Tourism has become one of the largest global industries that is evolving due
to the constant changes in travel trends and consumer preferences, making the
concept of Innovation an important issue for the tourism industry to successfully
apply and stand out from the fierce competition. Travel is a means of changing
and expanding human consciousness, and when tourists come to a new place,
they are more interested in new content. The more tourists provide high income
for tourism industry and the industrial development in the regions will be
stimulated. Tourists spend money on accommodation, food, transport,
sightseeing and this contributes to local income.
Tourism amenities are key factor in the development of regional tourism
services, such as the availability of places to pray, mosques, private spaces,
facilities and services. Adequate lighting systems, basic medical facilities,
information facilities and other auxiliary facilities are necessary for tourists.
However, we know that tourism services are inextricably linked with other
sectors, and they are important in the development of tourism services in the
regions. Below we can see the relationship of tourism services market with other
industries:
The development of tourism infrastructure is one of the most important
indicators of positive changes in a tourist destination, ensuring its functionality,
convenience, attractiveness and ease of use. Tourism infrastructure consists of
tourist facilities and services that serve tourists and local residents and makes a
significant contribution to the local, regional and national economy. The
development of tourism infrastructure such as airports, roads, hotels,
restaurants and attractions stimulates economic growth by attracting visitors,
creating employment opportunities and investment in the tourism sector. We
believe that high-quality tourism infrastructure enhances the overall visitor
experience. A tourist destination has a number of advantages for its
infrastructure:

Firstly, tourism can contribute to the development and improvement of
transport infrastructure such as roads, airports and public transport systems.
This is important to ensure convenient and efficient transportation options for
tourists and local residents.

tourism services[1]
Second, tourism can stimulate investment in infrastructure, including the
construction of hotels, resorts, and other tourism-related facilities. This not only
enhances the tourist experience, but also creates jobs and boosts the local
economy.
In addition, tourism can lead to the preservation and conservation of natural and
cultural heritage sites, as tourist demand encourages the preservation and
protection of these assets. In general, tourism plays a crucial role in promoting
the development and sustainability of infrastructure that benefits both tourists
and local communities.
The transport industry is an important part of the tourism industry and one
of the main sectors of the economy. Tourism industry cannot be successful
without transport industry. Tourists use several modes of transportation to
travel from one place to another. According to statistics, transport services,
which are part of the main component of the tourist product, make up 27% of
the total services. Transportation of passengers, including tourists, is carried out
by various types of transport, such as air, surface, water transport. Therefore, the

transport infrastructure is also important in the development of tourism services
and affects the satisfaction of the trip.
Moreover, in order to develop tourism services in the country, it is
necessary to improve the quality of tourist services organized in the regions.
With the expansion of the service sector, the demand for the quality of tourism
services is also increasing. In the development of regional tourism services, first
of all to improve its quality and ensure that it is in tune with the times. One of the
main principles of the development of regional tourism services is the high level
of service quality.
Berry and Parasuraman developed the SERVEQUAL model for service
quality improvement and development. Below we can see five important
measures in determining the quality of services provided:
Figure 2. Five important measures determining the quality of services[2]
Service quality in the tourism industry requires that products and guest
services meet expected standards. One of the main challenges facing the hotel
industry is the provision of quality services, which is one of the main conditions
for the realization of business goals in the world tourism market. Today, there
are various tools and mechanisms that facilitate the determination of service
quality in the tourism industry.
In the development of regional tourism services, along with increasing the
quality of services, increasing its types is considered an important factor.
Diversification of tourism services is the creation of different tourism products
that meet the different needs and desires of visitors in order to improve tourism
income or balance seasonality. Diversification is a key strategy for overcoming
the crisis and improving competitiveness, as it increases flexibility and reduces
dependence.

Diversification strategies lead to more sustainable development in terms
of protecting tourism natural resources and value-added products and
services, as well as strengthening ties between tourism and other regional
industries contribute to increasing the variety of products.
It is known that the 21st century is the age of technology, the use of
advanced technologies in each field is needed, which creates convenience for
consumers. No industry can be imagined without advanced technologies.
Technologies are also important in the development of tourism services, and
technological facilities help the tourist from the beginning of the trip till the
end. The speed of the Internet in the country, the availability of Wi-Fi
networks in hotels and tourist stations create convenience for tourists. In
addition, the role of advertising in the tourism network has become
important, and successful advertising is carried out through advanced
technologies. One of the main principles of development of regional tourism
services is the use of new technologies for service provision.
Virtual travel is aimed at attracting tourists, where consumers can view
everything from virtual hotels and restaurants to attractions, tourist
attractions, national parks or even specific events online. Such a trip
encourages consumers to go on a trip, and provides a preview of services.
Mobile technologies Smartphones are widely used for travel booking,
check-in and travel guides. The use of online platforms for payments creates
convenience for consumers. The most common are GPS systems, which are
widely used by tourists to find the services they need.
In our opinion, the development of tourism services in the regions is
considered important for the development of the tourism industry, and the
role of sectors closely related to tourism services is also considered important,
and the public and private sectors jointly contribute to the development of
tourism services. First of all, improving the quality of existing services,
diversifying tourism services and using modern technologies will ensure the
flow of tourists.
