Introduction:
In the conditions of the new Uzbekistan,
the education of student-youth as a person who has
achieved all
–
round mature, professionally
competent, at the same time high spiritual maturity is
one of the priorities of the current era. It is for this
purpose that the large-scale reforms carried out in the
field of education in our republic in the following years
will serve. After all, in the context of rapid
globalization, technological progress and economic
competition, not only personnel with simple
theoretical knowledge, but also a generation that
thinks in a new way, appreciates social cooperation,
whose professional competence is strong and armed
with stable spiritual and moral values, ultimately
develops society. Therefore, in pedagogical practice,
special attention is paid to the concept of
“professional
-
spiritual sophistication”. In this regard,
of course, it is extremely important to use innovative
methods
–
to organize lesson processes in an
interactive way, to show the creativity potential of
students, to match the requirements of society and the
field through practical projects and training based on
digital technologies, and at the same time to train
personnel with high spiritual qualities. Currently,
behind
the
pedagogical,
psychological
and
methodological approaches that can be called”
revolutionary", in the educational process, it is
promoted not only to give students theoretical
knowledge, but also to educate them in the spirit of
full-fledged independent thinking, having a broad
worldview, feeling responsibility to oneself and society
as a primary goal.
In pedagogical terminology,” professional
-spiritual
sophistication " is interpreted as the ability of an
individual to have thorough knowledge and skills in the
professional sphere, to follow high spiritual qualities,
moral standards and national
–
universal values, to
carry out creative activities with a deep understanding
of life principles[1]. The main components of this
concept can be noted as follows:
Professional knowledge and skills: the individual has a
thorough knowledge of his field, shows maturity in
practical training for him.
Spiritual education: a person's respect for spiritual
values, responsibility towards society and those
around him, adherence to such principles as humanity
and tolerance.
Creativity and initiative: independent thinking, the
ability to advance personal ideas, find ways to solve
professional problems in a new way.
Loyalty to ethical standards: honesty, justice,
conscientiousness, duty and a responsible approach to
the task.
Professional and spiritual sophistication is today
recognized not only as an individual trait of the
individual, but also as a concept closely linked to
collective development, the culture of an enterprise or
state organization, the etiquette of the professional
community and the possibilities of introducing
innovations [2].
Literature analysis and methodology
The role of professional and spiritual sophistication in
the conditions of the new Uzbekistan in the following
years is played by a number of documents adopted by
the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the
government, state programs, in particular, the process
of reform in the field of education, decisions aimed at
improving personnel skills, patriotism and promotion of
a national idea-all this In the conditions of the new
Uzbekistan, the following factors strengthen the
importance of forming professional and spiritual
sophistication:
Globalization and competition: young people who are
educated today should be able to compete not only in
the local market, but also in the international labor
market. In this sense, along with professional
knowledge in accordance with international standards,
it is important to have a moral behavior worthy of
respect in society.
Socio-spiritual development: it is not enough to achieve
high economic and technical development if values such
as morality, social solidarity, mutual assistance and
tolerance are not strong in society. In the younger
generation, it is the education of these values that is
becoming a priority.
Innovative progress: the age of digital technology
requires creative thinking, innovative approaches from
young people. If these processes are strengthened by a
spiritual and moral foundation, it becomes easier to
achieve sustainable progress.
The role of higher educational institutions in student-
youth education. Higher education institutions serve as
the most important link in the path to achieving
professional-spiritual sophistication. More emphasis is
placed on theoretical training in the educational process
until recently, while current reforms:
Strengthening the practical aspect: practical training of
all subjects, laboratory, practicum, increasing attention
to projects.
Spiritual and educational activities: special programs are
being developed to enrich the worldview of students,
stimulate their social activity, maintain loyalty to

mentality and national values.
Capacity building: professors and teachers are also
required
to
have
modern pedagogical
and
methodological training, they should have professional
and spiritual sophistication as an exemplary person [4].
Also, the widespread use of innovative methods in
higher education, the involvement of students directly
in practical activities, the stimulation of their scientific
and creative research are becoming an important
element of the formation of professional and spiritual
sophistication.
The content of innovative methods and their role in
student-youth
education.
Innovative
methods
represent teaching methods that have not been used
or little used in the educational process before in a
traditional way, formed in accordance with current
modern cognitive and technological changes [5]. The
main goal of these methods is to maximally stimulate
the student's activity, independent research, creative
approach, while putting him at the center of the course
process. Also, the following approaches are observed
in innovative methods:
Interactivity: the teacher will not only be a lecturing
person, but will also be in the role of a facilitator,
ensuring the participation of students in the lesson.
Creating problem situations: students are faced with
various social, technical, innovative problems that
require independent solution, observation, analysis,
exchange of ideas in a group.
Practical effect: the result achieved in the course of the
lesson can become a real project, Prototype, Research,
social initiative or other specific product.
The educational significance of innovative methods is
such that they serve to ensure not only intellectual, but
also spiritual perfection in a person. In this, aspects
such as moral dilemma, collective resolution,
perception of behavioral norms usually develop
directly within the process.
