This article aims to explore the fundamental principles of developing students’ linguistic competence based on literary onomastic units, with a focus on linguistic-pedagogical aspects. It analyzes the use of onomastic elements – such as personal names, place names, historical events, and fictional characters – found in literary texts within the learning process. These units help students not only enhance their vocabulary but also develop an understanding of cultural, social, and historical contexts. Furthermore, the paper highlights the methodological foundations for effectively integrating literary onomastic elements into the formation of communicative, cultural, and pragmatic components of linguistic competence. The study presents recommendations based on interactive teaching methods, contextual analysis, and translation practices.

The article covers the issue of systematic organization of Management in a non-governmental preschool educational organization. Also, important features in the activities carried out by the management staff of preschool educational institutions are revealed transparency,the effective use of modern methodologies, significant sides in the relationship with educators.

Teacher's Organizational Citizenship Behavior (TOCB) plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of schools by promoting collaborative, supportive, and voluntary actions that contribute to a positive learning environment. This study explores the various factors influencing TOCB, with a focus on individual characteristics, organizational factors, and external influences. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research includes a survey of 200 teachers and in-depth interviews with 20 participants across different school settings. The study finds that individual traits such as emotional intelligence and intrinsic motivation are significantly associated with higher levels of TOCB. Organizational factors, particularly transformational leadership and a supportive school climate, also play a crucial role in fostering TOCB among teachers. External factors, such as governmental policies and societal expectations, were found to either encourage or hinder teacher engagement in extra-role behaviors. The results emphasize the importance of leadership development, fostering a positive school culture, and reforming educational policies to support teachers' voluntary contributions beyond their formal job responsibilities. This research offers valuable insights for school administrators and policymakers aiming to cultivate a more collaborative and productive teaching environment.

Through a comprehensive literature review, the research examines various assessment techniques, including informal and formal methods, formative feedback, student-teacher conferences, dialog journals, peer evaluations, and portfolio assessments. The findings highlight the benefits of integrating learner-centered assessment strategies to enhance language proficiency, foster metacognitive awareness, and reduce teacher workload. The study underscores the importance of feedback in improving learning outcomes and suggests that involving students in the assessment process leads to more accurate evaluations of their communicative abilities. The research contributes to the discourse on effective language assessment practices by advocating for a balanced approach that combines traditional testing with dynamic, participatory evaluation methods.

The article analyzes the role of the integrated approach in the educational process, its theoretical and methodological foundations, its importance in the educational process, cases of its application in practice, as well as achievements and problems in the implementation of this approach, opportunities for its implementation in the education system and recommendations aimed at increasing its effectiveness, the formation of comprehensive knowledge through an integrated approach, interdisciplinary connections, joint teaching of pedagogical disciplines, creative thinking, integration of various disciplines, students' tendency to create new ideas, combining theoretical knowledge with real-life examples, problem-solving skills, the formation of students' ability to see the problem from all sides, the integration of disciplines, methods, technologies and pedagogical methods in the educational process, student-oriented education, organization of the educational process based on the interests and needs of students, the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, the use of modern information and communication technologies and pedagogical methods, monitoring and evaluation of the educational process, and assessing the effectiveness of the educational process.

This article explores the linguistic challenges encountered by English as a Second Language students in mathematics education and introduces a psycholinguistic approach to mitigate these challenges by integrating principles of second language acquisition and cognitive psychology. The study employs a mixed-methods design, combining quantitative assessments of language proficiency and mathematical problem-solving with qualitative data from classroom observations and student interviews. Key findings reveal a significant correlation between language proficiency and mathematical performance, highlighting the importance of targeted language support. The article concludes with practical recommendations for educators to enhance ESL instruction in mathematics, fostering improved comprehension and academic success.
