  Results and features treatment the diaphyseal fractures of both forearm bones in children Treatment of children with fractures of bones of a forearm is an urgent and complex problem. The analy-sis of treatment of the closed fractures of bones of a forearm at 118 patients is made. The patient has applied conservative treatment (a one-stage manual repozition and an immobilization with plaster steak) and expedi-tious treatment (an open repozition, an intramedullary osteosynthesis and an immobilization with plaster steak) methods. Renewal of working capacity has happened in 71,4% of cases. It has become possible thanks to a combination of terms of treatment to the rehabilitation period, and also use improved a method of expeditious treatment. The correct comparison of bone fracture, their reliable fixing, early adequate functional loading is the main principles of treatment of fractures of forearm. Studying results of clinical application of a way a one-stage manual repozition and an intramedullary osteosynthesis of fractures of bones of a forearm at children is given in article. Studied and improved ways treatment provides increase in rigidity of fixing of bone fragments, prevents deformation, promotes to successful result.

  G915c polymorphism of tgf b1 gene in type 2 dm men of uzbek population Materials and methods: 158 male patients with DM type 2 men Uzbek population have been surveyed. Results: Analysis of the research showed that the allele C gene TGFβ1 occurs much less frequently than allele G in both healthy individuals (3,2%), and in patients with type 2 DM of (8,2%). CC genotype frequency of equally high and (93,5%) in healthy patients and DM (84,8; p=0,31%). No significant differences in genotype frequency of CG in healthy subjects and 6,5% of patients with type 2 DM (13,9%). Homozygous GG genotype in healthy men was not present. Conclusion: Except for lack GG genotype among researched healthy men and patients with type 2 DM of Uzbek population no significant difference was defected neither in allele, nor in rep-resentation of genotypes G915C polymorphism gene TGFβ1

  A study of the spectrum of anti- and proinflammatory cytokines in blood serum with family bronchial asthma The article considers the spectra of anti- and proinflammatory cytokines in blood serum at the family bronchial asthma, as well as the nature of clinical and pathogenic forms of bronchial asthma, which affect the formation of the disease. The study was conducted in 346 relatives from 49 families with bronchial asthma. It was determined in the serum of IL-6 and γ-interferon that the "Vector-Best" test was used. A study was made of the number of IL-6 and γ-interferon in the blood serum in patients with familial bronchial asthma, depending on the pathogenetic forms, stages, length of service and the degree of disease control. It was found that an in- crease in the number of IL-6 in the blood serum, a decrease in interferon-γ depending on the stage, allergic forms, an increase in the length of the disease and in patients with uncontrolled asthma are a differential diag-nostic marker.

  A differentiated approach to infertility management of tubal-peritoneal genesis after an ectopic pregnancy in an anamnesis We analyzed long-term results of patency of the fallopian tubes according to metrosalpingography data in different variants of conducting an ectopic pregnancy. The data showed that in women who underwent con-servative treatment with cytostatic, the patency of the fallopian tubes was significantly better than after surgical treatment. In cases of interrupted ectopic pregnancy for which laparotomy was applied with the removal of the motor tube, infertility of tubal peritoneal genesis developed in 60 % of cases, which coincides with the opinion of many authors

  Overcoming disturbance of reproductive health of women with endometryoid kystes The condition of the ovarian reserve in endometrioid cysts of the ovaries depends to a large extent on the volume and frequency of the surgical intervention. The results of the hormonal study suggest that the most sen-sitive to intraoperative damage and an indicative marker of the ovarian reserve is the antimuller hormone in combination with the determination of the CA-125 content and the concentration of follicle-stimulating hor-mone. The results of the performed surgical intervention in a sparing amount allow us to predict the restoration of fertility after surgical treatment with the maximum preservation of healthy tissue, which allows preserving the reserve of ovaries and the reproductive health of women

