Objects of research: Objects of dissertational work are collagen and its derivative obtained from waste products of a natural leather, inorganic and organic acids, the acrylic monomers, pcnctrators, organic solvents, and also the modified samples of collagen.
The purpose of work: the Purpose of dissertational work is getting of new collagens - polymeric systems on the basis of natural high-molecular compound by its modification with synthetic unsaturated monomers of the acrylic lines and development of technology of reception and also application collagen - polymeric impregnants for furnish ing leather with definition their economic and ecological efficiency.
Research techniques: Standard physical and chemical methods, viscosimctry, weight analysis, IR-spcctroscopy, microscopy, DSC, TG (thermal) analysis.
Received results and their novelty: For the first time it is obtained collagens - polymeric systems by the acrylic monomers with collagen. It was found, that rate of extraction of glue is not defined by swelling value of raw material. It is determined, that the electrolytes, utilized for processing a derma, renders essential influence on rate of transformation of collagen in glue and rheological behavior of products of pyrogenating. Interaction acrilatc monomers with collagen of a leather is proved, that, carried out by bonding by amino groups of collagen and active groups carboxylic the acrylic monomers and also their olefinic linkages.
It is developed technological processes of reception and application of products of collagen as the penetrating agent in a combination to dispersions of other polymeric film-formers.
The practical importance: the technology of reception of collagens -polymeric systems for impregnated leather was developed
Degree of introduction and economic efficiency: on private enterprise " Shohaydarov H.S. " with application collagen - polymeric penetrating impregnant on a leather, experimental batches of a skin of 20 thousand dm2 effect only from for replacements of traditional components were released has made 124027,2 sums. (octobcr2009 r.).
Range of application: Tanning industry, educational process.
