Introduction

.

The development of modern society requires a new approach and

innovative changes from the education system. The rapid development of
information technologies, changes in the economic and social spheres, the
progress of science and technology encourage us to reconsider the essence of
the teaching profession. Now the teacher must become not only a provider of
knowledge, but also a creator, researcher, motivator and a person who applies
innovative innovations to the educational process.

Today's teacher must create an effective educational environment not only

using traditional teaching methods, but also using modern technologies. He must
be able to use digital technologies, interactive methods, problem-based learning
and creative approaches in the pedagogical process, and direct students to
independent research and creativity. Therefore, the preparation of future
teachers for innovative activities is one of the priority areas of today's education
system.

Therefore, this study analyzes the process of preparing future teachers for

innovative activities, the role of modern educational technologies, pedagogical
approaches and their effectiveness. After all, a teacher who thinks innovatively,
can use modern technologies, and has creative approaches is an important
guarantee of educating the future generation.

In order for the process of preparing future teachers for innovative

activities to be effective, scientifically based methodological approaches are
necessary. In this process, it is important to enrich not only the theoretical
knowledge of students, but also to develop their abilities to think independently,
analyze problems, and use modern technologies. Therefore, teaching methods
and pedagogical technologies are synergistically combined in the research.

Interactive teaching methods are leading in the formation of innovative

activities. The use of methods such as "Problem-based learning", "Construction
approach", "Case study" and "Gamification" in the teaching process encourages
students to be active, increases their motivation to search and strive for
innovation. In particular, the integration of digital technologies into the
educational process serves to create an innovative environment for future
teachers. Pedagogical activities can be modernized through the use of virtual
laboratories, online platforms, and artificial intelligence-based curricula.

Also, the research process ensures the combination of empirical and

theoretical methods. The effectiveness of educational technologies is assessed
through experimental work, and the effectiveness of innovative approaches is
determined using statistical analysis. At the same time, the opinions of teachers
and students are studied through pedagogical observation, questionnaires and
interview methods, and their level of readiness for innovation is determined. An
effective methodology for preparing future teachers for innovative activities is
based on an integrated approach. This process, consisting of a synthesis of
innovative pedagogical technologies, interactive methods, experience and
scientific research, serves to increase the creative thinking of teachers and their
adaptability to the modern educational process. A future teacher prepared for
innovative activities is not only a teacher with modern knowledge, but also a
person with a creative approach to his profession, who can use advanced
technologies in the educational process. Today, one of the main tasks facing the
education system on a global scale is to prepare teachers for new innovative
approaches. Because the quality and effectiveness of education largely depend
on the teacher's professional skills and openness to innovations.

Practical experience shows that teachers who are ready for innovative

activities, unlike traditional education, have the opportunity to develop
students' independent thinking, form a creative approach and activate their
interests. In particular, the use of interactive methods and digital technologies
increases students' interest in the educational process. Teaching using virtual

laboratories, online educational platforms and multimedia resources is one of
the important aspects of the principles of innovative teaching.

Nevertheless, there are certain problems in the process of preparing for

innovative activities. In particular, some teachers find it difficult to accept
technological innovations, and it seems difficult for them to abandon traditional
pedagogical approaches. This can cause certain obstacles in the implementation
of innovative teaching methods in practice. Therefore, in the process of training
future teachers, it is important to increase their digital literacy and develop their
skills in using pedagogical technologies.

Based on the results of the discussion, it can be said that a teacher prepared

for innovative activities is a teacher who meets the requirements of the time,
constantly works on himself and is able to give students not only knowledge, but
also the ability to think independently. Therefore, educational institutions
should establish a systematic approach to preparing future teachers for
innovative activities. This will serve not only the development of the teaching
profession, but also a more qualitative and effective education of the future
generation.

In today's conditions of globalization and technological progress, one of the

main tasks facing the education sector is to prepare future teachers for
innovative activities. A teacher who thinks innovatively and can use modern
educational technologies will not only succeed in his profession, but will also be
able to provide quality education to the future generation. Therefore, the
importance of using innovative approaches in the professional training of future
teachers is incomparable.

The results of the study show that a teacher prepared for innovative

activities is able to combine traditional and modern approaches in the
educational process, effectively use interactive methods, and encourage students
to think creatively. He is also able to apply advanced practices in his work, such
as the use of digital technologies, the introduction of gamification elements, and
the use of problem-based learning methods to increase student activity.

However, the process of preparing for innovative activities does not happen

by itself. For this, it is necessary to increase the digital and pedagogical literacy
of future teachers, to form them as individuals who are open to innovations,
ready to research and experiment. These goals can be achieved by introducing
programs based on modern methodologies in educational institutions,
organizing advanced training courses for teachers, and creating platforms for
exchanging experiences.

In conclusion, teachers who are ready for innovative activities play an

important role in the modernization of the education system. They can
effectively organize the educational process, contribute to the development of
independent thinking and creative approaches of students. Therefore, one of the
most important factors in improving the quality of education is ensuring the
readiness of future teachers for innovative activities. After all, the future of
education is, first of all, in the hands of teachers who think innovatively and
strive for innovations.

Conclusion

:

Today, the educational process is becoming increasingly complex and is

being formed on the basis of innovations. This requires future teachers not only
professional skills, but also a new approach to pedagogical activity, technological
literacy and creative thinking. Therefore, one of the most important tasks facing
the education system is to train teachers who are prepared for innovative
activities. Because only innovative teachers can equip the future generation with
new knowledge and contribute to the intellectual development of society.

Studies show that a teacher prepared for innovative activities conducts the

educational process in harmony with modern technologies, without abandoning
traditional methods. Using interactive methods, he will have the opportunity to
increase the activity of students, develop logical and critical thinking through
problem situations, and creatively organize the educational process. Most
importantly, such a teacher must have the ability to constantly search, learn
innovations and use them effectively in his professional activities.

Nevertheless, the process of preparing for innovative activities also faces a

number of problems. Teachers' excessive dependence on traditional methods,
lack of knowledge and skills in the application of technological innovations, as
well as insufficient provision of modern pedagogical resources are obstacles in
this process. In order to eliminate such problems, it is necessary to regularly
introduce innovative trainings, advanced training courses, and special programs
for teachers on the use of modern technologies in education.
In conclusion, training teachers for innovative activities to improve the quality
and efficiency of education is a requirement of the time. Active, creative and
modern educators have the opportunity to take the education system to a higher
level. Therefore, for future education, it is necessary to pay special attention to
training teachers for innovative activities, to create wide opportunities for them
to develop their knowledge and experience. After all, the development of the
education system depends, first of all, on modern educators!
