Surgical aspects treatment of chronic colostases in children
tional examination complexes were carried out. Various organic causes were identified, due to anatomical, muscular and functional disorders of the distal (large intestine) LI and their results were generally assessed in the ball system. In this case, the total, over 12 points and conservative treatment is ineffective, the relative indi- cations to the operation were determined. If more than 18 points, and revealed additional bends, lengthening, narrowing, incomplete fixation, rotation and rigidity of the LI, with clinical complete violations of the motor- evacuation function of the LI, direct indications for surgical treatment were determined. 162 (86%) patients had good results from complex conservative treatment. In 26 (14%) patients, indications for surgical treatment were determined with: no effect of prolonged ongoing conservative treatment, an increase in the phenomena of chronic colonic obstruction with decompensated flow and a progressive worsening of the patient's condition. When choosing the methods of operation, the age of the patients, the nature and localization of the pa- thology of the LI were taken into account. In children under 3 years, the Delatorre-Mandragon method was performed by transanal access; preschool-age method - Soave-Lenyushkin's method with abdominal perineal and in older children - resection and fixation of TK with laparatomy access. The nature of the operation was: resection of the elongated or narrowed LI zone with the creation of "colo-anal" or "colo-colo" anastomoses with fixation of pubescent "transversogastropexy" and rotated parts of the intestine in order to restore normal anatomical structures and transient functions of it. Complications in the early postoperative period was not noted.

Chronic pain syndrome in diseases of the peripheral nervous system
We have examined 146 patients, 71 patients with radiculopathy, 20 with plexopathy, 23 with compres- sion-ischemic neuropathies, 32 with chronic diabetic polyneuropathy. For this study we used the following methods: MRI, CT, X-ray, DN 4 questionnaire, electroneuromyography, Spielberger–Khanin questionnaire, Montgomery-Asberg depression rating scale, asthenia scale (MFI-20). The study showed that the clinical pic-ture, narure and severity of chronic pain syndrome in diseases of the peripheral nervous system does not di- rectly depend on the degree of damage to the peripheral nerves, being determined by the degree of central mechanisms of somatosensory system regulation involvement in the pathological process

Quality of life and sleep related with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis versus benign prostatic hyperplasia
The quality of life and sleep was determined in 80 sick on the outpatient setting: 47 men with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis (CNP) versus 33 men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Quality of life was evaluated using the EuroQol-5D questionnaire. Quality of sleep was analyzed by Somnology Center question-naire. Pain evaluation in both groups was performed by Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Prostate-specific symp-toms were assessed using I-PSS and NIH-CPSI questionnaires. Patients with chronic pelvic pain and lower urinary tract symptoms showed significant disturbances in the quality of life and sleep. In CNP group those were connected with chronic pain syndrome, whereas in BPH group – predominantly with frequent urination and subsequent need of waking at night

Features of the development of heart failure in dilated cardiomyopathy in patients hospitalized in the hospital emergency medical care
Dilated cardiomyopathy is a disease of the myocardium, characterized by a progressive increase in the size of the heart chambers and a decrease in myocardial contractility; it is the most common cause of severe heart failure, in which, subsequently, heart transplantation is required. The incidence of the disease in the pop-ulation is about 36.5: 100 000 population. In 20-30% of cases, DCMP is of a family nature. Most often, DCM is diagnosed already with the development of heart failure

Chronorhythms secretory ig a in patients with chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis
It was found that secretory IgA level in maxillary exudate has significantly day-night periodity. Two points of maximum level were indicated at 6.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. At the same time minimum level was found at 10.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. The investigation of proteolytic, fibrinolytic activity; activity of oxide-renewing processes are presented complex negative influence on secretory IgA production in cases of chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis in determined hours. Received results will serve one of the criterions at development of chronotherapeutic therapy in chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis treatment