  Analysis of efficiency of integrated therapy of pregnancy with dysfunction placents The results of complex therapy in 65 pregnant women with placental dysfunction are analyzed. The con-trol group consisted of 30 women with a physiological pregnancy. The main group consisted of 65 pregnant women in the gestation period of 32-36 weeks, in whom placental dysfunction was diagnosed as a result of ul-trasonic screening. The inclusion of levocarnitine and L-arginine in therapy with placental dysfunction can effectively stabilize the functional state of the fetus and prolong the prolongation of pregnancy

  Quantitative assessment risk factors of rapid development of alcoholism The comparative quantitative assessment risk factors of rapid development of alcoholism are scrutinized in the article. 140 alcoholic patients aged 25-65 years have been studied by Clinical-statistic method. Univari-ate depression analysis with the usage of Kraskola-Uolis criteria was used for comparison with medieval clinic significance, age-specific and dynamical parameters. While carrying out the research the author has revealed that early formation of alcoholic dependence is not associated with the age onset of alcohol consumption but mainly risk factors in premorbid. The results of the research showed that the dynamics alcoholism development is important to evaluate the clinical severity, the flow rate and development of optimal tactics of treatment. The presence of premorbid cofactors risk increases the development of alcoholism as quickly as 2,5 times compared to uncomplicated premorbid. In conclusion, the author draws a conclusion that quantitive dynamic develop-ment characteristics of the disease will be fairly objective criteria to predict the clinical versions and types of alcohol flow.

  Alloplastics in postoperative ventral herbs In the Samarkand city medical association in the department of thoraco-abdominal surgery in 2013-2016, 68 patients were hospitalized for postoperative ventral hernia. Of them, alloplasty was performed in 44 patients on the anterior abdominal wall by the "onlay" method, and the remaining 24 patients underwent alloplasty of the anterior Of the abdominal wall by the method of "sublay", about large and giant hernias. Among these alloplastics, the following complications were observed using the "onlay" method: recurrence of hernias, accumulation of subcutaneous seromy. In alloplasty by the method of "s Ublay "these complications were not observed, and the postoperative rehabilitation period was reduced.   Improvement of surgical treatment of acute gangrenous necrotic paraproctitis The study group is 767 patients who had been treated at the Proctology department of SamMI clinic №1 between the period from 2001 to 2016 years among which 36(4,7%) patients had necrotic form of the disease. In 731 (95.3%) aerobic etiology of damage was found. The average age of the patients was 63,1±4,9 years old. Clinical checkup, digital investigation of the rectum and rectoromanoscopy, transabdominal and transrectal ultrasound, CT and bacteriological investigation of wound’s discharges were done in all the patients. All the surgeries were performed urgently. Results of the studies showed that early diagnosis and radical operation with additional antibacterial and detox therapy led to recovery

  Course features of hemispheric tumors of the cerebellum The study includes data from clinical and neurological examinations of 31 patients (18 women, 13 men), whose average age was 30 years with tumors localized in 18 (58,0%) patients in left, 13 (42,0%) patients in the right hemisphere of the cerebellum. For tumors of the hemispheres of the cerebellum characteristic was the presence of general cerebral and focal symptoms. Among the cerebral symptoms were observed headache (77,4%), vomiting (67,7%) and dizziness (35,4 %), of focal disorders - dysfunction of the cranial nerves (80,0%), dominated oculomotory disorders (37,2%), indicating the progression of the compression of brain-stem.

  The results of surgical treatment of uncomplicated compression-splinter osseous fractures of lower thoracic and lumbar vertebrae Now the basic principles of surgical treatment of spinal fractures are the most quickly and effective recovery of anatomic relationship, rigid bracing of the damaged segment and early activation of the victim. 34 patients with the fractures which aren't complicated compression complete burst the lower thoracic and lumbar of vertebrae were investigated. 11 patients have a preoperative reposition of the compressed vertebra with anatomic height and corrections of a posttraumatic kyphosis of a spine column with use of the device "Pardayev-Urinbayev" (patent RF №2033775), the subsequent use by transpedicular system bracing for stabilization of vertebrae.   Neurophysiological and hormonal features of adolescence epilepsy The study involved 95 teenagers with epileptic paroxysms. The study included 48 children (22 boys and 26 girls) aged between 12 and 17 years with various forms of epilepsy.
