Artificial intelligence in banks and the consumer’s right  to individual service

O Larina, N Moryjenkova
Today, the artificial intelligence market is actively growing and developing, offering new opportunities in the field of servicing banking customers. The survey results showed that most consumers are ready to interact with artificial intelligence technologies in the banking sector, but still prefer to be able to interact with a human employee. The introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in the banking sector again raises issues of security and confidentiality of customer data, and also raises a discussion about the legal personality of the “electronic person”.
