The methodology of conducting mobility games among pre-school children and the content of the mobility games used in the physical trainings are highlighted in this article.

The study of the state of medical care on primary outpatient level to patients with diabetes to preventits о ph thalmic complications was conducted. A survey of general practitioners, endocrinologists and ophthalmologists from 74 clinics, as well as patients allowed evaluating  the  work  of  doctors  in  prevention  and  timely  treatment  of  oftalmodiabetes  as  insufficiently  satisfactory.  The  data  is presented on disability due to opthalmodiabetes over a ten year period (2003- 2012), particularly its form depending on the type of diabetes, as well as frequency of detection according to the Tashkent city. The study showed that, despite the relatively low level of disability, among people with disabilities dominate persons of working age, which are characterized by a deep degree of permanent disability.

Due to the increase in the occurrence of the of phlegmon of the orbit, and its especially severe course in children, in view of the anatomical and physiological properties of the organism characteristic of a given age, the article discusses the features of the clinic, diagnosis and treatment options for 10 children with phlegmon of the orbit of odontogenic origin

To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of gliatilin for stabilizing visual  functions  after  complex  treatment  of  patients  with progressive  glaucoma-optical  neuropathy  with  "normalized" pressure.  Gliatilin  is  a  nootropic  drug,  a  central  cholinomimetic with a primary effect on the central nervous system. The inclusion of  gliatilin  in  the  complex  of  therapeutic  measures  aimed  at maintaining  visual  functions  in  patients  with  unstabilized glaucoma, aimed at various links in the pathogenesis ofglaucoma optical neuropathy, makes it possible to achieve stabilization of the  process  in  89%  of  patients  with  far-reaching  unstabilized glaucoma for 6 months.

To identify possible SUCNR1-mediated mechanisms of the activity of the succinate-containing preparation Hyalual in the skin. Material and methods: For the study, patients were selected who were hospitalized in the department of adult oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2017-2019, of which 14 women aged 27 to 40 years and 18 men aged 25 to 44 years. We used a succinate-containing preparation Hyalual (preparation for a course procedure, injectable form; concentration of hyaluronic acid 1.1%, 1.8%, 2.2%; succinate content 1.6%), diprospan (injectable form, 1 mg/ml), saline 0.9% 1 ml). Results: Morphological studies indicate the implementation of SUCNR1-dependent mechanisms of the activity of the succinate-containing preparation Hyalual. Conclusions: The drug Hyalual has great potential for solving numerous problems of reparative medicine, cosmetology and plastic surgery, trichology.

The article deals with the treatment of primary disseminated breast cancer. Statistics are presented that in various countries around 10% of patients treat stage IV disease. In most cases, these are patients with T3-4 and multiple metastases in the lymph nodes. Metastases are most often detected in bones, lungs, and liver, and several organs are also affected. Standards have not yet been developed and therefore there are disagreements regarding the tactics of  treating  patients  in  this  category.  The  article  presents  data  from  multicenter  scientific  research  and  clinical recommendations for the treatment of patients with primary disseminated breast cancer, taking into account the biological characteristics of the tumor.

Dental implantation is currently one of the most promising areas in the rehabilitation of dental patients. Despite the success achieved, dental implantation, like other surgical methods of treatment, is accompanied by various kinds of complications. The most common complications are of an inflammatory nature. However, there are many problems in dental implantology. This article presents a review of the scientific literature on risk  factors for early and late complications of dental implantation. It is considered that a well-established and integrated dental implant should function for at least 10 years, satisfy the patient in aesthetic and functional terms, have clinical stability, and be biocompatible with respect to the surrounding tissues.

According  to  the  Protocol  of  intraoperative  direct  prosthetics  (IDP),  the  immediate functional load is provided by temporary orthopedic structures. The Protocol significantly reduces the  treatment  time  and  the  need  for  preliminary  pre-prosthetic  reconstructive  surgery-bone transplantation  methods  and  allows  you  to  bypass  areas  where  transplants  are  ineffective.  The orthopedic Protocol is simplified as much as possible. The possibility of prosthetics without the use of  cement  fixation  of  prostheses  is  realized.  Protocols  of  intraoperative  direct  prosthetics  for implant-prosthetic rehabilitation of patients require prototyping and designing of treatment results.

