Automation of purchasing and issues of legal personness

In competitive procurement in the first quarter of XXI, a lot of work has been done on the introduction of digital technologies. Yesterday, electronic vendor selection platforms were an experimental technology. Today, customers use source-to-pay automation of procurement processes. We are on the verge of a fundamental transformation: some decisions in the procurement process are starting to be made by a robot based on big data. This raises the question for legal science: can a robot be the subject of a legal relationship?