Innovative methods in the formation of professional-
spiritual sophistication have a positive effect through
the following channels: acquaintance with moral
standards: in playful or simulation-style activities,
students are confronted with various moral problems
in real life. For example, scenarios where honesty or
agreement is offered in a project represent a situation,
collective responsibility, or individual benefit
confrontation. Practical testing of professional
activities: students directly study aspects such as
human relations, collective cooperation, labor
discipline, attention to product quality, environmental
responsibility, customer treatment in the process of
performing practical work related to their profession.
Personal example in upbringing: innovative methods
require creativity and personal role models from the
teacher as well. As a result, students can take an
example from the teacher, seeing with their own eyes
the teacher's motivation, responsibility, possession of
practical skills [5].
Types of innovative techniques.
Several types of innovative techniques are now
common in practice. Among them: interactive methods
(discussion, mental attack, role-playing games, case-
study, “Thinking Out Loud”, etc.k.). Project (Project
-
based) Education (collective or individual work on
practical projects). Digital technologies (e-learning
platforms, distance learning, virtual laboratories,
multimedia tools).
Professional-moral trainings (seminars on ethics,
lessons on honesty and Justice, “lessons on
upbringing”). Interactive methods and their educational
effectiveness. Discussion and mental attack
–
one of the
most common interactive techniques, developing
critical and creative thinking of students, the skill of
independent expression. In contrast to the lecture form,
these techniques involve students arguing on a specific
topic, engaging in practical exercises such as making
arguments, finding quotes or sources appropriate to the
topic, expressing the thought clearly and ingratiately,
referring to opposing opinions.
Upbringing aspect: in moral-ethical discussions,
students are formed in defense of truth and Justice,
respectful approach to the opinion of other group
members, a culture of controversy. And in the process
of mental attack, students occupy the principle of
creating a mass flow of ideas, considering any idea or
solution without discrimination, and only then moving
on to assessment. Such an approach forms the etiquette
of” honest criticism –
sincere acceptance " [6].
Role-playing (role-playing) and case-study. Role-playing
games are the imitation of real-life situations in
accordance with training. For example, many scenarios
can be drawn up, such as” employer and employee
attitude“,” doctor and patient communication“,”
teacher and student conversation“,” leader and team".
Students strive to solve problems in accordance with
the role assigned to them, demonstrate the necessary
professional knowledge or spiritual qualities [7].
Ethical dilemmas: in the process of role-playing
games, a representative of some role has to choose
between honesty or profiteering, cooperation or lies,
collective interest or personal interest. These conflicts
arouse the responsibility of moral decision-making in
students in a realistic and practical form.
Case-study, on the other hand, assigns students
the task of analyzing a specific situation in life
(professional problem, social problem, conflict, conflict)

and developing specific recommendations. For
example, in examples such as” discord between
employees at a business enterprise “or” student
retardation and identification of its causes", the
student will have to analyze, react, make decisions
from an ethical and professional point of view.
Professional and spiritual aspects also serve as
important criteria in this [8].
Group Discussion and collaborative education.
Collaborative education is a method of dividing
students into subgroups and giving them a common
task or problem assignment, resulting in each team
member working shoulder to shoulder, distributing
tasks, and finally achieving a joint product or solution.
This process in itself forms a culture of responsibility,
mutual cooperation, honesty and participation among
students.
Upbringing aspect: in this way, the student develops in
himself such qualities as correctly establishing his place
in the team, arguing and agreeing with his like-minded
people, appreciating the contribution made by each
member. This, in turn, serves to guide the student
towards professional-spiritual perfection.
RESULTS
Prospects of innovative methods and directions for the
further development of professional and spiritual
sophistication. In order to more effectively introduce
innovative methods in the future, it is necessary to
strengthen interdisciplinary integration in the
educational process. For example, pedagogy can be
integrated not only with psychology, but also with
areas such as Informatics, management, social work,
art, mathematics. This, on the one hand, helps
students to have a broad worldview, and on the other
hand, expands the possibility of highlighting important
aspects of professional-spiritual sophistication. In the
context of the new Uzbekistan, international academic
exchanges, joint programs, online seminars and
conferences
with
foreign
specialists,
student
exchanges further expand the worldview of students
and young people, deepening their spiritual and moral
skills. Working with foreign experts on projects
strengthens the feelings of tolerance, inter-
civilizational dialogue, loyalty to common spiritual
values in students.
Improvement of the assessment system. The issue of
revising the assessment criteria is also relevant in the
formation of a professional-spiritual personality. Not
only with tests or written exams, the student's:
Participation in social projects, activity in spiritual and
educational activities,
Aspects such as the development of innovative or
startup ideas, activity in teacher-student relationships,
teamwork, social responsibility and the manifestation of
honesty are also necessary to be included in the
evaluation criteria.
CONCLUSION
Increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational
reforms in the development of the new Uzbekistan, as
well as professional knowledge in the training of
personnel, as well as the emphasis on spiritual
maturation are manifested as a requirement of the
period. Innovative methods in this regard
–
interactive,
project,
digital
technologies,
mentoring
and
professional
and
ethical
training-provide
an
incomparable opportunity. The main thing is to
systematically and consistently introduce these
methods, create an environment for them, form a
modern worldview not only in students, but also in the
teachers themselves. Only then will we be confident
that in a true sense we will bring to adulthood a young
generation of professional-spiritual elegance, Keeping
Up With The Times, at the same time loyal to national
values.
