Abstract.
This article discusses modern methods for improving teachers'
professional qualifications and the importance of developing their professional

innovative pedagogical approaches, opportunities for utilizing modern
technologies, and psychological aspects to enhance the effectiveness of the
educational process. Additionally, the organization of professional development
