The article presents the results of surgical treatment of 40 patients with pheochromocytoma. Patients have a significant increase in the level of metanephrine in the urine. The study determined the relationship between the course of hypertension and the size of the tumor, the concentration of metanephrines and the duration of the disease.

Literature analysis was carried out according to the classification of drugs (PM) with antiviral action. In the literature sources cited, the authors classify drugs according to their chemical structure and application. The article provides information on the study of the market of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2019-2022. The analysis performed showed the prospects for the development, standardization and further introduction of antiviral drugs into medical practice. Along with synthetic drugs, preparations derived from plant materials are not inferior in relevance.

The point was to assess the clinical impacts of clonidine as an adjuvant to supraclavicular brachial plexus block with 0.5% L-bupivacaine. Authorization from Institutional moral council was taken prior to beginning the review and informed composed assent was taken from all patients. After cautiously clearing up the method for the patients, they were isolated arbitrarily into 2 gatherings by utilizing table of irregular numbers. Bunch A (n=30) recieved 30 ml of 0.5 % levobupivacaine with 1 ml ordinary saline. Bunch B (n=30) got 30 ml of 0.5 % levobupivacaine with 0.3 ml clonidine (50 µg) weakened with ordinary saline to make up the arrangement 1 ml. Drugs were ready by anesthetist who was not associated with the procedures of the review.
