Ушбу мақолада Ўзбекистон Республикасида тезкор-қидирув фаолиятини амалга оширишдаги ҳуқуқий ва ташкилий масалалар атрофлича таҳлил қилинган. Муаллиф тезкор-қидирув чора-тадбирларининг жиноятларни олдини олиш, аниқлаш ва фош этишдаги ролини очиб беради ҳамда ушбу соҳани янада такомиллаштириш бўйича таклиф ва тавсиялар тақдим этади. Халқаро тажриба, жумладан Европа ва Осиё мамлакатларининг қонунчилиги ва амалиётига асосланган қиёсий таҳлиллар келтирилган.

Туркистонда турли этник гуруҳларнинг ўғил ва қизлари улар то 12-13 ёшга етгунга қадар кўчада бирга ўйнашлари мумкин бўлган. Бу вақтдан бошлаб қизлар биринчи марта паранжига киришарди ва бу унинг жинслар ажратиладиган катталар дунёсига кирганлигининг рамзи эди.  Бундан кейин у рухсат берилгандагина оиланинг бирор аъзоси билан паранжида кўчага чиқиш мумкин эди, холос. У вақтини аёллар билан пишириш, бичиш-тикиш, тўқиш ишларини ўрганиб ўтказарди. У отинлар йиғилишларида иштирок этади.

This thesis addresses the issue of introducing digital educational technologies that serve to develop the technical thinking of students studying in the field of technical education. AR/VR technologies, simulations, and artificial intelligence-based platforms have been integrated into the educational process, and a step-by-step model of technical thinking has been developed. This model is based on modern technological approaches that ensure the formation, consolidation, and practical application of technical thinking skills. The research results are of practical importance in improving the quality of technical education.

The article discusses the activities of the new enlighteners in the Turkestan region in the late 19th and early 20th centuries and the fundamental changes in the lives of women in the country as a result of this activity, the process of forming gender equality that determines their place in society. The role of the press in the course of this process is analyzed.

In the context of increasing global integration and intensified competition among national economic sectors, Uzbekistan's textile industry has emerged as one of the fastest-growing and strategically important sectors with significant export potential. The textile sector plays a vital role in the country’s gross domestic product (GDP), trade balance, and employment indicators. Therefore, enhancing the competitiveness of this sector has become a critical issue to ensure its stable and efficient functioning.

В статье описывается совокупность требований к современному учебному комплексу по русскому языку в узбекской школе; предлагается модель реализации этих требований с учетом изучения вопросов русского синтаксиса. Даются основные  характеристики составляющих учебно-методического комплекса по РКИ, позволяющие сформировать общую концепцию его построения, и на ее основе реализовать эффективную модель обучения.
