Current state of “Digital diplomacy” in Uzbekistan: foreign experience (on the example of the USA) and proposals

An analytical review on the reform of diplomatic departments, based on a study of the experience of transformation of diplomatic services in different countries over the past 10 years. The review describes the global and national drivers of reforms, the specifics of their preparation and implementation, as well as the “best practices” by which diplomatic departments seek to adapt to the changing global foreign policy conditions.
