severity in patients with toxic goiter and its importance in the long-term results of surgical treatment The studies conducted in 150 patients operated on for toxic goiter, before surgery and one year after thy-roidectomy. The severity of heart failure (HF) in patients with toxic goiter we studied in terms of six-minute walk test. Before surgery, 48 patients with thyrotoxicosis of average weight at 13, it regarded as HFI and 35 - both HFIIA. One year after the operation structure HF changed: in 5 patients it was not determined, in 21 cas-es was HFI and 22 patients - HFIIA. Among the 102 patients with severe hyperthyroidism, before surgery in 78 cases of HF was defined as HFIIA and 24 - HFIIB. After the operation, 19 cases were diagnosed HFI, 69 -HFIIA and 24 it has not changed. In assessing the long-term results as the tests used change indicators severity of heart failure and cardi-ac arrhythmias, and divided them by the developed gradation, a good, satisfactory, unsatisfactory and ineffec-tive treatment. Good and satisfactory results in patients with thyrotoxicosis of average weight obtained in 47 (98.0%) patients and in patients with severe thyrotoxicosis - in 45 (44.1%). It concluded that long-term results of surgical treatment of patients with toxic goiter are directly dependent on the severity of hyperthyroidism, heart failure and heart rhythm disorders

  Prevalence of postmenopausal osteoporosis in bukhara region Questioning for 378 women from 50 to 80 years of age who are in menopause and live in Bukhara re-gion. The prevalence of osteoporosis among surveyed postmenopausal women living in Bukhara region com-prised 24.1%, osteopenia - 33.6%.With increase of age there the number of women with normal BMD signifi- cantly declines (from 50.5% at age of 50-59 to 5,0% - at ≥70).Dairy products were regularly consumed by less than half of the women (43.7%) and 46.3% were physically active during at least 30 minutes daily. Early men-opause was significantly more common among women with osteoporosis (39.6%), than in women with nBMD (20.6%). Irregular consumption of dairy products, low physical activity and the duration of menopause were the risk factors in the studied group of women

  Level immune response mediators in children with epilepsy the background cerebral palsy A study of 85 children with epilepsy or without at cerebral palsy background to study the level of pro-inflammatory (TNF-α and IFN-γ) cytokines in the serum and cerebrospinal fluid.
