In the process of education and upbringing, which are the basis of society,
human qualities, worldview, personal and professional abilities are formed and
developed. After all, a person changes a person, and a person is changed by
education and upbringing. Especially today, at the new stage of development of
Uzbekistan, on the threshold of the third renaissance, there is a growing need for
a new conceptual concept that unites society, promotes cohesion and ensures
national solidarity. Because, forming a common goal in society and uniting
everyone on the basis of this idea laid the ground for defining a new stage of
development. It is only when a single, ambitious unifying idea is formed in the
people in the implementation of reforms in our society that social responsibility,
dedication and honesty will mobilize the country towards greater and greater
goals. At this point, the idea of the idea of the Third Renaissance in the
implementation and improvement of the issues of ideological education in the
ideological unity of young people in New Uzbekistan plays an extremely
important role. The achievement of the Third Renaissance is seen as a new
expression of the national idea, representing not only the national idea's current
tasks, but also its strategic goals. The idea of the Third Renaissance mobilizes
our country towards ambitious goals by encouraging us to boldly step forward
into the future. The head of state Shavkat Mirziyoyev said about this: "The idea
of a New Uzbekistan, which we dream of and strive for, first of all, means that
our people have stepped into a new era of national development, takes a worthy
place in the world community, and many new opportunities are emerging for us
in this area”.
The head of state elevated to the level of state policy the colossal task of
laying the foundation of the Third Renaissance in the republic. On this basis, a
more ambitious strategic task was undertaken - the formation of a social layer of
creative intelligentsia, which would emdiv the psyche of the Renaissance.
There is another important Renaissance in the Republic. Therefore, the words
"New Uzbekistan" and "Third Renaissance" sound harmoniously in life, inspire
people to great goals. In the New Uzbekistan Strategy, the President says: "I
consider teachers, professors, teachers, creative intellectuals to be the greatest

strength, support and support in the creation of New Uzbekistan - a prosperous,
prosperous, democratic country, the Third Renaissance. I consider it my duty as
President to support their crucial activities, to create decent work and living
conditions for them."
It is no coincidence that the slogan "New Uzbekistan – the Third
Renaissance" is being promoted in our country. At the new stage of Uzbekistan's
development, on the threshold of the third renaissance, there is a growing need
of new ideas congenital concept that unites society, promotes cohesion and
national solidarity. Because the formation of a common higher goal in society
and uniting everyone on the basis of this idea will determine a new progress. It
is only when a single, glorious unifying idea is formed in the people in the
implementation of reforms in our society, the country will be mobilized to
achieve great goals through the emergence of social responsibility, dedication
and honesty. In this regard, the use of ancestral spiritual heritage in improving
the professional competence of young people in New Uzbekistan plays an
important role in the implementation of the idea of the Third Renaissance. In
achieving the Third Renaissance, it expresses the strategic goals of upskilling
young people by improving their professional competencies. The idea of the
Third Renaissance mobilizes our country towards ambitious goals by
encouraging us to boldly step forward into the future. At the same time, the
dictionary attention to the meaning of the word "Renaissance" is derived from
the French word which means "rebirth". The meaning of the term "Renaissance"
is much broader and means the beginning of a new development in culture,
science, art, education and upbringing. For the first time, the term was used in
medieval Europe to refer to the stage of development in the 15th and 16th
centuries. This social phenomenon called the Renaissance has been translated
into the Uzbek language as the Renaissance .
If we look at history, our country has had two Renaissance periods. Of
these, it covers the IX - XII centuries and the second - the last quarter of the XIV
century - the first quarter of the XVI century. During the First Renaissance, great
thinkers such as Fergani, Khorezmi, Forabi, Beruni, Ibn Sino, Yusuf Hos Hajib,
Mahmud Kashgari and Mahmud Zamakhshari made a great contribution to the
world economy. Our thinkers such as Bukhari, Termizi, Mutakallim Muturidi and
Abul Muin Nasafi who gained great fame in the Islamic world literally spread the
beacon of spirituality and enlightenment throughout the world.
As a result of the Mongol invasion at the beginning of the 13th century, the
axis of culture in our country was destroyed, art monuments were destroyed,

the country fell into a severe depression. Since the middle of the 15th century
material and cultural revival began in Movarounnahr. This process intensified
during Amir Temur's rise to power and the formation of a centralized state.
Civilization has reached a new level. First of all, the laws and regulations of
statehood were thoroughly formed. Sohibqiran was an exemplary patron of
science, culture, art and architecture. In Samarkand there was a great increase in
the field of arts and literature, as well as many madrassas and schools were
opened. During these periods, such scientists as Mirzo Ulughbeg, Jamshid al-
Kashi, Rumi, Ali Kushchi made important discoveries in the field of astronomy,
mathematics and other exact sciences. Such rare and delicate talents as Alisher
Navoi, Abdurahman Jami, Sakkoki, Lutfi, Husayin Voiz Koshifi, Kamoliddin
Behzod created high humanistic works. .
The Second Renaissance was developed in our country during the time of
Amir Temur and Timurids. During this period, Ulughbeg, Giyosiddin Jamshid
Kashi, Qazizoda Rumi, Ali Kushchi, Lutfi, Jami, Navoi, Behzod, great architects,
composers, musavirs and historians came out and the people of the world are
still amazed by the great spiritual heritage created by them. In both
Renaissances, we were among the progressive, moderate nations of the world. If
we want to get to that level again, we need to have a Third Renaissance . Of
course, the most important thing in the implementation of the Third
Renaissance in our country is to turn it into a national idea. At the same time, the
national idea embodies the highest perspective goal of a particular nation, unites
the people around the great ideas and mobilizes them towards the building
goals. In the process, it is necessary to understand the economic, social relations,
the legal, political, ideological foundations of the country.
At the same time, one of the main tasks of the national idea in society today,
first of all, strengthens it by preserving the unity of the people, the territorial
integrity of the country. At the same time, it defines the nation's supreme
purpose, stages of development and goals in the future.
It is clear from secular development that education and education cannot be
separated from each other, and only when these two processes are organized on
a harmonious, continuous basis, it will bring up patriotic youth with decent
moral qualities, high spirituality, high intellectual potential, innovative thinking,
at the same time knowledgeable, intelligent, spiritually and physically healthy,
with a broad worldview, possessing a modern professional profession. These
factors require the formation of the education of young people in our country on