The popularity of orthopedic treatment using the method of dental implantation causes the interest of researchers to study the integration of implants in bone tissue. Analysis of the literature shows that the improvement of research technology and interdisciplinary approach to the study of the phenomenon of osteointegration of dental implants has led to a change in traditional concept in recent years. This article summarizes information about the physiological processes and cellular interactions occurring on the border "implant-bone tissue" in various stages of integration. The results of studies indicate the need for revision notions of   bio inertness of titanium implants and consideration of the integration process in the immunological aspect.

The development of methods is on the way to reduce injuries, reduce costs, reduce waiting times for the end of treatment and increase the service life of structures. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of prosthetics on implants in partial and complete adentia. The object of the study was 42 patients with partial or complete adentia. Prosthetics were performed after the method of one-stage or two-stage implantation of implants. The development of methods of prosthetics on implants is on the way to reduce injuries, reduce costs, and reduce waiting times end of treatment and increase the service life of structures.

The goal was to assess the microbial landscape of peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid of laboratory animals in experimental intestinal obstruction. It was found that in the case of experimental obstruction of the small and large intestines, few microorganisms were sown in the peripheral blood, and there were no noticeable changes in the microbial landscape depending on the time of obturation. In both models, microorganisms were seeded in the peritoneal fluid by an order of magnitude greater than in the blood, and the microbial landscape was diverse.

The  aim  was  to study  the germination  of  microorganisms  in mesenteric lymph nodes (MDR), liver, spleen, lungs, peripheral blood, peritoneal exudate to  assess  the  intensity  of  BT.  It  was  established  that  with  extreme  acute obstruction of the small and large intestine, the BT intensity or the germination rate of microorganisms  from the extraintestinal organs of animals was more pronounced in MDR and liver than in the spleen and lungs. The intensity of BT was directly proportional to the duration of the experiment

It has now been proven that when peripheral nerves are damaged in the spinal cord,  cytokines  are  produced  (interleukin-1,  interleukin-6,  tumor  necrosis  factor alpha), which contribute to the persistence of pain. Blocking cytokines reduces pain. With the development of this area of research, new prospects are associated in the development of drugs for the treatment of chronic neuropathic pain. According to V.P. Zueva (1981), in almost 60% of patients with purulent-inflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial region, pathological changes in the immune system are detected. Mild and  moderate  severity  of  the  purulent  process  (usually  abscesses)  cause  moderate changes in the immune system. In severe phlegmon, inhibition of immunity occurs, especially pronounced in putrefactive necrotic forms, which necessitates studies of the immunobiological reactivity of the body. Thus, a dynamic assessment of the immune status  in  patients  with  purulent-inflammatory diseases  of  the maxillofacial and  the selection  of  adequate  methods  of  immunocorrection  seems  to  be  necessary.  In  our opinion,  the  study  of  the  characteristics  of  changes  in  the  nervous  system, psychoemotional  sphere  and  related  disorders  of  neuroendocrine  regulation  in patients with acute odontogenic periostitis of the jaw will help expand the range of pathogenetically  substantiated  methods  of  treatment,  increase  the  effectiveness  of therapy and prevention of complications.

Sometimes the new meaning of the word is not similar to the original meaning, which, in turn, indicates that a new word has been created, that is, it is considered to have the characteristic of homonymy, for example: the term cavalry in the modern interpretation is "a highly mobile type of vehicle" {tank vehicles, airmobile vehicles, cavalry) [ 1, 228.]. In this case, the English use of such a talkin is like a deliberate incitement, that is, it is hinted that the "cavalry" traditions have been absorbed into a new type of cavalry (which performs the "classical" tasks of cavalry - reconnaissance, scouting, raiding, etc.).