Status fibrinolytic activity of exudate in patients with chronic purulent maxillary sinusitis in a comprehensive treatment using thiotriazoline
The peculiareties of the tiotriasolinum influence on the exudate fibrinolytic activity of maxillary sinuses with local and general application in a multimodality therapy of patients with chronic purulent maxillary sinus-itis have been studied. A standard couse of treatment without tiotriasolinum application (control group) has been carried out in 20 patients with chronic purulent maxillary sinuses and in 43 patients the treatment has been combined with a local and general application of tiotriasolinum. It has been established that the total fi-brinolytic activity was significantly reduced in the process of treatment. Tiotriasolinum application probably decreased non-enzymatic fibrinolysis in total exudate fibrinolytic activity of maxillary sinuses and shortened the term of treatment

To assessing the severity of radiographic changes in the neonate with respiratory distress syndrome
X-ray examination of 100 newborns was carried out, 50 of them were newborns and 50 were premature infants with grade I and II prematurity. Newborn children born with syndrome of respiratory disorders (SRD) require special attention from the first days of illness and professionally competent medical tactics. At X-ray examination of premature newborns with pneumonia, the predominance of SDR characteristic features was observed. Refinement of the degree of severity of the SDR of the newborn with pneumonia allows the most ac-curate and objective assessment of the severity of the sick child. The results of X-ray studies of pneumonia in newborns allow us to conclude that they need to be carried out in the neonatal period. The X-ray method for assessing the degree of severity of SDS in pneumonia of newborn infants, especially premature infants, and with intrauterine growth retardation syndrome is convenient for its non-invasiveness, minimal radiation expo-sure to the subject, a wide range of indicators and information rich in morphology, which contributes to the timely correction of complex treatment, especially at the risk of SDR, reducing the development of posthypoxic complications of the adaptation period.

Analysis of the results of surgical treatment of posttraummatic scarring structures of the main bile ducts
This work is based on the experience of treating 153 patients operated in connection with posttraumatic cicatricial strictures of the hepatic ducts (134-87.6%), as well as with cicatricial stenoses of biliodigestive anastomoses (19 - 12.4%), formed earlier due to trauma hepatitis choledoch in the period from 2007 to 2017. The tactics of treatment of strictures of the hepatic ducts made it possible to obtain good results in 55.3% of the observations from the total number of patients traced in the long-term period. Relapse of the disease occurred in 44.7% of patients. Repeated operation allowed satisfactory results in 64.7% of this category of patients or in 28.9% of the total number of observations. Ultimately, the overall percentage of good and satisfactory results is 84.2%, the incidence of unsatisfactory results and mortality in the long-term period is 15.8%, respectively

Structural changes in aponeuroses in patients with postoperative ventral hernias of different age groups
Objective of the study. To determine the structural differences of aponeuroses in different age groups of patients with postoperative ventral hernias. Materials and methods. Comparative orphological studies of aponeuroses of 36 patients operated in the First and the Second hospitals Samarkand State Medical Institute for postoperative ventral hernias aged 40 to 76 years. Patients are divided into 3 groups according to the WHO age classification: Group I included patients 45-59 years old; Group II 60-74 years old; and the Group III in-cluded patients 75-90 years old. The biopsy specimens of the anterior abdominal wall, obtained during hernio-plasty were subjected to histological examination. Standard pieces of aponeurotic abdominal wall tissues taken during surgery were fixed in a 10% formalin solution on phosphate buffered saline for light microscopy exami-nations. Paraffin sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E). Results. Investigation of biopsy specimens of aponeuroses and adjacent muscle tissue in patients of different age groups have revealed signifi-cant structural differences that can determine the frequency of hernias of the anterior abdominal wall and their recurrences. Conclusions. The study discovered that with advancing age significant structural changes occur on the aponeurosis of abdominal rectal muscles. The nature of these changes, especially the disruption of the collagen fiber arrangements, suggests that these structural changes are responsible for the weakening of the aponeurosis.
