During the period of impact on the economy of the COVID 19 pandemic, the world’s traditional economy has come to the need for a transition to a new “digital economy”. Such transition is possible only under the conditions of the widespread introduction of promising technologies, as well as the scientific and technological orientation of society towards the introduction of innovations. The article highlights several options for regulating digital assets in legal doctrine, which in turn are divided into several approaches.
